I recently hired MaidThis Denver to help with cleaning a two bedroom property.

I could talk about how pleasant Catherine Mercer was, how professional, how thorough, how stellar and diligent she was, and how Catherine went far beyond my expectations in tackling a challenging project. But really that only is only part of the service she provided. The peace of mind and feeling of well-being I have now living in my space brings me such joy. There just are not enough stars to rate the performance and service Catherine provided.

So for all her help, and hard work, here is my humble thanks to Catherine Mercer.

What a wonderful experience. I have a broken foot and unable to clean my house to the standard that I always have. Enrique Came in and made me feel so comfortable to have someone else in my house to clean. He did an amazing job I have requested and to come to my house once a week every week until I am back on my 2 feet.

My husband and I feel so grateful that we have such a wonderful partner with the MaidThis team for our Airbnb. Niki is our cleaner and so many of our reviews mention how clean the place is. Thank you Niki!!

Toni did a fantastic job on her first assignment to clean my 1,000 sq. ft. apartment on May 24th. She telephoned me when she arrived so that I could meet her at the guest parking level. She arrived on time and, because of my allergies, I asked her to use my personal vacuum cleaner so she left her vacuum in her car. She is a very hard worker - she worked up a sweat, even in the air-conditioned apartment. Her cleaning was very thorough and she did a wonderful job, vacuuming my rugs and mopping the hard-surfaced floors. Everything in my place was sparkling clean after she completed the job; she even cleaned my sliding door window wall to the balcony. I was so pleased with her work, I hope she can be my regular cleaner every 2 weeks.

I used this service to have my apartment unit cleaned during our move out, and it could not have been easier to schedule. If you’re booking through the website and you don’t see something that fits your needs (a day/time or one-time cleaning option, for instance), give the phone number on their website site a call. The person on the phone that assisted me with scheduling the cleaning was very helpful and made sure my needs were met. They’ll keep your card on file and charge you only after the cleaning is complete. I promptly received an emailed receipt afterwards with the amount I was quoted during the initial phone conversation. I also received texts and emails with reminders prior to the cleaning.

The cleaner, Enrique, was fantastic! He arrived right on time and did a great job (he even cleaned the oven!). Enrique was kind, professional, and awesome at his job. It took him about 3 hours, which is what I was told when I scheduled the cleaning. If they send two cleaners, it takes about an hour and a half, but whether they send one or two cleaners depends on availability. I would absolutely use this cleaning company again: The prices were fair, the service was great, the cleaner went above and beyond, and it was so easy to schedule everything. Isaac and Irma did a fantastic job cleaning our house. They were polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed in this company. First the couple showed up with their three small children to do a move out clean. Thank goodness for security cameras all in our home to view the numerous times they stopped to cater to their children. Highly unprofessional and a huge liability having children in our home unattended at such a young age. Spoke with Arturo when they requested more time to clean and I informed him of all of this and he did not charge us the extra hour. Once finished we had to point out the many many places they never cleaned. Again cameras helped notice one room they never even stepped foot in and claimed it was clean. Never again will we use this company and I for sure have told anyone looking for a cleaning company to save their money and go elsewhere.

5 stars all around, good pricing and friendly staff. Elena did a fantastic job, went above and beyond. The place is spotless now, I will definitely book with them again the next time I need to. Definitely ask for Elena she did a really good job and was very nice.
