Great lawn service. My lawn looks wonderful ! The app is easy to use to add or cancel services. The service provider is prompt and communication with them is easy using the app. I also like that the same person comes out to provide the service.

Worst company ever. Job was not completed but was charged full price. Let half bag of lawn clippings on side of my house as well as my lawn. Didn’t edge nor did they mow my back yard. Worst customer service ever. Was told I could not get a refund and it didn’t matter that the job wasn’t finished. Offered to send someone out to complete but it would have been another day. To top it off this was my first service and now my last.

DONOT USE THIS BUSINESS: We recently requested lawn service from this company and had an absolutely awful experience. We received a notification that a few days after the request was made, people were on their way to mow our front and back lawn. However, we never saw anyone stop by and were confused when we were later notified that the lawn couldn’t be completed because of sticks in our lawn. A few days after that, we received another notification that they were on their way, but same thing. Didn’t see anyone, no knock, no doorbell, nothing. We sent an email refuting the charge because the service was not completed. Instead of a refund, we were sent an email stating that the service was completed along with pictures as proof. I was mortified when I realized they had come into our backyard without our knowledge to take so many pictures showing why they couldn’t mow the lawn just for them to charge us for the service anyways. It is baffling to me that they would treat customers like this. We have a dog that we regularly let into the backyard and if the fence was opened without us knowing, our dog could have ran out or hurt someone thinking an intruder was coming into the yard. Dogs get put down for worst case scenarios such as the one mentioned. I can’t imagine losing our baby as a result of this kind of negligence. If she ran out, she could have easily been hit by a car. To do this and then charge us for it is absolutely horrible. I’d hate for something like this to happen to someone else and things possibly go worse. I can’t even imagine.

Unfortunately, went off of price and being promised certain things on the phone while signing up. I specifically asked to make sure that before/after photos of the yard were taken, they weren't sent to me. After one hour with customer service, they said that they had them. The pictures that were taken don't even show the yard. What a joke!

There's a three cut limit before cancelling, even if there isn't any proof of the work being completed... Stay away from this company!

Thiefs and liars. Requested an aeration and overseed in May, to be delivered within 3 weeks. Allegedly they sent an operative in August 26 - with no proof of attendance and no pre-notice of arrival by any of the selected contact methods (phone, email, push). Service never delivered. Called customer service - offered some halfass excuses "oh this provider doesn't notify in advance" and a 50% refund which would have still left me over $100 out of pocket for a service never delivered. Absolute scam artists. Avoid like the plague.

I would not recommend to anyone to use this service. The pro I was assigned with was really nice but the company and their support team is a joke. They constantly talk over you, do not answer your questions and are just simply not helpful. I had three mowings completed (the minimum) and they would not let me cancel. They said only two were recorded even though I have a message in their app from the pro (that they can see) and camera evidence proving they completed three services.
