The service guy was early and gave us information that we should have read in our owners manual. He was very direct but he gave us good information.

The company is the worst. The customer service sucked and they asked for a credit card number to have on file and never showed up. Upon asking why they did not show they came back and said they never set an appointment. but charged the company 99.00 They were not helpful he yelled at me for asking for assistance and then said I needed to call back to make another appointment. The absolute worst.

John solved our problem of moisture under the gas clothes dryer. The installers had failed to connect the vent correctly. Thanks to John, it is now working properly and not venting into the laundry room.

My garage fridge was not worth repairing but the technician, Josh was great and pointed out a couple of things I needed to change in my kitchen so that those appliances would last longer. Very appreciative!

Total rip off. Five minutes wiping condenser and replaced filter. $353. Criminal.

Excellent communication throughout the service call and I really liked the on-line and in person contact points. This worked really well for us. Cory, our technician, was professional and on time.

The communication from scheduling to service was exceptional. Person who did the repairs arrived early, was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the washer quickly and all is working as it should.

Had problems with our fridge, and they came out and fixed it - very friendly and serviceable from start to finish. Had to replace a part and had great communication throughout.

Had same/similar problem about 8 months later - they came back out for free and fixed again and were very nice throughout the whole process.

Hopefully it will be awhile before we need their services again but they'll be my first call if we need any appliance help!
