We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Sweltering in our house in the late afternoon, our former heating/AC company was closed, so I gave M&N a call. The very nice receptionist were able to send Brien out within a half hour! He diagnosed our issue and gave us our options from a conservative - yet, likely temporary - fix to a full replacement. By morning we had our new system on order, and Brien returned to lend us a portable AC unit in the meantime. Then Jason and Aleks arrived to make the swap on the scheduled day. They were so proficient and courteous and made working in the 130 degree attic look like no big deal! From the office staff to the technicians, it was just about the best experience we've had with a service provider in Longmont. I definitely recommend M&N!

Had a delivery here. These guys took it personally!
They got me in a dock as soon as possible and had me unloaded in 45 minutes!
With the product I delivery it normally takes 2-3 hours.

Great company to work with especially if you’re a smaller company trying get off your feet. Whole staff is great to work with. They have all supplies we’re looking for. I highly recommend going to them for any of your plumbing supplies.

We wanted a simple Snake of the Main Drain as preventative maintenance due to all of the trees. Well, it never got done. Master Blaster claimed we needed $4500 worth of work. We ended up getting 6 additional estimates and every other Plumbing company quoted $300 - $500 of work and looked at Master Blaster's quote and description and stated that they were ripping us off.
Dont let them scare you! Do your due diligence and get other estimates.

Aaron Schmidt of Master Blaster came this morning to install a new clean out and to cable my lines. First, Aaron was exactly on time, very professional, made sure that everything was covered to not create any mess or damage, cleaned up after the work was done - overall a very pleasant experience for something that no one looks forward to.

Nick was so great! He installed 3 new toilets, replacing the existing which were cracked. Two of the toilets were caulked with interior caulking instead of tub/tile caulking which were very, very, very difficult to remove, but he did it! With the new faucet installation he fix the horrible piping too. This company is definitely my go to for any plumbing work!

Nick was early, professional and did a great job! He went above and beyond in helping out with my plumbing issue and even made sure that all other plumbing in the house worked before he left. I would definitely recommend Master Blaster!

We have used Master Blaster Plumbing on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. They always arrive on time and if they should be delayed they call us to let us know they're running late. The first time we used Master Blaster Plumbing was actually after we had another plumbing company come out to give us a quote which ended up being more than double that of Master Blaster.

Master Blaster responded to my request, not an emergency, in a timely, and on time fashion. Aaron S. repaired my toilet, was friendly and professional, and offered me some valuable maintenance tips. And ladies, he put on clean booties before walking across my light colored carpet! I would certainly use them again, and gladly recommend them to friends or neighbors needing plumbing repair.

My insurance company sent your guys out Nick and Cory. I had a little shake up with the insurance company but Nick and Cory remained polite, professional, and understanding. They also completed the work timely and accurately. Thank you both so much, I would definitely use master blaster plumbing again!

Master Blaster was great to work with, and I'll definitely call them back for future needs as well as refer them to others. Nick was my tech and he couldn't have been easier to work with. He took the time to explain my whole situation, answer my question, and educate me on all things water heater related. Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out quickly to address our needs. Technician Brandon was very courteous and punctual. He was able to figure out the cause of our problem relatively quickly. The company was prompt in getting us an estimate for other plumbing fixtures we were looking to repair.

These guys rock (and they have great hold music, not that I heard it for long!). Ours is a long tail of woe, but both times we called they were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Aaron is awesome - clearly knows his stuff, was able to explains things to me and happy to show me what he was doing as he did it. When it turned out we needed more extensive work (like, jackhammering up the bathroom...), Master Blaster was able to get it scheduled the next week! Plus, their prices were right in line with other outfits. We won't be using anyone else from now on.

Excellent quality and service. We called Master Blaster to clear out some blockages in our yard drains here in Fountain and didn't have to wait for an appointment. Junior quoted a price for 2 hours. He was able to clear out all the drains on our 1/2-acre property and though the time ran over some, the price was what he promised. Two people assisted with the machine setup. Russ and Kumar (a trainee) work on HVAC systems and asked if we'd like our furnace serviced while they were here. It had been over 2 years so we said yes. My husband suffers from allergies, so they asked asked if we were interested in a furnace UV light system to help reduce symptoms. We were, so Russ and Kumar came out the next day to install the system. It took a while to figure out one part they'd received was bad and another had a bad fuse, so they picked up another part each time. They ended up having to come back several times before everything was set, but they persevered, had a good attitude and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to (they also like dogs, which is always a plus in our opinion--especially since ours can be a pain :). We were impressed with the honesty and integrity of all the folks we dealt with and highly recommend Master Blaster. We will definitely use them again.

This is one of the best companies I have ever been rescued by! We had a sewer collapse 6ft long under our basement floor. After going thru the yellow pages and getting some ridiculous quotes, I called a builder I know for advice. He said, Master Blaster period. Dead on, no high quote to take advantage of us. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. We also use them if we have an occasional simple sewer blockage. Same story, great guys and a reasonable price!!

We have rental properties with 60 year old plumbing and young females for tenants; we get to know the Master Blaster technicians thoroughly. We have had them out 3 times this year and they always do a great job. We use Master Blaster for all of our drain service needs. This year Master Blaster has rooted a main line for us, applied a RootX treatment, filmed and located a line offset, and cleared an obstruction in a branch line. I highly recommend them! Most importantly they are honest and do good work. They always give the best customer service.

We recently had a problem with the kitchen sink you know that awful kind of problem that has water coming out through the cabinets. So glad, we made the smart decision to call Master Blaster Plumbing. Aaron the technician that arrived was one of the most courteous professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. He quickly assessed the problem and within mere minutes had run the entire line clearing the clog. All while treating my home as if it were his own, protecting my floors leaving nothing behind except a perfectly working drain. I would recommend Mater Blaster Plumbing to anyone!! Nick came out to help me replace valves connected to my washer. While several other people told me there was no easy solution and the job would entail cutting into my dry wall and installing a new box, Nick went to home depot and came back with an inexpensive solution! He is honest, tries to save you money and is trustworthy. For once, a contractor who has your best interest in mind. He saved me a few hundred dollars and I expect I will be calling him again.

Plumbline tried selling us a $26k job when they came out and we felt like the guy was just trying to land a big commission, so we looked around for small plumbing businesses and landed on Master Blaster. The experience was refreshing to say the least.

One of their master plumbers, Nick, was honest, willing to answer our slew of questions in detail, give us advice on maintenance, and we could tell he was genuinely trying to help us find the root of our reoccurring problem instead of upselling some bs. Nick has earned you guys a client or 2 for life and many recommendations, make sure you take good care of that man :)

Nick came out to assess an issue we were having with a leaky pipe in our laundry room. He arrived on time and was very polite. He provided excellent service and was able to repair the break rather quickly. We have another plumbing project that we will be calling Master Blaster's and Nick back out in the near future.
