Dmitry arrived on time, got straight to addressing the issue with my dishwasher not spraying water. Repair was complete in about 30 minutes including a very thorough explanation of what he did, what to expect in the coming days (I had attempted to figure this out on my own) and how to address the small things myself for the future.
