This company provides THE BEST cleaning service in town! They cleaned two filthy, grimy duplex rental units for me today and blew me away with the quality of their work. From scheduling to the final photos they texted me, I was SO impressed. They did everything I requested but to a level I have never received before. These high reviews are mis-leading. I've used Maidthis off and on over the years and I don't plan to use them again. Cleaning is extremely inconsistent. Their deep clean is pretty much just a mediocre clean that doesn't leave your place feeling clean. They also use the same rag for everything, which just moves dirt and hair from one place to another. I'd recommend using someone else.

My experience with this company has been inconsistent.

My first cleaning was excellent- thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly done with care. Unfortunately, the most recent two cleanings have been disappointing. After sharing feedback about the prior clean, I was told their best cleaners would be sent. Two cleaners arrived but spent only about an hour in my one-bedroom apartment, and the work felt rushed. Baseboards and mirrors were not cleaned, visible dust remained, and areas underneath moved items were missed.

This has been frustrating, especially because I know how good the service can be based on my initial experience.
