House Cleaning reviews in Denver, Colorado

I've been using Denver Metro Maids for a few months. I want to give them a big shout out for their recent work. I was going to the hospital for surgery and had to have my house cleaned, with all sheets and towels, changed before I got home per doctor's orders. Sandra and Sophie were sent for this special extra cleaning.

Soon after they arrived, the city knocked on our door to say that they were turning off the water in 20 minutes. The maids drew the water that they needed and quickly switched from bed changing duty to being sure that the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned in this short time. My house was spotless and ready for me when I got back from the hospital. I'm grateful to Denver Metro Maids and our cleaners, Sandra and Sophie.

Yesterday Maria A, Rosa S, and Jimena cleaned my house. They were right on time, were cheerful, accommodating, hardworking, and fast. What they did for me was a standard clean but there was no difference between that and what I consider a deep clean. They cleaned all the usual places, but went farther than that to clean where previous house cleaners had forgotten or overlooked. I can’t praise them enough.

This week (5/19/22) Christina, Alma O. and Mayra came. We have wood floors and dogs. The floors look very good and clean and, as usual, everything else was done very well. They took extra time to clean the lower level before our guests arrived. Everyone from this company are nice and positive.

I have been very happy with the quality cleaning that we receive on our biweekly schedule. Irene is amazing to work with! She has worked in our home since we began our service. Her joyful spirit and attention to detail is so appreciated. Our whole family has come to love her!

I have been a customer of Metro Maids for over 2 years, and have never been disappointed. They arrive promptly, with smiles on their faces and in their voices. After a warm hello, they get right to work. And they are so efficient. The house sparkles in a short 2 hours. I recommend Metro Maids to anyone who asks me for a referral on cleaning their home.

Alma and her crew are fantastic. They walk in to my home like old friends - say hi to the kids, pat the dog on the head - and then they clean the heck out of the house! They are thorough, careful, comprehensive....awesome. We have used other services over the years and have never been as happy as we are with this team!

I appreciate that Denver Metro Mails offers better wages for workers and this bonus opportunity. I was happy to see Team 6 show up for my housekeeping today. I value the women, their upbeat spirits, the consistency of their hard work. I like that they have come to know my house after all the times they've cleaned it. Our normal cleaning day would have been Thursday, 3/14, the day of our spring blizzard. Denver Metro Maids called and rescheduled us to Wednesday, 3/13. The crew that came left our home spotless as always. I am always so grateful for the consistent and relatable service from Denver Metro Maids!

I have been a client of Denver Metro Maids for years and have been very happy with the service. They always help me to reschedule when I need to cancel, and my crew often goes above and beyond by sweeping my front porch or cleaning the inside of my refrigerator. Whenever I have had an issue or question they are very responsive and professional!

We had another great cleaning from Maria and crew last week. They worked hard and cleaned every inch of our house while dealing with our puppy getting in their way from time to time. These two were professional and proficient and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

I have been using Metro Maids, Team 5, for about 18 months. I have always had consistently high quality cleaning and the ladies are nice people. They will do extra if you ask and they have a great attitude. They always show up.
Worth it!
UPDATE 12/5/2024: Denver Metro Maids have been coming to my house regularly for about 3-1/2 years. I have only once asked for a very small area behind the bathroom taps to be redone. Other than that minor request they have been reliable, thorough, so very personable and honest. I could pay less and have issues. I don’t have any issues!
Also they are now a worker cooperative and share in the profits❗️❗️❗️

I have been using this service for at least a year and they have always done a great job. Alma and Daniella were here most recently and they left my home spotless.

Really happy with Danielle and the MaidThis team. If I have any questions about anything, or need a last minute cleaning for one of my vacation rental properties, I can always count on a friendly attitude and killer cleaners. Airbnb makes it tough to keep a superhost rating and with them at least the cleaning aspect is handled.

I had my first MaidThis cleaning last week. I was a bit reticent, as I had a wonderful cleaner for many years who retired and was doubtful that I could find someone to replace them. MaidThis sent a two-person team, Monica and Wendy. They did a wonderful job and were very pleasant. Monica asked me to double check their work to make sure they were meeting my expectations. Their customer service was very much appreciated. As a result, have decided to schedule regular cleanings.

Really not great. Cleaners were 30+ min late and we were on a time crunch that day. Paid for a deep clean but did not even feel like it should have been called a normal clean. Floors were still dirty in spots, windows were not cleaned, there was still debris on the carpet. Would absolutely not utilize this company again.

EDIT: After speaking with a customer service rep, we had a different cleaning team come out to try again. The result was a 180. Instead of being disappointed that items were not attended to, we were pleasantly surprised that items we did not consider were tended to.
