Jacob was fantastic! Originally he was coming to do an estimate but was able to fix both of my issues day of. He even left and got the parts he needed and came back. I’m so pleased with the service and the outcome. I’ll definitely use them again.

Scott did a wonderful job fixing our valves for the sprinkler system at Lee’s property. It was not easily accessible and he was able to work magic to get access and fix it timely. He also explained the issue easily to understand what happened and how he was going to fix it. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Requested Valentin to come back to look at my washer this time! Was told they would send another Tech - I said No! Only want him forever! I really trust him and I know he is so very professional and very thorough! I feel comfortable with him that the job will be done right!

Rooterguy saved the day!!! I called (literally) 20 other companies to install my under-mount kitchen sink and all of them said they couldn't. I was about to give up when, on a whim, I entered my info into Angie. Rooterguy called me immediately and said they could do it. I was still skeptical after already having two other companies say they could but then after coming out and looking, saying they couldn't. When Gary came out he said it would be a lot of work, but he could do it. He ordered the parts right away and installed it within the same week. I LOVE my new sink and am so thankful I found them. Everyone on the phone was so nice and professional. Gary was on time (early) and did immaculate work.

Jacob and Cody did an amazing job! They were very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with a bad smell in our bathroom, and they did their work quickly and efficiently. They charged a fair price and didn’t try to scare me into paying for anything I didn’t need. I will definitely be requesting them for future plumbing projects!

Used them to help repair and replace a ball valve and heat dispersion tank at our commercial building. Very easy to work with, and the onsite technician was a very sweet man. Overall, they are Little on the pricier side but like most things in life you get what you pay for. Will update the review if anything changes.

Chris did an awesome job. Came first thing in the morning to fix our hot water heater. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful!

We can not recommend Rooter Guy enough. After going through numerous issues with our sewer line and having many different companies come out Rooter Guy and Chauncy corrected the problems. Chauncy located the issue areas and had it corrected in one day with full videos of the before and after. Will never use anyone else besides Rooter Guy and Chauncy.

Eric was amazing! He made sure I was aware of everything that was being replaced and was in and out In a timely manner. He even went above and beyond with making sure I was aware about leaks and concerns in other parts of the house. Great experience!

Aaron did a great job installing a water heater at my mom's house. He was kind and professional, no high pressure sales job. He got the job done the same afternoon he came out. The price was fair compared to other large plumbing outfits, but I probably could have gotten better price if I had shopped around.

Gordon, Chauncey, Valentin and Tanner did a super job on our partial sewer drain pipe replacement, clean outs installation, and roots removal using hydro jetting. Their response was immediate, And the coordination among their workers was seamless. A+++++

S ott was here to replace a water heater, a sump pump, put a pressure reducer on the main water line, and rerouted the dryer exhaust.
Scott performed everything in a most professional manner and used his experience to guide us in our decisions we needed to make with this project.

This review is on behalf of the two man team comprised of Coty and Valentin. These guys just finished the most amazing plumbing work I'v ever seen. Apparently we had an old cast iron pipe in our sub-floor that had been leaking for a while. This caused leaking in our basement. Coty and Valentin came through and did the most amazing excavation, rebuild and clean up job I've ever seen. They adapted to problem, created solution and totally upgraded out entire plumbing setup including a total main stack rebuild, fixed old piping from upstairs bath and toilet and totally rebuild our kitchen to stack connection through the subfloor. What a job. Coty and Valentin were easy to communicate with, efficient in their efforts and went above and beyond the call of duty.

I've also had other great interaction with people in their company including Chauncey, Gordon and Josiah. All around, I'll totally use them again if needed.

Excellent service by Gordon who addressed the clogs of my two sinks like a true professional . He was very committed to doing his job right, which I much appreciated I definitely recommend his services .
