Really fantastic experience! They were so helpful and did me huge solid by booking a last minute deep cleaning at a very busy time of the year and did a great job. I have now been getting a recurring cleaning and they have been doing a fabulous job! Alma and Maria have been wonderful! Highly recommend

We booked a deep clean and Aneesha came and stayed for 7 hours in my home today. She's a pro! She had all of her cleaning products, vacuum--everything very organized. She got rust stains off my tub! She cleaned the hinges/brackets on the doors and the 1 very squeaky door didn't squeak afterwards--unreal! The cleaning was phenomenal--every single thing was cleaned! The oven looks brand new. The office stayed in touch, called afterwards to check on the clean before payment. I'm also going to post on Nextdoor. Thanks Chloe's and Aneesha!!!

Absolutely amazing! We just moved into a rather large house (i.e 4bd/3bath, close to 3000+ sqft), but Rosemary and Eric truly went above and beyond. Each room feels completely different and professionally done. Small details such as door handles, baseboards, and even the placement of laundry afterwards is truly professional.

I want to be very clear that I would have given them 1 star if it weren't for the service of the admin. I hired Chloe's Cleaning Company to do a deep clean I was told that the service with 2 cleaners for my size house would take 6-7 hours. Alma C. was my scheduled cleaner (plus another). They showed up about 20 mins late to the scheduled service time. After only 3 hours I was told that they were done so I did a walk through and was very disappointed. I asked if they had vacuum because I was seeing dust bunnies in the master bedroom and the hallway. They also clearly did not vacuum the living room at all. Then I pointed out that there were several blinds that were still very clearly dusty in multiple rooms and I asked if they mopped the kitchen and she said yes. When I asked if they could go over all of those things again because they didn't appear clean to me I got a lot of attitude about it and then I was told that they did it, but the dust is just sticky and there is nothing more that they can do. They also left my front door open the entire time after they proclaimed that they were done, I have indoor cats that they knew about because I talked with them about it and they clearly didn't care at all that the doors should remain shut. They were very disrespectful and pushy and they frankly did a terrible job. I was originally quoted nearly $500 for the work and after sharing pictures with the admin about the quality of work issues it was lowered slightly. I ended up having to redo all of the dusting and vacuuming around the entire house because they did such a poor job. I also ended up mopping the kitchen floors. I had no trouble removing the dust and spots of the floor by using just a little bit of water. They also did not clear any cobwebs throughout the house. They did not wipe down the surfaces of any cabinets or appliances in my kitchen (again I ended up doing this and had no trouble removing spots with just water). I will say that they did clean the bathrooms relatively well, I still found several areas that needed to be touched up but overall the bathrooms were the most clean. So I ended up paying $300 for 3 hours of work that I ended up having to redo anyway. Maybe it is just Alma C. who does this low quality of work, but I would not take the risk of hiring them to do any future cleaning. It is absolutely not worth the scheduling headache or price! I have included some photos of what they claimed to have cleaned for reference the videos of my showing the dust cannot be posted right now.

I have used Ascend a couple times and they have done a good job. One time I had a problem with them not returning my calls. Not sure exactly what the issue was, but when the owner found out he went out of his way to make it right - personally. Businesses and people will always make mistakes, but it is what they do to fix it that counts.

The Snow removal project went well considering there was over 2 ft of snow. The men were able to remove the heavy snow from my sidewalks and car port successfully. Good job. I was pleased with the results.

Jevard Hitch at Ascend Landscaping did an amazing job planning and completing our landscaping for our newly constructed home.

Jevard has installed concrete, pavers, rocks, gravel, boulders, grass, mulch, turf, trees, bushes, lighting, sprinkler systems and drip lines. Jevard has also installed gas lines, our fire pit, our outdoor kitchen (gas grill, refrigerator, and bar countertop), a gazebo, and our hot tub water/electrical lines for installation. Lastly, Jevard installed custom stone, raised planter boxes for our vegetable garden. Jevard maintenances our yard with scheduled lawn care services (grass cutting, edging, weed/pest control, aeration, old mulch/rock removal and replacement), and annual sprinkler blowout/activation.

We built our house, but Jevard and his team at Ascend Landscaping made it our home. If you want affordable and professional service, go with Ascend Landscaping. Thank you, Jevard.

Ascend transformed a poorly drained and non-functional space in our back yard into a wonderful place to entertain guests and spend a relaxing evening. We were able to get more useable space that felt much bigger than the actual square footage and the plantings added beauty to our home. The price was very reasonable for the result that we achieved.

Jevard has been in business for many years and has skilled employees. I had a six figure landscaping job which he completed on time and within budget. When I asked for some modifications, they were rapidly handled at a fair price. For instance, I asked for a new garage floor. The job was started the same day I suggested it and it was completed in 3 days. He guarantees his work and is returning in the spring for a few requests. I highly recommend him

I have been a customer of Ascend Landscaping since 2005. Jevard designed and executed a landscape for one of my homes that had drivers stopping and backing up for a better view! His ground maintenance teams pay attention to my properties as if they were the owners. I really appreciate Ascend and welcome this opportunity to tell others about this wonderful company.

Avoid this company like the plague. They were recommended to me by a colleague and after sending them photos of my lawn I followed up repeatedly asking for an estimate. They never returned one of my texts and my calls, all of which were made during business hours, always went to voicemail. After two weeks I finally gave up. I never got a returned call and never got my estimate. Probably because my job was small, but they didn’t have the decency to tell me they wanted to pass on the job. They just ignored me. Find someone else.
