Technician did a fantastic job. Upgraded the bathroom plumbing from single sink supply to double sink supply for new vanity. Very professional and polite. Will hire again.

The WORST company i have ever worked with! Marcus and his receptionist wife were extremely unprofessional and rude. I would go elsewhere if i were you. They not only were unprofessional and extremely rude but they ripped me off! Please read other peoples reviews as well and see y he has so many 1star reviews!

Horrible company...had to call three times to schedule. Promised would be at our fathers home the next day as it was an emergency. Called and said couldn't be there for 3 days! Then started cussing and using the f word to my elderly father! Would not recommend him for our small community!

Marcus worked for 4 days to stop a flooding outbuilding, dig up two leaking hydrants, replace the hydrants and install a shut off valve. He knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend.

No show twice after making appointment. First time they called to reshedule they scheduled next day appointment never called or showed up. Take it for what you want. I seen bad reviews but figured every one deserves a chance. The reviews i read were obviously spot on.

We have been working with Umbrella Plumbing, on a professional and personal level, for 8 years and we highly recommend them! They are on the top of our referral list for our clients and our go-to for our own plumbing needs. Very trustworthy, very friendly, very professional.

1 Star because I can't give zero. Family member paid several thousand dollars for clogged pipe remediation. She was under the impression pipes were replaced. With continuing plumbing clogs, camera just confirmed that pipes were not replaced and an additional $9,000 will be required to line existing pipes to solve problem. Marcus's comment after problems arose within 48 hours of his initial work was that he didn't intend to be held liable. Go elsewhere, he doesn't stand behind his work.

A technician from umbrella came out to fix a leak under the master toilet that was causing water to drip in the basement. After the fix, the receipt states that the leak was fixed.

The dripping continued after the fix, so I called again and a second technician came out. They said that they would not honor their warranty, because they had replaced a gasket on the tub, but the leak was coming from the toilet drain.

They mis-diagnosed the source of the leak, did work that may not have needed done, and failed to fix the problem. Essentially, they were payed nearly $300 to fix a leak, and that leak is exactly as it was before they came. They quoted me an additional $280 to fix the leak. I will be calling a different service.

Marcus and team have always been professional and timely when they have a job at our home. That's why we have used them for our last 3 plumbing jobs. Great service, and Marcus takes the time to show/explain what's going on so it is not a mystery as to what we are paying for. Umbrella Plumbing are our 'go-to' plumbers.

I can't thank Marcus enough for his work, dedication and professionalism. He installed our jet tub and toilet. His staff called me when he was on his way and was very friendly. We will definitely use them again.

I recently called these guys with an urgent request. We had a new fridge delivered and there was an issue with the install that the delivery guys couldn't handle. I called them and they showed up 3 hours later, were NICE and PROFESSIONAL as could be, and they charged us what we felt was more than fair. I will never call anyone again for any plumbing needs, and plan to spread the word about these guys.

Pass on using this company. We made special arrangements to meet with Marcus at our home for a water heater issue. He did show up close to the time he was supposed to be there, once there, kind of hurried up and looked at the heater, then said he would call us in 20 minutes to give us price for the part needed. Never heard back again, have called several times and left several messages with the answering service, even during business hours?? Very POOR (non-existent) customer service, look elsewhere.

Do not have anything done here last June we had a water heater flooded in our crawl space thy charge $2.000.00 to put in didn’t care for their service and only gave one star if Marcus had any smarts he would have recommended a sump pump
. Well my water heater was flooded again.
The rain before thy blizzard They told me I was a do not service. And would not come back out BS company so don’t even give second thought. If u want a local plumber try Ken with Corridoir plumbing in dear trail.

Marcus and his staff provide outstanding service. We have used Umbrella's service many times at our residence and rental property. Always responsive and provide excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Needed to change up the the drain outflow from the washer and were bad need of a plumber. They scheduled me about 4 days out, and they were there on time albeit in traffic. The plumber, Marcus was very professional and kind and wanted to solve the problem and prevent further problems and wasn't trying to upsell but instead attend to exactly what was needed. I definitely will use their services again.

We would highly recommend this service. Due to a semi emergency with our septic system, they came out the same day we called (Saturday) and figured out the issue quickly and professionally. Although no one wants to see the inside of their septic system, we are so glad we don't have to worry about this plumbing problem all weekend. Lastly, Charlie was professional and friendly. We will definitely use Umbrella Plumbing again if needed.

If only I.could leave zero stars, I would. This company is the most unprofessional business on the I-70 corridor and that is saying a lot. I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Friday for a tankless water heater installation and because our boiler won’t send heat. I explained that I had the new water heater and just needed it installed and I don’t know why the boiler stopped working. About the time they were supposed to be here, they called and changed the appointment to the afternoon because of an emergency job. Okay. No big deal. Then they showed up and started troubleshooting the old water heater, which we knew was no good and was not the reason we had them there. Okay. Again, no big deal. The big deal was that they weren’t prepared for an installation and said they would come back Monday. So now I have to take a second day off of work?! Alright. It is what it is. On Monday, I get a call that due to the cold snap and snow, they are on an emergency status and therefore only dealing with emergencies and they are cancelling my appointment. I have no heat and no hot water and somehow I’m not a priority for a previously scheduled appointment?! I explain again that I have no heat and no hot water and can’t take a THIRD day off of work at a later date to get this taken care of. The woman tells me to find another company that can “meet my needs” because they aren’t able to at this time. So I waited 10 days for the initial appointment and took two days off of work so that they could come to my house once and do absolutely nothing, tell me they can’t meet my needs and leave me without heat or hot water in a snow storm with young children at home. It hit single digit temperatures tonight and I have the kids in bed sleeping on heating pads and am praying my pipes don’t burst or worse. Plus I am now several weeks out from getting an appointment elsewhere, so we do not have hot water or heat in our home for the foreseeable future. I can think of no excuse for this company’s complete lack of concern for the welfare of our family, or for cancelling our appointment. If you can’t “meet your customer’s needs” why are you in business at all?

Had another great experience with these guys. Clean and professional work. Had a quality back-flow preventer installed at a fair price. They really took care of my house keeping it clean by wearing boot covers to keep the snow and mud from tracking all over my house and completely cleaned up the work area. It looks great and I cant wait to start the sprinkler project. Thank you Marcus and team. You are my go-to guys!

It is so refreshing to be able to trust a contractor, especially a plumber. Marcus with Umbrella plumbing is the best! He has fixed many water issues at our house and also does scheduled maintenance with snaking our sewer line. They are so professional, trustworthy, and if they are running late due to an emergency, they will keep you up to date on their ETA.

Marcus is a great guy who cares about helping you, not just making money! After getting a few quotes I decided to install a new water heater myself. Marcus graciously offered to help me out if I had any questions. When I took him up on his offer for advice, he was very kind and helped me get through the last couple steps of my install. It is clear he is a pro and I would absolutely recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Marcus came out today and was terrific! Very good at educating us on our plumbing situation and septic issues. He spent a great deal of time making sure we understood how to best use our system. Initial contact was really good. When I needed to upgrade from my regularly scheduled appointment to an emergency situation, they had a technician call me back within 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service!
