For anyone who meticulously looks through Google reviews trying to decide who to choose for your house cleaning, welcome to an honest review! This cleaning was for a move out clean for the rental property we're vacating. First, MaidThis customer service was excellent. They were super responsive once I had requested my quote and were able to schedule me for the time/day I wanted. Second, the cleaners, Sandy and her associate were on time (within their window of arrival) and did excellent cleaning. They also made sure to send me photos of their job once completed and made sure I was satisfied. Third, I understand and recognize that companies have reasoning for their prices and that they've worked hard to obtain the rates they can charge. However, this was the only company I found to charge less then $200 for a cleaning and I was happy! I know also you sometimes get what you pay for, but as mentioned above, I thought they did an excellent job and the house is perfect for move out conditions. We had a bird build a nest in our dryer vent, blocking the airflow completely. The technician came out the same day, removed the nest, and installed a protective guard on the exterior vent to prevent it from happening again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and solved the problem quickly. The dryer works perfectly now. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and expert solution.

The transformation was immediate and beautiful — the air now feels light, fresh, and clean the moment the system kicks on, the toddlers are playing on the floor without rubbing their eyes, my husband sleeps through the night without congestion, dust takes a full week or more to show up, the system runs much quieter and doesn’t cycle as often, and the whole house has this wonderful fresh-air feeling that makes me smile every time I walk in. I keep telling my friends how much better our daily life feels. This was absolutely worth it — 5 stars.
