Th is the second time that I’ve worked with Dimitrii on a cooktop issue. His expertise and knowledge is amazing. He’s very detailed and professional. For the issue I recently had. I called and left a voicemail with him on Saturday not expecting a phone call till Monday. Dimitrii texted me back Saturday afternoon and schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve called other vendors and it took weeks for them to come out. I would highly recommend Dimitrii when you are experiencing an appliance issue. He will always be the the guy we call for assistantance.

Awesome. Bosch oven wouldn’t heat - burners were fine. I needed help soon. Most others I called were at least a week out. They came the next day (Saturday) in the morning. Dimitry was able to locate a new thermostat for my 20+ year old oven, which parts are no longer made for. Thanks to him, my oven is working again and it saved me thousands for a new oven!

Ilya was prompt, courteous, and careful to explain what was going on and how to remedy it. The machine is a heavy beast, and required a lot of repair, but Ilya never tried to add on more charges to the initial estimate, and faithfully returned each time a part was received. I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

Service technician arrived within two hours of my call and was friendly and efficient in removing various panels to get to an obstruction that went down the lint screen duct when the dryer was inadvertently started without the screen in place. Good value for the effort involved.

Ilya Was great. Arrived promptly at the time we made an appointment. He was efficient in solving what turned out to be a user error issue on our dryer. Price was more than fair for the diagnostics. Would use again if needed, though hopefully we don't.

Our 20 year old washing machine was leaving black marks on all of our clothing, ruining some nice pieces. We had called them and they sent over Ilya who quickly diagnosed the problem.

He came back after the part arrived and installed it. The piece was one of the most interior pieces. Ilya was incredible at dissecting this old washer and replacing the piece, and he spent nearly 4 hours busting his ass before he had to go to another call for the day. He came back the next day promptly and finished the installation.

The next week it worked fine, one day though it began to overflow and some water got on our floor. Luckily we turned it off in time. I called them again and Ilya promptly came out on a Saturday and reattached the regulator no cost. Don't want to place the blame on Ilya as we could have done it when moving it around.

Overall, great work and communication. I recommend them and will use them in the future.
