Jeff, “Mr. Plumber,” was easy to communicate with, easy to schedule with, and arrived promptly. He was thoroughly professional in his approach, wasted no time in the work he did, and provided a good fix at a reasonable price.

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

I just had Jeff replace some pipes under my kitchen sink. The hose had been leaking for a while it seems unknown to me. It had gone on long enough to get a serious bit of rust. I was concerned it was going to rupture even if I just looked at it too long. He took care of it no problem, and I had him remove my old faucet and install a new one I had purchased. He did a fantastic job, was clean and tidied up everything when he was done. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend this gentleman. He is in my phone contacts now for any future issues and to pass along if I'm asked for a plumber.

Jeff has been quick to resolve my plumbing issues, several times now. He and his assistant are courteous, clean and trustworthy. They have done work while I am away from home and everything was left neat as a pin! Mr. Plumber gets my recommendation and five stars!!

He is VERY fair in his pricing and EXCEPTIONAL in his work, communication and professionalism. We have used Jeff multiple times over the years and every time we are sooooo happy and feel blessed to have found someone in today's world we can depend on and TRUST!! Jeff has been my go-to plumber for my 100-year-old home. He’s fixed previous owners’ shoddy work, updated old drains, and just installed a new water heater. He’s prompt, meticulous, and easy to communicate with. What I appreciate most is that he finds smart solutions without tearing up walls and ceilings unnecessarily. Highly recommend, especially for older homes.

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Jason has worked at my house twice. Both times, he did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem quickly and accurately. The work was professionally done at a great price. I have recommended him to all of my local friends.
