Technician arrived earlier than planned which was great. Very friendly and knew what he was doing and very professional. Thought problem was corrected but resulted in needing to order a part. Highly recommend this company for knowledgeable employees, work experience and friendly manner.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance, Denver. They responded quickly and dispatched Chris to repair my dishwasher. He was truly professional, I'd recommend him highly (and have recommended him to my friends and family)!

I am so grateful for Mike at Mr. Appliance. I called the office Monday morning and Mike was at my home at 4:15pm that same day. That's incredible service when my washing machine isn't working and laundry is piling up. Mike was calm and knowledgeable and took his time inspecting my washer and ensuring he knew the exact problem. The service was cheaper than me buying a new washing machine. Highly recommend this company!

This was probably the best repair service I've had. Jamie came out to fix our washing machine, which was mysteriously filling up with water even when the machine was off. He was extremely kind, courteous, and explained EVERYTHING. And our German Shepherd, who can be very particular with strangers, loved the guy. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. I will definitely use them (and Jamie) again. Thank you!

Ryan was great to chat with and completed the work in a timely manner. He also gave a recommendation on washer brands if I choose to replace in the future. As a company, Mr Appliance has great communication and short wait times for tech scheduling. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of.
I’m honestly shocked this place has a 4.8 rating, because our experience was the exact opposite. We had Christopher come out to look at our dryer. He took the machine apart, tested everything, and told us the issue was the wheels. We were charged $300 for wheels and install — for parts that cost about $10.
After that, he suddenly said the motor was also bad and quoted another $500 just for the part, plus about $800 total for the full repair. When we asked how much a new dryer costs, he told us around $1,000, which was falseand even said our 2019 model was no longer available. We decided to double-check, and sure enough — we purchased the exact same dryer for $600, installed.
The pricing we were given was not even close to honest or reasonable. We absolutely feel gypped and misled, and at this point we would genuinely appreciate a refund for the $300 we paid for an unnecessary repair.
This experience left us with zero trust in this company, and we will not be using them again. Do not recommend.

We required multiple visits from Jamie for our old, discontinued washing machine over the course of a year. He was always prompt, polite, knowledgeable, happy to teach me about the machine’s quirks, and most of all HONEST about every cost and option! He made great conversation while working. Very respectful towards our home and animals, and our cat very much enjoyed his presence. The representative that answered the phone and scheduled my appointments was always professional and made each call seamless. The parts warranty was a huge plus due to the discontinued part we required more than once!

Christopher with Mr. Appliance was FANTASTIC. He was so personable and the detail he took in explaining the details of his diagnostic process and about what we could do moving forward to address the issue was so thorough - I learned a lot about how my dishwasher works in the process!

We will definitely use Mr. Appliance of Denver again in the future for any appliance repair needs.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Mr. Appliance of Denver. My initial consultation was on 2/17, and after scheduling the repair that same day and paying a $250 deposit, the repair still hasn’t been completed.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-through. They have not once reached out to me about the status of the repair, and I’ve had to call three separate times (2/25, 3/2, 3/4) just to try to get updates. On the two most recent occasions, the company said they needed to look into it and would get back to me but they didn't. I understand that shipment or scheduling delays can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable.

Weeks later, my appliance is still not repaired despite the deposit being paid. At this point, I’m completely in the dark about when or if this repair will actually happen, even though the company has already taken my money.

This has been a really negative customer experience and I regret choosing Mr. Appliance of Denver.

The Technician, Chris was awesome. Knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that will make sense to anybody no matter their technical knowledge. He was very professional as well and advised me on how to extend the longevity of my appliances. Chris get 11/10 from me. Whereas the company gets a 0/10. They only wants to grab your money. I don't know where they come up with the name neighborly company. They are synonymous of a nightmare neighbor you'll want to stay far away from. First and last time I'm using their services. Yeah, I will never recommend their services to anyone. I would rather give my money to some small no name company than them next time. Gave me an appointment and never showed up. I called them up and they were talking from both sides of their mouths. Do not deserve even 1 star. I selected 1 star only because I can't post my review without selecting a star.

Ryan did an amazing job with a timely diagnosis and repair of a dryer issue. He was friendly, professional, and personable. He was also quick and efficient in the work and left everything in tidy and excellent condition. He also explained exactly what was going on and provided great tips to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommended.

Quick, easy, and my tenant was very happy to have the repair done next day. Price was a little steep compared to just getting a new oven but labor is costly these days. Would recommend that they start accepting Bitcoin payments in addition to cash / check to avoid the steep credit card fee.

Great experience with this company, service and technician for an oven diagnostic. Easy to schedule online. We received timely and specific Information about the visit. The technician was professional, wore shoe coverings inside the house and provided professional service with integrity. We had gotten a 1st quote from another local company (highly rated on Google) for an exorbitant repair bill, which was basically a scam, and this technician (Jeremy) was able to confirm that the appliance was now running properly and no further repair was required. Best news ever! Definitely will use this company for further future repair needs and recommend it to others.

The service tech was Sam and he arrived before time was quoted. He was very polite and honest with his quote. All of which I very much appreciated. Sam was very neat in his work and pleasant. He finished quickly too, another plus!

Rich did a wonderful job diagnosing and explaining why my dishwasher was leaking. I appreciate his flexibility and willingness to accommodate my travel schedule to complete the repair. Outstanding Service from Richard

I want to take a moment to share how fabulous of a job Richard did explaining and repairing our double oven. He clearly walked us through what went wrong, removed both doors, and made the entire process easy to understand. The turnaround time was also impressively quick once the part was repaired.

We truly appreciate everything Richard did to get our oven back up and running. We’ve been without a properly working oven for years, and it’s such a relief to finally have it functioning again. Ironically, the unit stopped working just over a year after installation—basically a year and a day after the warranty expired on a brand-new unit—so having someone as knowledgeable and thorough as Richard made all the difference.

Thank you to Mr. Appliance of Denver and Littleton for the excellent service and professionalism. Richard’s work and customer care did not go unnoticed, and we’re very grateful to finally have a fully working double oven again.

Great experience! Jeremy was able to come out on the same day and diagnose the issue with our fridge. They had to order a part, but it came in quickly. They proactively scheduled the follow up appointment and had our fridge back up and running quickly. Jeremy was courteous and professional. Would definitely use this company again!

New appliance repair business in our neighborhood, no reviews yet but excellent customer service, same day repair is still available. I called at 11am, by 1pm my fridge was fixed. no food was spoiled. thank you guys!!!
