Absolutely Outstanding Service!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Scott! They replaced my toilet quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, respectful of my space, and clearly knowledgeable. The installation was flawless, and they even took the time to explain everything and make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

What really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer care. They left the area spotless and made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled plumber who genuinely cares about doing a great job, look no further. Highly recommended!

I made a huge mistake in leaving my hose hooked up at the outside faucet. It froze and the pipe burst leveling water on the floor. This was at 4:00 am! We called Rooter Guy and left a message for help! With in a very short time I got a call back and a time scheduled! As Rooter Guy was willing to come out right away, we had a commitment that prevented our meeting for a couple of hours. They gladly worked around our schedule. Eire was our service man. Eric showed up at our agreed time. He assessed our problem, explained in detail what needed to be done, was very neat & timely!

We closed on a house on a Friday and by Sunday, we were already having plumbing issues. We had no idea what was going on since we had experienced inspectors and plumbers (from other companies) come out before closing. Eric and Chauncy came bright and early Monday morning. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as we showed them a video of the sewer scope from the week prior, they immediately said the cast iron pipe was rotting and we'd have to replace it. They cleared the pipe to the best of their ability and performed another sewer scope to confirm their suspicions. Our realtor couldn't believe that all of her experienced and trusted contractors could've missed it and we got a second and third opinion, and all of them agreed on the issue. Rooter Guy gave us the best quote, so we hired them to replace the pipe. On Friday, Rooter Guy sent Valentin, Chauncy, Gordon, Cody, and Tanner to replace the pipe. They were quick and did a good job of removing the necessary LVP flooring without ruining any pieces. It's been a week and we have had no problems since. We highly recommend Rooter Guy!

Cody, Tanner, and Gordon were fantastic. We had a cracked sewer pipe that was leaking into the foundation in our basement. Over two days they excavated the old one and replaced it. They were extremely professional and good to work with. They did a great job and cleaned everything up so well that you wouldn’t even know they were there. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Chauncy got us started with a quick estimate that was much lower than the other two bids. Then Gordon, Cody, and Valentines took out our rotted kitchen sewer pipes and replaced them. They were in and out in a day that included jack hammering up the foundation and pouring new concrete. They were even able to save some of the tile. No more sewer back ups at Thanksgiving. Thanks guys.

Called to make an appointment for estimate on installing a kitchen faucet we bought. We got an appointment 08:00AM the next day and was the best price we had received from calling others for quotes for this the job. Jacob Smith did a great job explaining what he was going to do and in about an hour had removed the old faucet, checked for wear and tear and installed new faucet equipment for the price he quoted. Jacob was professional and friendly and really established our trust in Rooter Guy. They now are the first call we make for any plumbing needs we come up with. Very pleased!

I called a local plumbing company in Denver after getting a recommendation from my regular plumber for a stubbornly clogged kitchen sink. I had already tried everything I could as a homeowner, including running my own drain snake about 20 feet down the pipe several times and using drain cleaning chemicals, but nothing worked. The plumbing team was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment, which was fantastic, especially given the icy roads after a spell of freezing weather in Colorado. Javier, the plumber who came out, arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional. He brought all the right tools, including a heavy-duty drain snake and other equipment in case the blockage was really tough or needed a camera inspection. Javier ran about 70 feet of snake through my drain and cleared out the clog in less than an hour. He made sure to leave the area clean afterwards and only charged $100 for the visit, which was the lowest price I found compared to other plumbers in the area—others quoted $149 and up. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone in Denver needing help with clogged drains or other plumbing problems. Just a heads up: if the blockage can’t be handled with a regular snake, the costs might go up depending on what equipment is needed, but that’s understandable with more complex plumbing issues. Overall, a great experience!
