Did a competent service

Great communication. Friendly service. And our lawn looks great.

The crew took their time on their first visit to walk my yard with me and find out exactly which flowers and scrubs were keepers and which ones I want to do away with. They had a great sense of humor and we’re fun to work with and we’re superb at their job.

Called ahead of visit and came to the door to talk to us. Good job!

I was supposed to meet with Rory. Alex (Alec?) comes out instead. I was very clear that what I wanted was the weeds pulled and the one side of the house mowed. I WAS ASSURED THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I was told that I would get three services for the $80.00. After one treatment I called and was NOW told that it was going to be $80 a month IF I did their service for a year. So I stopped services and was then informed I owe an additional 47.00 for one service! When I mentioned calling the BBB or leaving a review on line Rory LAUGHED AT ME and said "well we have a 4.9 rating so it won't matter."

I've had Lawntech for well over 10 years and I think they are great! Many different services and all to your satisfaction.
-
I have been using lawn tech for four years now and the quality and customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Thank you for all your hard work!

I left this spring after several years as a customer. My grass looked worse each year! Sprinkler appointments were short and never resolved the coverage issues and broken heads. They seem to have too many customers to tend to the details.
-
The company does good work, but for whatever reason, dropped me as a customer. We were set to renew another season and then I heard nothing. Repeated attempts at communication with them yielded not even a courtesy phone call. Almost like a break-up where the other party is too cowardly to let you know that this wasn't meant to be.

I have been a Lawntech customer for over 12 years. They are competitively priced with great service and good customer feedback. Many different services provided which makes it very easy to coordinate anything I need done in my yard!

I have been a client of Lawntech for close to 20 years. They provide top notch landscaping and maintenance. My lawn always looks fabulous and they clean up after themselves (even taking away the grass clippings). Their gutter cleaning and lawn clean up services are always done with tremendous detail. In addition, I have referred them to many neighbors who are equally as happy.
Highly recommend! -
I signed up for lawn mowing service, got an appointment and thought I was good to go. The appointment time came and went an no one showed up. Two days after I was supposed to have my lawn mowed I received a form email from them saying they didn't have enough crews to get to me... sorry. If they couldn't get to me, they shouldn't have given me an appointment, or at the very least let me know the day of or day before that they weren't going to make it. No showing a scheduled appointment is bad business. Besides the only companies with labor shortages are the companies not willing to pay their workers decent wages. I certainly will not be continuing my (non) services with Lawn (non) Starter.

I scheduled service with LawnStarter, and at no point during or after that process is it possible to ask questions, speak with a human, or engage in any kind of dialogue. I put in a request for service online, was forced to download an app to see any updates, and saw that my service was scheduled for that Saturday. I had no ability to influence the scheduling at all, I just had to accept the date that appeared. I received an email saying that they might be a day early, but who knows? Apparently lawn service is ineffable, and could occur at any time without warning. Friday came and went, and so did Saturday, and no lawn service. I checked the app, and it now said that they would be arriving Sunday or Monday. Spoiler alert: They did not. Today, Tuesday, I received an email saying that they could not service my area, and would not be providing lawn service, which presumably they could have told me last week when they were unable to schedule. I have still never been spoken to by any employee of the company, the service is simply cancelled in the app, and it is impossible to delete either my account or my payment method. The whole thing feels very much like a scam.
