Fantastic company. I simply cannot say enough about this company. Ross, the owner genuinely cares about people. He took a personal interest when I called them for help, and made sure I was taken care of, even though I couldn't afford to pay due to my husband being disabled. The plumber was Junior, and he was great. Master Blaster is the best!

Nick is excellent to work with. He installed a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Always friendly and informative. His suggestions on brands and models of equipment work exceptionally well. Everything is done in a professional and timely manner.

Had an Inspection Report that had several Plumbing Issues so we found this company through Angie's List to help us and was not disappointed. The technician, Kevin, was excellent. The list of problems we gave him was extensive. He worked non-stop for 2 days. Very professional and efficient. He did an excellent job. We highly recommend this company and see if you can get the Tech, Kevin.

I received a quote over the phone for a brokenpipe, a fast response, Donn the owner came himself. He fixed the problem and charged what he quoted. He was professional, and clearly explained everything he did. I will call him the next time I need a plumber and highly recommend him! Excellent, stress-free experience!

I have never had a better experience with any plumbing company. They are top notch. The plumber was courteous and explained exactly what they would charge to take care of my problem. He worked long and hard to correct the problem and even had to come back another day. (at no extra charge.) The price they charged was more than fair (unlike other plumbing companies I have used where I felt like I was mislead and overcharged.

I called many other plumbers before finding Master Blaster. The others were awful and rude. Bailey at Master Blaster was the first friendly person to finally help me, they were able to send out a great tech within days to look at my situation. Will be using them again!

The plumber sent was amazing. I had a laundry issue where the pipes had corroded and could not be released. He came in and did a wonderful job. Careful and respectful of my time and property. Personable and looked at the issues that I wanted to get done and gave me a really good quote for another job, that I had him do right then, even though he had to leave to get parts. Really helpful and gave me additional estimates on what I was looking to do down the line in the future. I am already planning on using them during my kitchen remodel!

Master Blaster came to my house on Monday, 8/6, to do a main sewer line camera and video. There are severe problems with the line and definitely needs replacing very soon, the sooner, the better. When they left, I paid them $245 for the service and video, which they said they would email me along with the quote. After not hearing anything from them, I called the office on Wednesday, 8/8 to see if they had anything they could tell or send me. I was told that they would get right back to me. It is now end of the day Friday and I still have not been contacted. I had read very good reviews about Master Blaster, so they were the first company I called. Since this will be a very costly job, I am certainly getting multiple quotes and Master Blaster will not be chosen.

I would like to add additional information to my review of Master Blaster Plumbing. The President/Owner of Master Blaster Plumbing, Ross, reviewed my complaint and agreed with my claims. Since then, he has refunded my $245 and added an additional gift to show his sincere appreciation of my honest review. I do believe him when he say's that they have reviewed and changed their business and customer service practices. If needed in the future, I will contact Master Blaster Plumbing again for my plumbing services.

We have used Master Blaster for over 15+ years now. We highly recommend them to friends and family who have also used them. They are honest and efficient. They have done many projects on our home of 30 years. They have been the best we have ever had. You can always count on them to offer very fair prices and back up support on the phone. We were assigned just the right number of expert plumbers and drain experts to take care of everything that was in need of a repair (or a charge!) in our 13-year old, original equipment collection of home appliances. Master Blaster really did a fine job. The plumbers were polite, diligent and made sure we were satisfied before moving on to the next task. Really a superior customer service experience !

These guys did great work installing my tankless water heater. They were professional, responsive and did quality work. I liked them so much, I hired them again to install a gas line for my range. Also quality work at a reasonable price. I will use them again when needed.

Master Blaster has done two plumbing jobs for us. Both times, we were able to schedule the work quickly, and the work was done promptly and with apparently high quality. The cost was reasonable.

Had them come out. Run a camera through the sewer line, they found a couple of roots. Obstructing the passage, I had them run a snake to clear the obstruction, I was very satisfied with the work and at an amazing price!

I would highly recommend this company. I actually found out about them as the owner returned my lost keys a few weeks ago which I accidentally left at the mailbox. Several weeks later we found we had a burst pipe so I decided to give them a shot.

I sent an inquiry in on their portal an was called almost immediately to set an appointment. The serviceman Nick was timely, courteous and did an excellent job in communicating and fixing the pipe fast. The charges were in line with what we expected.

There are a lot of plumbing companies in the area but I would not at all hesitate to recommend Master Blaster Plumbing and Drain.

I am very pleased with Master Blaster plumbing. My hot water heater started leaking. I left a message for Master Blaster as it was after hours. I did not expect a call back until the next day as it wasn’t an emergency. A few minutes later Susan called and she said they were booked for the next day but she would see what she could do and call me back. Susan called me back that night and said she was able to re arrange some jobs to fit me in for the next day. To me that’s great customer service. I was not an existing Master Blaster customer and after hours Susan went to work to accommodate me for the next day. Nick, the plumber that came out was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He gave me several options for the hot water heater installation. He explained everything to me very clearly and let me decide how I wanted it done. I also asked him to do some additional work that I needed done and he gave me an estimate for all of the work. I thought the price was very competitive. I have used several plumbers over the years and the price for the hot water heater and the extra work was lower than I thought it would be. Nick did a great job on the hot water heater installation and the other work. He definitely knows what he is doing, it showed in his work. He was very polite and professional through the entire process. I will use definitely Master Blaster again

We had a tankless water heater installed and various other plumbing things done in our basement. Nick was always on time, called to let us know he was on his way, announced himself upon entering our home, and worked efficiently and neatly. We so appreciated his professionalism and his kindness. We will definitely do business with Master Blaster in the future!
