i called Master Blaster Plumbing to request an estimate to install a new single faucet handle in our shower. I asked what their charge was to come to our home for an estimate, as I had called 4 other plumbing companies and was told the charge for an estimate was between $40 to $100 dollars. The VERY NICE lady I talked to at Master Blaster told me they do NOT charge for estimates as this is NOT the way they do business. Nick, with Master Blaster came to our home and gave us a VERY reasonable quote on the work and was hired. Nick then came and did the work which was VERY PROFESSIONAL and of high quality which took 3 hours. Nick cleaned up after his work and when done leaving our home as he found it when starting the work. VERY satisfied with the work done and the great experience from start to finish with Master Blaster Plumbing and with their reasonable pricing will definitely be calling them again with any plumbing issue we have. I had a pipe burst in my basement. I called every plumber on Google and Master Blaster was the only one who could come out that day. They were so friendly and professional. They dealt with the insurance company which was an added bonus. They set up huge fans to make sure everything would dry. They came back out a few days later to collect the fans and make sure everything was okay. In an emergency, Master Blaster was a saving grace. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints on the service. However, the markup on parts is insane. A $2,000 tankless water heater was quoted at $5,000 (so we bought it from Home Depot and had them install). $100 worth of vent pipe was billed at $700. Keep looking if you want a plumber that you can trust to be fair with their pricing.

Brad's recommendation to call Master Blaster was right on! Nick came out the next morning, was polite as can be and installed my new bathroom sink and fixed a leak at my washing machine. My sink cabinet was cleaner than before the work (which is beautiful) and my washing machine was moved back in place.

I have used Master Blaster Plumbing a few times now. They moved some plumbing for me when I had some bathroom renovations so that the plumbing was centered to accommodate the new vanities. I also had them install a new toilet for me. I also have a kitchen p-trap that they will repipe? so that it’s no longer backwards (done by a countertop installation company) I trust Master Blaster Plumbing with their quality of work and they are professional, clean and on-time! Would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs and feel peace of mind knowing I have a plumber I can trust. Nick with Master Blaster Plumbing has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND especially this last trip by offering his expertise on an issue we were in dispute about between 2 restoration companies who didn’t want to take responsibility for their plumbing related mistakes. Nick offered a neutral licensed plumber’s perspective on the issue which is a tremendous help. Thank you so much Nick!! He is excellent!!

Five years ago, I gave Master Blaster a 5-star review and have recommended them to friends. Not after today. Your technician was great, but Ross, the owner, owes me an apology. I called you to fix the height of the sewer clean-outs that MB installed well below the grade of my patio five years ago. Understanding that I should have exercised the five-year warranty earlier, I wanted you to correct it at cost. I reminded him that I spent about $12,000 with his company five years ago and have continued to recommend them. I didn't want to dicker about the price, just be treated fairly. I didn't think I should pay full price ($150/hr) for this work. Ross became rude, condescending and unprofessional and it went downhill from there. When I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking to me, he told me that he was going to recall the technician, the work would not be done, and I should never call them again. I can certainly agree to his last demand. Ross - for your benefit, I'm attaching a pic of the location of these clean-outs so you can see just how far below grade they were installed. Pretty hard to argue that MB installed these correctly to begin with.

Great job guys! They replaced two furnaces that were 23 years old and 2 AC units that were 18 years old. They replaced sump pump and cleaned a tub drain and did an overall inspection of plumbing to make sure that there weren't any leaks.Specials thanks to Nick for the doggie chase! Good plumbers are hard to find especially ones that don't overcharge. Thanks for going above and beyond!!!!!!!

My water heater failed and had a puddle of water and no hot water. After calling on a few plumbers and getting astronomic estimates of $1500+ Master Blaster was offering a special deal and setting an installation day of Monday, today is Friday. Thanks to Suzanne, she was able to squeeze me in on Friday. The installation team arrived about an hour later and did a fantastic job, installing, hauling away old one and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Master Blaster and will definitely use them again for other plumbing issues.

Our commercial hot water heater went out at our brewery restaurant. It is a complex hybrid heater. Nick was our service guy and he put a huge amount of time, energy and follow up into repairing it. He was determined to get it fixed right. He did a terrific job and got our hot water back up and running. Recommend them highly!

Master Blaster Plumbing is on my speed dial, Nick has handled a variety of plumbing tasks for us over the years and I was satisfied every time. Christopher did an amazing job on my clogged drain and charged a very fair price to get the work done. ! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and able to find the source of the issue quickly. Bailey also gave me great service and kept me up to date on when my tech was on the way. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!!!

if you ever need big sewer repair work done, i highly recommend these plumbers. max personally came out and checked the sewer lines with a camera and explained everything in simple terms during the free inspection. the job took several days and a whole team worked hard, even in the summer heat. after they finished the tough and messy job, max and his crew also fixed a few extra things that weren’t even in the contract, all for no extra charge. the price was fair, especially considering all the labor and materials involved. what really matters with major plumbing repairs is trust, and after working with max and his team, i completely trust them to do what they promise. their phone assistant tara is always helpful, quick to answer questions, and makes the whole process easier. plus, she’s knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.

We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our powder room on a Sunday evening. We left a message and Shawn quickly called us back. Eugene, the plumber who arrived, kept us updated about when he'd get here and quickly figured out what needed fixing. He had all the tools and parts ready, so the repair was done really fast. I've called Jameson Brothers Plumbing a few times for both big plumbing jobs and regular maintenance. The last time, I had a toilet that was leaking and kept refilling. Tyrone showed up earlier than expected and got it fixed right away. Before that, they replaced my old water heater with a new one. When the new heater later had a pilot light issue, they came back and installed a new pilot mechanism without any fuss. Every time, they’ve been fast, polite, and really professional. The prices are fair and a lot better than those companies that charge extra just because they spend a lot on advertising. I highly recommend them.

professionalism - explained everything about my plumbing issues very clearly and in detail. on time - came 45 minutes before the time they promised. good quality - professional plumbing work and they cleaned up everything after finishing. responsive - answered all my questions. good value - great value for the service. they told me how much the part cost and also the labor, which was really helpful. a couple of weeks ago, my basement had water because my ejector pump stopped working and it was raining a lot. the next day, i started calling different companies for quotes. most places wanted $950 to $2000, and they even charged $45 to $75 just to come out and give an estimate, even after i explained what was needed. after talking to a lot of companies and even setting an appointment with one, i decided to call jameson brothers plumbing when i saw their van driving by. they said they don't charge extra for estimates and their quote for a new ejector pump was $300 less than the others. i am really happy i chose them. max came out, did the work quickly, and was very professional. absolutely will use them for any plumbing needs and will tell my family and friends too. great people and a great company.

The plumbers who came to help me were fantastic. They made the whole process easy, especially when it came to working with my home warranty company. Honestly, they were way more helpful than the warranty company itself. Jace came out to my house just a couple days after I called to take care of some plumbing problems. Jace was really friendly and respectful, especially since I was working from home while he was there. He even moved his work truck right away when a delivery truck needed space in the driveway, which I really appreciated. During the visit, I brought up a plumbing issue that wasn’t listed on the original work order, but Jace quickly checked with his office and made sure it was included. It turned out my Pressure Relief Valve needed to be replaced, and Jace was able to take care of it completely. He also discovered a bigger plumbing issue that the warranty wouldn’t cover, but he let me know that my insurance would help with it, so now I can get that fixed too. I’m really thankful for how smoothly everything went and how professional everyone was. I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing help—they’ll take care of your plumbing needs and make the whole process stress-free!

Tyrone from Jameson Brothers Plumbing quickly figured out the cause of our clearwater seepage and replaced the old drain tile in half of our basement, making sure it was connected to the working system and sump pump in the other half. We highly recommend them for their plumbing skills, quality work, and fair prices.
