Reflections replaced the windows in my high rise condo. They helped me navigate my HOA requirements and were super efficient and professional with the installation. Though windows replacement is a significant investment, they made the process as easy as possible for me.

John came out to talk with us about repairing some windows, and giving us options for upgrades. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and also practical and honest about what needed to be done and timelines. Christian helped coordinate and was very personable. Nick & Josh came out to do the installation. They were timely, excellent communicators and did very fast work. My new windows look great! Overall -- great teamwork, very experienced, and quality workmanship.

This is my 2nd time using Reflection windows and doors. Both times the service has been incredible. I highly recommend.
My 1st experience was repairing a sliding glass door. I have 4 panels that slide that open up the back of my house. They repaired my door in a matter of minutes. The 2nd service was replacing a window where the seal went bad. Josh was great about calling 1st and replaced my window in about an hour. The install went great and he did a great job making sure everything was clean when he was done.

We had a few windows and our siding replaced by Lifetime. When they replaced the windows, they tore a chunk out of the corner wall between the 2 windows. We had to have them come back and fix that, which they used caulking to try and fix a huge hole in the drywall. So we had a huge blob of shiny caulking formed to make a corner onto a wall. Called them back in, letting them know that was not an adequate fix so they finally sent in someone to repair the drywall properly. The siding looked good from a quick glance, but then when we really started to look we discovered a lot of places where they rushed and cut corners instead of doing things properly. The drains weren't installed back where they came from and were put back on the house crooked and with not enough fasteners, we had leaks around windows, areas that weren't sealed, places they didn't finish painting, and they ripped shingles in our 3 month old roof. We have now had to have them come back out more than 5 times to repair or seal up things that they left behind. This last time they sent one of their managers out to look at what needed to be repaired. Since the siding was done, we have had a leak around our kitchen window and the wood above the window has rotted from the leak as well. The guy they sent out said that there's no way they could have caused that leak cause they don't touch decks and it looked like the leak was coming from the flashing around the deck. So he refused to look at it until we hired someone to come out and take the deck off so he could assure us it wasn't them. We didn't have a leak around that window before the new siding was put on, and nobody else has been here to do any work around that window except them. Once the spot where the leak was coming from was revealed, he showed me that it wasn't them and that it was from the previous deck people drilling a hole into the flashing. I asked him why it wouldn't have leaked until after the new siding was put on, and he said because the old siding would have covered up that hole that was drilled into the deck. I asked him why they wouldn't have made sure it was sealed properly if we paid for all new siding, and he said that they don't touch decks and that they don't fix previous problems either. Ok, but we had no leak, and now we do...and all of your excuses are "we don't touch decks" and "we don't fix previous problems." But this wasn't a problem until the new siding went on. So then I ask him about the rips and holes in the roof next to the siding. He says that it's paint and bad cuts in the shingles. We had our roof replaced 3 months before the siding was replaced. I said to him there's no way our brand new roof had these issues in this spot, when the only other people who were up there were them. He asked if I had proof, I said no. So he asked the deck guy I had out here if he could come look at it too, to get a second opinion on the "paint" and "bad cuts" in the shingles. The deck guy agreed with me that they are holes and rips. The siding guy then started complaining about how "they always get blamed for everything" and also stated that "if you have no proof and we have to proof otherwise, then I guess we take the blame again like we AWAYS do." I can't tell you the amount of times he repeated that "they don't touch the roofs so I don't know how we did it" and "we don't touch the deck so I don't know how that's our fault" and "we always get blamed for everything." Well, if you always get blamed for everything, there must be an issue?? Continued....

I had two very large windows replaced by Lifetime. I was very pleased with their contractors - they were on time, cleaned up
their work space perfectly, and performed a job well done.
Mr. Hector Pena, project manager for Lifetime, came by and checked out the project. He made a couple of adjustments and made sure I was very satisfied with the work done.

We had a fantastic experience with a complicated window installation from Lifetime. I was connected with them via Costco and the entire process was efficient, professional, and expertly completed. We replaced many large windows in an old home, and the installers were very skillful, adjusting the fitting to accommodate the challenges an old off-kilter home will present. The communication about the measurements, ordering, permitting, and installation was seamless. Superb craftsmanship with installation as well as courteous and tidy. Top notch team!

    Jan 23:
I was sent a text last week after updating my post that someone would be in touch from Lifetime. No response.

    Updated Comments:
    - Never addressed damage that we paid for out of pocket for the flooded basement caused by the poor placement of the gutters near an egress window. Our homeowners insurance denied the claim, which Lifetime knew but said that it wasn't their responsibility even though they had liability insurance which should have covered it.
    - Still have concerns about the quality of some of the windows and the seal, since we had ice on the inside last winter (on new windows).
    - I told them to leave the concrete stairs alone because we were going to use it. They started to remove it from our house and now it is not repairable. They said it would be $350+ to remove it. We didn't want them to. They lifted it up above the dirt and it seems to be an entry point for mice, which we didn't have an issue with before. At the end of the project, they offered to remove it in the future and come back at an extra charge to finish the siding.
    - BEWARE: The people doing the orders and financing applications don't tell you upfront that the 2 years no interest ends up being a second mortgage on your property which subsequently makes it difficult to take out a HELOC to pay them off.
    - As part of this second mortgage, they expect that you keep the house in good shape, etc. but didn't care about the damage their workers caused, i.e. gutters and other issues.

I initially wrote this 2 months ago and was told to contact Lifetime. I left multiple voicemails and nobody responded has responded as of Oct. 27.

    Initial Post:
We were initially happy with our decision to go with Lifetime, but we needed a window redone completely. Still waiting on some issues to be addressed, including poor workmanship that should be covered under warranty. Nobody has even bothered calling me back.

Such an amazing experience with lifetime windows from start to finish ! We had multiple quotes from several other companies and it almost felt like we were being scammed. Sat down with Krista at lifetime and she explained everything to us in detail and didn't charge us half the cost of these other companies. The installers were very clean and friendly, kept us up to date the entire process and really went above and beyond even replacing a few windows seals that weren't in our quotes ! Don't hesitate to use lifetime windows such an amazing company

There are several windows that I have to flex to be able to open and close them. Three people from the installation company tell me "that's how they are supposed to be. You could lubricate them with Lemon Pledge."
Installers left behind a lot of metal 'fish hooks' and slivers of wood - my grandkids and I walk the property in bare feet.
They had to caulk the outside a second time and I could smell it from the inside - I'm not positive there is an airtight seal.
The company wouldn't give me an itemized invoice.
Everyone was nice. But, no follow up. I sent several emails and left VMs.

    Follow up:
Owner responded and ask that I reach out to the service department. I already have several times via VM, emails, and the last team that was out to the recaulk the outside and replace a broken window told me someone would be getting back to me. That's the third time I've heard that and... crickets.

Update: Lifetime made it right. Clark L. came out and looked at my windows, answered questions, and came up with an idea for soundproofing and assisting with future possible high wind water leaks. He tried it on the larger window and it worked! But he didn't stop there, he then scheduled a follow up and came out to see if it was still working and did the same thing to all my new windows. Honestly, Clark's amazing "can do" demeanor, his determination to make it right, and his dedication to follow-through was enough to change my mind on the service. I'm finally happy with my three windows and a lot happier with Lifetime. Thanks to Clark for listening and solving the ongoing issues. 10 stars for Clark. I put the review at 4 stars because of the issues that took multiple visits and finally led up to Clark having to come out.

Old Review: I've waited 14 months to do this review, thinking things would get better. I had three windows installed: an office, a bedroom (with an arched window), and my large picture window in the living room. I live on a very busy street and asked to purchase something soundproof... these are not soundproof. That was disappointment number 1. Within 9 days, the arched window fractured from the pressure of being too big for the frame. It took months to get the replacement and when installed it broke because it was still too big for the frame, so the old broken arched window was glued back in with the broken glass. It took several more months for attempt number 3 where it .. you guessed it... broke again due to being too big. The old broken arched window was then put back in again, with blue masking tape holding the glass together for many more weeks. Finally, at the one year post install date, a 4th attempt got me a window that didn't break. In the mean time, the deglazing bedroom window, which was damaged upon install and noted on my customer completion certificate as needing repair, was never replaced and during the arched window install number 4, it was glued back together with a promise to come back out and remove all the extra glue. That never happened and it still has the visible glue around the edges (but I can live with it so c'est la vie). Two months later, and I came home to a saturated rug and standing water in my living room from the large window. So no, I'll never use Lifetime Windows again. I'm going to keep working with them since they guarantee my windows for life, but they'll never get more of my money. The people who I've worked with there are very nice, but their products and follow through are lacking.

Installed a new sliding glass door. Crew was friendly, efficient, thorough and cleaned up after the install. Door looks great, as well as the trim added around it.

We are very pleased with the experience we had getting a shower replacement through Lifetime Bath and Shower. The entire team of professionals made this project easy and stress free. The attention to detail was impressive and shows in the quality of the product. A special shoutout to our installer Bobby for his dedication to customer satisfaction. Great company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WINDOWS AT ALL. THEY CALK THE WINDOWS WITH PAINT CAULKING. ALL DEBRIS ATTACH TO THE CAULK AND IT IS HORRIBLE LOOK. BRAND NEW WINDOWS AND THEY ARE ALREADY FALLING OUT. THE WINDOW SCREEN GARBAGE, YOU TRY TO TAKE IT OUT TO CLEAN THE WINDOW AND THE HOLDER FALLING DOWN AS WELL. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS QUALITY. I AM FURIOUS! IF I KNOW THIS I WOULDN'T MAKE THIS TERRIBLE MISTAKE. 58K FOR THIS LOW QUALITY. WHERE I COULD PUT ONLY A COUPLE OF THOUSAND TO GET RENEWAL BY ANDERSON. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WINDOWS. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

The windows in our house were the original from 1980, still in good shape, but definitely needed upgraded for numerous reasons. I am an extremely budget conscious person, and lifetime won my money! From start to finish was about 8 hours, but that included clean up and walk through. The big thing that won us over was the warranty, lifetime warranty no matter what happens (except acts of God of course). Looking forward to having a warmer house this winter! Of course I didn't take photos of any other windows in the house, but this is the before and after of our living room.
