They told me they were open til noon on a Saturday I called they said come down. I got there at 11:00am on a Saturday and they were closed. And the sign even said open . They lied and they are lazy.

Needed a 10" inflatable pipe plug last minute for an emergency job.

They had one, and everyone was helpful and polite.

As a truck driver this is an excellent place to deliver. Had a load of hot water heaters I was empty in 30 minutes. Even an hour early for my appointment.

I had purchased a residential Broan bathroom replacement exhaust fan from Home Depot but it did not fit. I went to Amazon and ordered one and it was the right motor but the wrong orientation. I called Wholesale Specialties and they said bring the original. I believe it was Brad that helped me and they had an upgrade kit for $25.00 that was not only the motor but a new grille and hardware. Best of all it fits! They beat the online price as well!

If you have anything else to do for the rest of the day, this is the plumbing supply to get your material...Been nice it's not all. Fast service also count.

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

My shower was leaking so I reached out to Jeff and he was very quick to respond. He had a busy schedule but was able to fit me in within a couple days. The fix to my problem was only some minor caulking so Jeff left it up to me and didn't charge me a dime. I'm 100% going to call Jeff for all of my plumbing problems.
