I’ve had repeated issues with Mile High Drain. They came out in February to perform a main line cleanout. About a week later, our main line backed up even worse and caused damage to our basement. They returned to scope and clean the line again, assuring me the problem was resolved, but I didn’t receive much of an explanation. Unfortunately, our main line backed up again in August.

When I asked to speak with a manager for a more professional assessment of why this continues to happen, the company just sent another technician. I later called the office, explained the situation, and asked for someone to follow up with me—but I never heard back.

We typically have our main line cleaned about once a year, but never three times in six months. I would have expected clearer communication and some real insight into why the backups keep occurring. As professionals, they should be able to explain the underlying issue, not just provide repeat cleanouts.

For these reasons, I would not recommend Mile High Drain.

We have been using Mile High Drain for 20 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are always, thorough, efficient, friendly, and professional. Joel and Eric arrived on time, got straight work, and were finished in two shakes. Terrific fellows! Thanks for the great work.

Joel and Joey were very professional. They kept at the clog which turned out to be a massive root with long extensions. The back up happens every year. I believe this will take care of any issues now. I can't thank you enough. They cleaned up and kept the stairs covered to minimize the mess. I highly recommend Mile High Drain Cleaning.

On Christmas morning, we had a severe plumbing backup at my mother’s home. Every drain in the house was affected. We called Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc. for help, expecting a professional solution.
Instead, we were met with astronomical fees just for an initial assessment, followed by even higher charges to “fix” the problem, totaling over $750.00. We paid because the situation was critical. Shockingly, the same issue returned the very next day.
To make matters worse, we hired another plumber who resolved the entire problem for less than $100, and it’s been working perfectly for over a week. This proves Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc. did not provide the service we paid for.
Warning: Think twice before hiring this company. In our experience, they overcharge, fail to fix the problem, and then charge again without delivering results.

We had Mile High Drain come out on Christmas Day to address a drain backup. We paid for emergency service and were told the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, just a few days later—by Friday—we had another backup in the exact same drain.

When we contacted the company, we were told it would cost another $175 emergency fee just for them to come back and check whether the original clog was fully cleared. There was no willingness to inspect their prior work or stand behind the service we already paid for.

In my opinion, standing behind your work means at least verifying whether the original issue was properly fixed—especially when the same problem returns within days. Being charged again just to see if the clog was actually cleared feels unfair and disappointing.

Based on our experience, I would not trust this company. I recommend reading the other one-star reviews carefully before hiring them.

I called them because I needed a flapper replacement. They told me they'd charge me $125 for them to come out to check out the toilet but the fee would be waived if they did the work. I didn't love it, but they had good reviews. The rep did not text before they arrived. They did not put on booties before walking around my house. They took less than 3 minutes to quote me over $800 to replace the guts of the toilet and over $1400 to replace the toilet. I told them I'd get another quote and get back to them. Then in the 21st century they marked up the $125 4% because I couldn't pay via check. The worst part of this was the plumber had the most cat that ate the canary smile on his face the whole time. I will not be calling them again.

I called for plumbing pipe repair after noticing water stains. The technician inspected the area thoroughly before starting treatment. The repair was precise and tested for leaks. No further issues have come up.

So trying to find a plumber to install new sewage and lines, for a new strip mall, I made the mistake of calling this company. Immediately the woman told me they dont do residential so too bad. I told her thats fine because its commercial. Instead of asking me about what I was looking for or needing a bid on, she just kept repeating they dont do residential and they didn't do anything anymore. At least due to her refusal of helping or listening, I was warned off this company before wasting my time with them.

This company is supposedly who we call for our plumbing as per the builder of our new home, this company along with 5 others on list are posted on our kitchen cabinet....... apparently they knew what a complete mess this division is and got out while the going was good. We’ve had several plumbing issues and problems and when we called Spectrum out to fix the problems they half-a$$ed the work. Problems not fixed and now no one to call! Imagine that!

as my plumbing system was nearing the end of its life, johnathan quoted me a fair price and gave a comprehensive explanation of why a replacement would be more beneficial than simply patching up the existing system. miguel and luis did an outstanding job installing the new plumbing system in my englewood home. they were courteous and professional, paying exceptional attention to every detail during the installation process. i would highly recommend their services.

I appreciated how Luis paid attention to my ideas for modifying the plumbing in my basement. This is a part of a larger renovation project for the area. I'm setting up a new utility sink and taking out an old water softener that has never functioned properly. I desired to include a more fashionable faucet on the sink, which would involve rearranging the plumbing connections. I was thankful that Luis found a way to make it all work and provided me with an estimate that fit within my budget for this project.
