What a phenomenal experience! I wanted to express my sincere gratitude, appreciation and WOW- that we experienced when working with Dave our sales consultant and then Jaime's team of installers of our windows!

The level of care, precaution and precision that was offered by all employees was outstanding! Especially the installers, It made the entire process a true positive experience!

The installer team is so important in the entire process, I want to be sure to acknowledge and valued their work with this review!

We received bids from Anderson, Pella, Champion and Lifetime- hands down Lifetime best value, price and experience!

We got our ancient wood siding replaced in November 2023. It was a really good experience. From estimation through several weeks of installation, everything went very smoothly. Our project manager, Marty Lutz, was on site frequently and was a great communicator. Our install crew were terrific - true craftsmen. They truly did a great job with a complex project. We would recommend Lifetime to other homeowners in the Denver area.

We had every window in our home replaced included 3 sliding doors on our patio. I'm very pleased with the quality of the products and the install. The entire process went very smoothly and while windows are crazy expensive, I found Lifetime was reasonable compared to competitors. 10/10 would recommend.

Moe and Luis were our install team and they just finished our remodel today. This was scheduled for a 3 day remodel by Lifetime. It took this team 1.5 days! Excellent work by these two. Moe seems like a master at everything he worked on, including the drywall work. We are really happy with the results. We are very pleased with the experience at Lifetime. All the Lifetime team members were polite and professional. We are looking forward to many years of use. Wall color is Carbon Ash, pattern is Monument. Wall fixture is Delta Linden Monitor 17 Series in Brilliance Stainless, shower door is Glacier Series Double Sliding Door w/ clear glass in brushed nickel.

Lifetime windows did an amazing job on our windows and sliding door! We went with lifetime after reviewing 5 different window companies. They were the most professional in getting us information on the windows and sliding door. They didn’t try to be the typical car salesman and over sell. They just stated facts and show us each part of the window and door. Installation was very fast and clean. We have dogs and they made sure the house and yard was as clean as they found it after every install day. I highly recommend the Diego install team and Slade as your window sales guy. Can’t say enough good things.

We had our old vinyl siding, soffits and fascia, as well as gutters replaced. Allen and his crew did a fabulous job getting the job done in a timely manner, and they left the workplace clean after they were done. A happy customer.

We replaced 36 worn out vinyl windows and 3 exterior doors. Everything from start to finish was well executed and professional. Juan and his team were efficient, respectful, and clean. When they left for the day, it looked like no one had been working. These installers are, by far, some of the best I’ve worked with and I have done quite a few renovations. James, our project manager, came by daily to ensure all was running smoothly and to answer any questions. Our doors and windows are stunning and the project was seamless. To top it off, they even got things wrapped up ahead of schedule!

I had lifetime install new Infinity from Marvin windows and they are beautiful! I needed a small adjustment with my patio doors and called for service. Clark was great in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The service tech, Darian, called me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he was able to make the adjustment very quickly. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.

Couldn't be happier. The amount of heat that comes through my west facing windows has noticeably decreased. Updating my mid 90's wood windows made such a difference.

Stefan was the installer and did a phenomenal job, he paid attention to detail and cleanliness. I highly recommend him and Lifetime, I selected Luxstone by Kohler and couldn’t be happier, it’s beautiful and Core Tech flooring to complement my new shower and tub.

I recently had 9 windows installed by Lifetime, after being referred to them through Costco. While the Infinity window products themselves are excellent, the installation quality provided by Lifetime leaves much to be desired.

During the installation, they built new wood frames for most of the windows. While some of these frames look well-finished and fit closely against both the window and the wall, others were poorly done. In several places, there are noticeable gaps between the new frames and the wall—some wide enough to easily insert multiple coins. Even more concerning, one window has a significant gap between the frame and the window itself.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the project manager and store manager, the response was disappointing. Instead of offering to fix what is clearly substandard workmanship, the managers attempted to charge me extra to apply caulk to cover the gaps they left during installation. This is unacceptable, especially given the premium price of the service (~20K) and the expectations set by a Costco referral.

As a customer, I do not expect to argue over basic quality issues. I simply expect the work to be done correctly and for the company to stand behind their installation. The handling of my concerns showed a lack of accountability and poor customer service.

It has been several days since the installation, and I have not signed off on the completion form, as I do not consider this job finished. This is now delaying our planned wood stain and motorized shade installation. In the meantime, we’ve had to temporarily nail up bed cloths over the windows to block the sun, which is both inconvenient and frustrating—not the experience we expected from a brand-new window install. I hope Lifetime takes this feedback seriously and improves both their installation practices and post-sale support.

Had a complete bathroom renovation done - tub to shower conversion, flooring, toilet, vanity countertop & cabinet. Ryan Willis, sales rep, was extremely professional and sold us on the Lifetime warranties. He also assisted with material choices to help create a cohesive and high-end finish.
Arche and Alex, installers, ensured the project was completed in 4 days with minimal disruption to the rest of our home; leaving the entire space clean and spotless every day. Arche definitely has an "eye for design" with his suggestions for thoughtful placement of features and layouts.
Stefan, cabinet refinisher, had "laser" concentration to ensure high-quality results.
We are very pleased with the excellent craftsmanship and close attention to detail from this team.
Lastly, big thanks to Chris Gordon, Bath Production Manager, for keeping us updated and ensuring we knew what to expect at each stage of the remodeling.
Note: all finishes in Brushed Nickel; Koehler Luxstone Shower Walls in Calcatta Gold; Vanity color Gibraltar in Victory style; Tanquartz color countertops with rectangle sink; and ProTile Flooring in Bianco Marble.

I cannot say enough great things about Lifetime Windows and especially Javier. During renovations at my home, Javier came out personally to assess the condition of the windows, the patio door lifetime installed and ensured they were properly cleaned and restored. Not only did he point out areas that my contractors had overlooked, but he also identified issues that I never would have noticed myself.
Javier went above and beyond stepping in to handle details that were far outside of his scope, simply because he cared about getting things done the right way. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation much easier. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and reliable.

Very, very happy with the bathroom remodeling project that was managed and installed with Lifetime home remodeling. The initial appointment setting was done professionally with Julia and she made sure that we had contact with our sales person

When the remodel started Moe was amazing and took us through every step and was very conscientious on details and keeping things clean so dust would not get out of the area. Luis was also wonderful and a hard worker!The remodel took 4 days for tub removal and shower construction. would highly recommend this company for any remodeling in your home.

I replaced the siding on two homes by using Lifetime Home Remodeling and James Hardy siding. From the beginning working with Eric as the sales rep, then Allen as the project manager, and then the installation crews, it has been extraordinary.

My questions were promptly addressed, and all of my special requests were professionally completed. Allen always had time to speak with me to explain their process or facilitate the work.

They also insured that the work would be completed by the time a second contractor had to come out to install electrical equipment.

Even after completion, both Allan and Eric were exemplary in following up and ensuring I was satisfied with everything.

If you ever need their remodeling services, I highly recommend them. It's nice to know there's a company that actually stands by their product and work. They'll also be there next year and for many years to come.

We recently had a new shower installed by Lifetime Bath and Shower, Denver.

The experience was beyond wonderful.

From the initial discussion with Lifetime’s design consultant, Haley McDonald, until the renovation was completed (and I then called and spoke with the boss, Mike) the experience was truly exceptional.

The installers, Archie and Alex, are tremendously good craftsmen. To begin with they had to completely deconstruct the shower area. They did so very efficiently and the job site remained clean and well organized.

As you can imagine, with a job like this you come across structural and material problems. We had them time and again. Archie never flinched; he remained calm, analyzing the situation and resolving the issue. He is truly a superb craftsmen, and so is Alex.

And the project manager, Dallin, was terrific. He was at the job site everyday and worked closely with Archie and Alex to ensure the right materials were here as the pace of the project dictated.

And Archie, as well as Dallin, spoke with Jeremy at the main office numerous times to quickly and correctly resolve any and all issues (thank you, Jeremy!).

Bottom line, while we went into this renovation with much trepidation our apprehension was completely unfounded. The outcome of the renovation is beyond our expectations.

We had all of our rusting window wells (6) and covers replaced by Egress Inc. In short, we could not have been happier.

The estimator was very patient and thorough, including staying in regular contact with us and following up after the work was done. The office staff was also very responsive and communicated proactively. The crew was on time, on schedule, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work, cleaning up 100% at the end of each day and making sure we were completely satisfied.

Highly Recommended!

They did great work on an egress well project in Longmont. I would use them again and will recommend. Thank you!

Egress Inc did a splendid job from the estimate and explanation to the work itself. They were extremely careful with the landscaping and grass and dug and installed the three window wells smoothly and efficiently. We've never seen such hard workers. They communicated each step of the way. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Egress, Inc. installed Rockwell fiberglass window wells at our home, and additional covers. Very professional team of workers. They were courteous, hard workers that answered our questions. The Rockwell window wells are beautiful and do not rust . We are very happy with the installation almost one year later.

Egress installed a basement window for me in a house from the 1930s and did an excellent job. They were on time every day and worked efficiently for almost three days, digging the window well, cutting the house foundation, installing the window and finally finishing the drywall. They kept the area clean at all times, and dust free to the extent possible.
They were considerate when coming in and out of the house, very polite and even took care not to destroy landscaping around the window. I couldn't be happier with the result!
