Tim was amazing , he went out of his way to explain everything and was very professional.

Great job. I was not there during the window cleaning but was able to check on it via Ring cameras. No horsing around and he did a fine job promptly. I will use him again.

The full experience was excellent. We had 2 very large sliding glass doors installed, a new french door and a window replaced. John provided a really competitive bid and understood exactly what we were looking for. The install team with Cole and Jesse was amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Reflection!

After the so-called GC who began this project dropped the ball, both Michael and I were left picking up the pieces. But Michael stepped up in a big way.

Hats off to Reflection Windows and the entire process from sales introduction, follow up presentation, production and installation. Far and away this has been the best interaction we've ever had with a contractor. Reflection had been out to our home a few years ago and at the time it wasn't something that was in the cards for us, however as good sales people should, Reflection followed up with us asked if they could come out show us more information see if anything's changed and a couple of things had changed we are in a different position. We really did like the products, and came to an agreement to have reflection Windows install Windows for our home. The communication both from Reflection Windows, installer (Dustin) that was designated to do the actual window installation their coordination for final measurements, communicating that windows were ready and scheduling installation were fantastic. After scheduling the installation timeframe the installer showed up precisely when he said he would worked diligently and efficiently and really surprised us how quickly the windows and sliding door on our home we're installed. We had quite a few windows 20 I believe + the sliding door and they were done well within two to two and a half days, beginning mid-morning on a Monday and done mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. The installer and his crew were exceptionally polite and respectful, worked very diligently in both their work and clean up process. After having the windows installed for about a week and a half now it's really been fantastic and so far has lived up to the billing we've had some hot days and the windows have done an exceptional a job of keeping the heat out and now here even in Colorado in May we've had some snow and they've already proven up for the job keeping cold out. The windows have definitely reduced the sound that we hear from the exterior of our home and they look fantastic! You drive up and you see the windows and say, WOW! That's something different that's something nice and again were very happy with the entire process! We are easily ready and have done so actually multiple times already willing to recommend Reflection Windows to come out and install Windows in your home. Again if I haven't said it thoroughly enough, WE ARE COMPLETLY pleased with the entire process and the end product! Also, really looking forward to enjoying these windows as we head into the summer months and years ahead!

They cleaned all the windows in my house this week and did a great job. They were prompt and conscientious. They explained everything well and they not only cleaned the windows inside and out, but cleans the sills and screens as well. The communication and scheduled was excellent. A great company to work with!

This was my second project completed by Reflection. We replaced all the windows in our house several years ago. We were quite pleased with their work at that time so I requested a quote for a new sliding patio door with a doggie door inserted at the factory. The quote was satisfactory and the door has been installed. Salesman Michael, Coordinator Maria and installers Eddie and Levi were all terrific to work with. The installation went smoothly and the work area was cleaned up after the work was done. I am more than pleased with the door - a great improvement over an after market insert that is drafty and reduces the width of the opening.

Process was great from start to finish. I received several quotes for the same windows and doors with prices ranging from $34k to $15k. John provided the best pricing, Mike helped with financing, and Salvador and Eddy were great on the install. The two of them were able to complete the project within the scheduled timeframe, they left everything clean when they departed each day, even walked the outside to make sure the dog wouldn't pick up something. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for Phase 2 for the rest of the windows.

From the initial contact with John to the installation of my new windows everything went smoothly. I was kept informed all along the way. The crew that came in, Nick, Adrian and Pooky were respectful, quiet and efficient workers. It was a pleasure doing business with Reflection Windows & Doors.

We live on the 10th floor in a condo that had the original windows that were 20 years old. We reached out to Reflection windows for complete window replacement and we were very happy we went with them. John was our sales person and he worked with us, understanding that our new windows had to look the same as the old to comply with the HOA guidelines. We told him our issues of hearing wind, west facing sun, and noise since we are in the Golden Triangle area and close to the hospital. He recommended the kind we needed and he also ensured everything met our HOA guidelines. He was also patient as we went through the HOA approval process. Once the time came to install, we had Jesse and since we were on the 10th floor we needed experts to hang outside - so they also brought in two experts who were able to work on ropes outside the building. The installation was two full days. Removing the old windows required a lot of care, but they did an excellent job. After installing the new windows, Jesse hung from the outside to do the caulking and other fine work needed. Jesse also did an excellent job on all the cleanup and haul off, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the standards the HOA required. I highly recommend the team. Ask for John and Jesse.

Outstanding window cleaning service by José and Brian! Very meticulous and courteous team. It feels like we have a brand new house with sparkling windows and screens!

Nick and Ray were great with the replacement glass (six days early!) and came same day to install plywood when the break initially occurred.
Chase was also great with his estimate and professionalism (excellent follow thru/up). We've used Reflection at 2 of our sites and will continue to do so as needed.
