Window Installation reviews in Denver, Colorado

I had a wonderful experience with Egress Windows Inc. The process was seamless, from the initial inspection and quote, all the way through to the scheduled installation. It was so very helpful that everything was handled for me, including obtaining the permit and the utilities locate services, prior to the installation. Jewelz

I have used Egress Inc for basic window well replacements on two different occasions, first in 2020 and then again this year, 2022. Both times I have had JC provide the initial estimate, and he is such a joy to work with - very polite, kind, and responsive to emails. Additionally, both times that Egress Inc has done work on my house, the labor team has been absolutely wonderful! I am so happy with this company and the quality of work that they have provided at a reasonable price. I plan to return to Egress Inc for true egress windows/wells for my two basement bedrooms in the near future!

I've had Egress Inc install at least half a dozen windows.
From planning to engineering and permitting. They take care of it.
They are professional, efficient and clean.
I highly recommend them.

In Sept of 2018 I had Egress replace a window well and re-level the dirt on one side of the house after 18 years of settling. From the clear and understandable communications from Chad (USMC) to the extraordinary work of Chris and Kyle I am pleased to share that EVERY item was above my expectations. Finally, there is a company that appreciates that we all work hard for our money and they believe in giving more value than the customer expects. I can't recommend them enough and Jim/Loralee have instilled the right mind set in each employee. I rarely volunteer my personal contact information for references but was pleased to do so (without being asked) for Team Egress.

What a refreshing experience! Pride in workmanship, what a concept. Finally, I did not meet new contractors - I made new friends!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were very prompt in responding over email and JC the owner and Cody came out to quote within 24 hours when I needed a response quickly for a real estate transaction. These guys could not figure out why the current egress windows weren't working and worked hard to figure it out. FOR FREE!! Walked away without giving us a quote to replace the windows but fixed the issue on the spot. Kind, courteous, clean and such a high level of service. You just don't get this kind of service from most companies any more. They will be my first call and only call any time I need egress window support. Thank you again, JC and Cody! We appreciated your great service today!

We were really impressed with the service we received from Egress Inc a couple of years back. Even though they were definitely not the cheapest bid we received, they seemed like a professional operation, and they lived up to my expectation. They arrived on time, did their work thoroughly, and when pandemic supply shortages delayed delivery of window well covers, they sent me an amazon gift card for my patience! Two years later, the windows still look great and operate seamlessly. I would particularly recommend the wood windows over the aluminum windows. We made different choices for different windows due to space constraints, but wish we had all three windows in wood.

Egress Inc. was professional, timely and followed through with all the commitments made. The work was completed in the time promised. Everything was put back and the area cleaned. The only way to prove Egress did any work is there are new window wells. They look beautiful both in the basement and outside. I would recommend Egress Inc. for any window well work.

I was pleased from the very first visit with the owner Jim quoting my project to the very last day with Juan my Site Supervisor.
I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Watching these guys work you could tell they knew their jobs and each other well.
The Guys showed up on time every day, took great care of my property, and maintained excellent communication through out every step.
The 4 windows they installed in my basement are exactly what I wanted. The Terraced window wells came out even better than I expected.
I also received several great referrals for other work I am doing on my property from Jim's team, which I value greatly.
I am very happy I chose Egress Inc! They are at the top of my recommendations list!

We could not have been happier with the quality of the window and the installation. Wonderful company to work with

Egress Inc was amazing to work with. They kept us updated every step of the way and communicated so well with our window company, they helped us tremendously when the window company was difficult to work with and did AMAZING work. The team they sent out were professional, respectful and kept everything neat. When they left there was no trash left behind and everything was put back. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Egress Inc is a very professional, quality, customer service driven company. From the first person I talked to, to set up an estimate to the completion of the job I was met with respect, professionalism and the best customer service. My trust level with each personal interaction right up to the final steps of the projectd. It has been a long time since I experienced this kind of customer service and quality of craftsmanship! I highly recommend Egress, Inc

I am very satisifed with the results of working with your company. Everyone involved was professional, courteous and thorough. The new Egress window in my house is everything I had hoped for. Your company is not the cheapest, but I think it is the best! Thank you!

My experience with Egress was wonderful from having JC come do an estimate to the crew who did the work. The office staff are extremely knowledgeable at what they do,
My basement was cleaner when they were finished and the egress window is top of the line, I also had my other basement windows replaced and new window well covers installed. They look great. I cannot thank JC , Janett, and all of their staff enough for making my experience an easy pleasant one.

Excellent customer service, fair pricing and completed work on time as scheduled. The workers who dug out the old window wells to replace them, worked so incredibly hard! They did a great job and cleaned up the job site very well, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here. I highly recommend this company!

The Egress Inc. team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish for our egress and replacement windows. They are admittedly a bit pricier than the other contractors on the egress installation but I feel the small additional price was well worth the professionalism, skill, and quality of work. I will add that the window replacements (as opposed to the egress windows) were actually cheaper than many of the other contractors we interviewed, so it came out to be almost a wash overall.

The fact that they use employees instead of independent contractors really showed. Alex, the apparent installation team leader, was friendly, prompt, communicated well, and did a great job on the project, as did the whole team. They were the cleanest contractor crew I've had in my house and took great care to lay tarps, cover items in the rooms, and clean up after themselves every day. I was so surprised to not find a giant mess and dust everywhere, especially given the nature of the work. They went over and above, even taking time to install some fire alarms we bought in case the inspector gave us grief. They put everything back into better condition than they found it and that was really appreciated and worth the little bit extra charge. Not to mention that it is clear the owners take care of their employees and do not exploit cheap labor, which I really appreciated as well.

All and all a great choice for egress and window installations and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!

Needed help finding window well covers for a client and called this company. Although they don't do just cusom covers, they gave me the contact info for the company they use. Thank you so much for wanting to help instead of blowing me off.

We were having our basement updated and needed to install egress windows because of the updated building code. After checking with several other installers we went with Egress, Inc. They had the openings completed and the windows installed the same day. So, we didn't have to worry about the house being open overnight during February. The crew was professional and they do quality work. I have recommended them to others that are getting their basements done. You won't be sorry going with Egress Inc.

I had a egress window put i the basement of a,rental house they came out a.d measure the location twice and explained what they would have to do. They gave the date for the installation and were on time and got it done in a couple of days. After everything was cleaned up and ypu couldn't even tell we had that work done from the outside. We hired someone to fix the inside of the room but everything looks great.

Egress Inc. exceeded all of my expectations from the get go. As someone who ran a reputable construction business for many years, it is beyond refreshing to find contractors who pride themselves in communication, customer service and overall quality. This company checks all of those boxes. From quote to final inspection and clean-up, I don't have one single complaint. They weren't the cheapest but, when dealing with the foundation of your home, why would anyone want the cheapest? I went with the company who presented the best knowledge of product and process and it paid off big time. The most expensive part of my basement remodel has also been the easiest. Money well spent and worth every penny. 5 stars all around and a special shout out to the crew. Those guys were superstars. Clean, polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. Thank you for the great experience. If I ever need another egress window ill be giving you a call.

Everyone I interacted with was very kind, patient and professional. They did amazing work and was fast and efficient. Communication was timely and clear. I highly recommend Egress Inc for your window needs. They are so considerate and center the needs of the consumer. They even sent me a handwritten thank you card after the project was completed. I'll definitely be hiring them when we need our next set of windows.

Update, 3-3-2026...I loved the egress windows Egress, Inc. installed a couple years ago, so I hired them again to install two non-egress basement windows. The quality of the experience was excellent, and the windows are beautiful. Definitely recommend this company!

Old review....Polite, professional service all the way around. The windows are beautiful. And motivating, because now I need to get to work to make the rest of the basement look as good as the windows. I had two windows installed, so they gave a discount on the second window. In my opinion Egress, Inc. delivers an excellent value.
