Called in the morning when my basement drain backed up, Aaron showed up in the afternoon. Aaron was great. In out and flowing like normal again.

Chauncey, Valentine, and Cody did great work on a tough job. Our 2" cast iron floor drain was needing to be replaced. Their team made sure to properly diagnose the problem and made a reasonable recommendation. The job involved tearing up a bunch of concrete, but they worked hard to get the job done in one day.

I'll always call these guys back for any issue. They're high quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend for any mechanical or plumbing work.

We had an excellent experience with Jacob from the Rooterguy! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He installed the natural gas line converter for our grill and did a fantastic job. Jacob clearly knew his stuff- he even corrected some wrong (and potentially dangerous) information we were given by another company that had also quoted us an astronomical price. Thanks to him, we’re all set and extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend Jacob and the Rooterguy!

Technician Scott showed up on time and was upfront about any additional costs to original bids before starting work. He offered some coupons to offset the cost. He replaced our water heater and fixed a running toilet. He left the area clean afterwards and removed and hauled away old water heater. We had a few bids on project and this business came in middle. We are satisfied with the work.

Scott did an amazing job replacing the water heater and figuring out our problem. He also installed a pressure valve for our water since it was running too high. I appreciated the communication as well as the bill! This has definitely been a stressful time and was able to get everything replaced needed at a good price. Definitely will be using them again and will ask for Scott personally.

Mark was fantastic. Super on time, diagnosed everything in about 5-10 minutes BY ACTUALLY checking/testing, and had all the solutions ready to start. Fully free, no pressure consult/eval.

I didn't feel in the dark at all by the time he asked if I wanted any work completed at cost. Very friendly, hyper professional, and I didn't have to call off for the whole morning.

He gave me some useful advice as a homeowner when completed and cleaned up great (almost no water/mess). I'd use them again, no problem.

Gordon and Tanner came to our home to replace kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, toilet and water heater. They were comolete professionals throught the entire process. Quick to work and make the needed adjustments. Thorough communication of what was needed, why and then the follow-thru of showing what was done and explaining why. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Jacob at RooterGuy. He arrived on time, kept me informed at every step, and made sure the work was done right. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond dealing with the manufacturer warranty—he spent a couple hours on it so I didn’t have to. Pricing wasn’t cheap, but it was in line with other options I considered, and the overall experience and results were excellent. He double-checked everything and ensured it was all working perfectly before wrapping up. Highly recommend, and I will absolutely use RooterGuy again.

Gordon saved my life! Well not literally, but he was out to my house in less than 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and put on a temporary patch until a new water heater can be installed. Jacob just installed the new water heater, just over 2 hours from start to finish. Very professional and very friendly. Thank you both for the excellent service.

Gordon is a lifesaver. He was able to get us quoted and everything done in the same day. He got our waterline moved for our fridge which was a tricky job. He did it quickly and efficiently and is so extremely nice and helpful. Definitely will be getting the rest of the plumbing jobs we have to get done in our house. Add on- having new kitchen installed and during install contractor discovered the gas line was going to interfere with a cabinet and we needed to get it moved over 6”. Mr Rooter was able to get us an appointment first thing the following morning and Jacob did an excellent job. Very helpful and friendly and had it done in less than an hour. Rooterguy saving the day again.

Gordon and Chauncy were great to work with. They fixed a clog on my main sewer line and did a scope which revealed some bigger problems which they quoted me for fixing. Never felt like I was getting sold something I don't need and they answered several plumbing questions I had about my house that were unrelated to the work they were currently doing. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future

Aaron did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving the issue with our sewage line. The crew assigned to excavate the line spoke only Spanish, which made communication somewhat challenging. That said, I found the pricing to be fair, and Aaron was professional and personable throughout the process.
