The move out cleaning was perfect! Spotless! They were efficient and still got every single spot. No cutting corners. Will hire again and highly recommend this business

Edit.....they reached out to us and sent someone over the next day to take care of the problem. The lady that showed up did a great job. The office lady that reached out was helpful. However they really need to get it together in there and make sure there employees know what there do at each appointment so that way people don’t have to jump through hoops to get the stuff done on different days.

Zero star review!.......I hired this place to clean my sisters house cause she was moving and need to sell her house. They were scheduled to do a move out clean, told us it would be 4-5 hours. Then they showed up, they said it would only take 2 hours and we asked are you sure? 2 hours to clean base boards, windows, light fixtures, inside of the cabinets, stove and fridge, not to mention all the other wiping down and clean that was part of the contract. They said yes we are used to this. Well guess what it looked awful, they didn’t even do a move out clean, they did they same things one would do while cleaning there house, like wipe down the counter tops and sweep, they couldn’t even vacuum because there’s was broken. Now keep in mind all of the stuff in the house is gone since it’s a MOVE OUT cleaning. So now my sister has to go but cleaning stuff and spend the day doing it. The biggest problem I have is they charge for the service 2 days ahead of time, so now it’s causing more hassle since she gets to spend the afternoon on the phone with the bank canceling the charge that they did even before the provided the service. I don’t recommend this company! Save your money and hire someone else!

I am a real estate agent. My client needed his vacant condo deep cleaned and prepared for a professional photoshoot. I hired BlueSpring Cleaning. They sent Y and B out to clean the unit as a team. I gave a list of items I wanted done. Y asked me a few questions to clarify. Then I left. When I came back for the final walk thru, wow, I was impressed. They worked hard. All the items were done and done well. They left the condo. As I was double checking the work, I received a phone call form Y stating that she remembered missing a spot, it was bothering her, and asked if she could come back to do it. I said yes. She did. So impressive. I will be hiring them again and will recommend their house cleaning service.

BlueSpring Cleaning is fantastic! The team they sent were professional, courteous, thorough, and respectful of our property. We had thorough cleaning done and our house shines! I am looking forward to using them in the future for maintenance cleaning. The team they sent us, Yazmin and Cynthia, were extremely organized. Not only do I recommend this business but I am looking forward to a relationship with them.

We hired them to clean the whole house of a recent remodel. They did a great job overall. There was one small hiccup with the floor getting scuffed in the process, but they were very responsive and were willing to cover the cost of the repair. I understand mistakes happen so I can't fault them for that, but their response to the matter is what gets them a 5 star review. I'd definitely hire them again.

Yazmin and her crew were awesome as well: Communicating with us throughout the process and being very thorough with the services we needed for our house. We really appreciate everything!

BlueSpring was great! I chose the midday time range and they texted me at 9am with an approximate arrival time. They ended up running a bit late but kept me updated, which I really appreciated! They arrived and were finished within the promised window. The two women who cleaned my place were kind and had great attention to detail - even cleaned things I didn't expect! I have a chronic illness so deep cleaning is hard for me to do, so I'm beyond grateful for the help. I'll definitely be using them again. :)

This company did a fantastic job! We had an early move out and didn’t have time to go back and clean so I was pinched for time and needed something fast. BlueSpring had a really easy online booking process and was in contact with me the whole time. Our house was a mess from moving so I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job, but they made it look SPOTLESS! I will be recommending BlueSpring Cleaning to all my friends and family!

When I heard the price, (30% less than any other quotes I got) I was nervous about the quality but they went above and beyond!

Edit/Update: Unfortunately I have to update my review due to being charged cleaning fees for a couple areas that were not addressed or not cleaned to a full extent (Top of fridge and dryer were not cleaned at all and the dishwasher was not thoroughly cleaned). Overall I am still happy with the service but I will consider using a different and more expensive service in the future to avoid move-out cleaning charges.

I had a GREAT experience with this company! We needed our condo cleaned on short notice and they were not only able to fit us in, but did a great job!! Their customer service and communication is top notch!! Pricing was very reasonable for services. We will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!!! They did a great job deep cleaning my house. They are very flexible with their timing and communicate their timing the day of. The staff is very nice and respectful of the property. This was my second cleaning from them. It is a good deal for both the regular and deep cleaning.

Jessica and Patricia did an amazing job cleaning our house. We have two big dogs and a muddy back yard so a deep clean was well overdue. I did not know my house could get so clean. They were thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

The team leader was very engaging & listened very carefully. The 3 person crew arrived timely.
My house had no deep cleaning for at least 6 months. It was sparkling, dust free, a huge noticeable difference! They texted me when they were about 20-30minutes from completion. I did a quick walk-thru & was very impressed. They had ignored the spaces we agreed upon & all was in order. I’ll be scheduling them again soon. Nice folks!!?

I recently hired BlueSpring Cleaning Service and had a rather disappointing experience. While the staff members were friendly, they seemed to lack detail and effectiveness in their cleaning approach.

Upon arrival, they asked what areas we wanted them to focus on, which was nice. However, I was surprised when they offered to do tasks like dishes and laundry, despite the company’s website clearly stating that these services were unavailable. This discrepancy raised some concerns about their communication and transparency.

The scheduling was another issue. They emailed us with a specific arrival time, but they ended up arriving late. Although they did leave at the designated time mentioned in their email, they didn’t stay the full duration we had paid for, which felt like a waste of money. It was evident they were rushing to finish by the end, and unfortunately, this led to many areas being overlooked during the deep clean.

Additionally, I was disappointed to see that they wore their shoes inside the house, which is not what I expect from a cleaning service. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Bluespring Cleaning Service based on my experience. It’s clear that they need to address their time management, be more details especially for a deep cleaning service, and clarify their service offerings to avoid misleading customers. Save your money and look for a more reliable cleaning service.

Loli and Mayra did an excellent job. My large JennAir gas stove was left in horrible condition after recent purchase of my home. Blue Spring Cleaning came to my rescue. In just 2 hours my stove looked like new. They also cleaned all debris from the sides and back of the stove as well. Will use Blue Spring again. Thank you
