One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Didn't show up on the first day. Rescheduled after I called. Seoncd try sent one cleaned. She was wonderful but it took her twice the quoted tike since she was a lone amd she skipped 1/3 of the job.

Had my mother in law's home cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday. While she is social distancing, she did have a family member come stay, so I wanted everything to be sanitized before and after they leave.

I planned to use this company for the first cleaning, and a different company for the return service, just so I could compare. Her house was cleaned immaculately and my mother says the girls that came were really nice to her. So I'll definitely be using Blue Spring to do the follow up service.

First time using this company. I would say this was just okay. I am on crutches and needed the cleaning done. The floors were not done properly. Dirt left in the corners of the kitchen. I called and sent pictures. BlueSpring offered to come back for a re-clean, but I did not want to go through having them back. The remedy offered was a 25% off my next clean, which is highly unlikely they will have my business again. The service was friendly and on time, not the quality clean I wanted for $295, for a 2 bedroom townhome.
