Unfortunately my experience with cheftek has been very negative (work overcharged), I ended up paying half of my stove value to change a pilot and a thermostat (8 h of labor) which is a lot for a small business like mine. I won't recommend this company.

My A/C stopped working today and sent me on a mission to find a company to come it.
I found Cheftek and called them.
They were able to send a tech over within the hour.
He showed up and introduced himself. Very professional and friendly.
He asked a few questions about the issue and then checked things out for himself.
He was able to find the problem and had what he needed to fix the A/C in a short amount of time.
I’m so glad I used Cheftek.
Great attitude from everyone and quick response with quality work and it didn’t cost me a fortune.
I am telling everyone I know about this company.
I will not hesitate to call them if I need anything else worked on.

Cheftek has been taking care of our commercial warehouse freezer and fridge units for over a year now.
These folks take care of business. To start off all of the technicians that I have had the pleasure of doing business with have been very professional--that goes for the office staff all the way up to the owners. The ease of scheduling especially in an emergency has been the best. Our system was a complicated one due to the our older infrastructure around the area but they took care of it like pros. The service is a five star hands down and their knowledge on the systems is top grade. I would highly recommend this company.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Whoever drives their van 300-KUY is an idiot and tries to cause wrecks.

Bryan squeezed us in on short notice and was able to fix our washing machine quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Bryan has serviced everything from our washer to our fridge to our oven. He always gives you an estimate prior to starting work and has never exceeded that number. He is courteous and quick. I would highly recommend.

My technician was incredibly friendly, quick and efficient! He diagnosed and fixed my oven in less than 2 hours, even discovering an additional problem that I had not noticed. Good price for excellent service—will absolutely use again for any future appliance repair needs!

Ilya was a life saver! The day after our washer broke down it got repaired. Ilya arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He had the part with him. When he was done he cleaned up and left no mess. I’ll use this company again.

We had an urgent matter with our freezer as the power light went off. They came out on a Saturday at no extra charge and quickly resolved the matter for the minimum charge of $85. They are now our absolute go-to appliance repair company. Highly, highly recommended without reservation!!

Ilya arrived on time - on New Year's Eve - and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our washer. Diagnostic fee and overall quote was reasonable. Would definitely call them again if I needed appliance repair.

Just need to have your appliance repair technician to get me the part and install it hopefully Monday (June 30th ) or

July 23 update. Called again for repair of washer this time. Ilyas S was again the technician. Arrived on time. Great service. Followed his recommendation. Problem solved again. Reasonable price. No hassles. Highly recommend.
