Wow, our last drain service we had with DIFFERENT company left me unhappy this time we used Mile High Drain and I have no regrets. They sent out Jim and Jeff and they were very nice and professional. I explained to them that the last company that came out got sewer splattered all over my walls and said nothing about it leaving me to do a deep clean in my bathroom after they left. They both assured me this would not be the case with their service and surely as they said it they moved and replaced all they needed and left my bathroom clean and my drains clear.
I highly recommend this company as their employees care about their customers and communicate with them about the work they did. Thank you Jim and Jeff.

Chris was a great tech. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, and he was very efficient and competent while also being personable. He was courteous about cleaning up and remembering to lock up after he left.

Randy and Jim were very knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Didn’t try to upsell me or take advantage of my inexperience with all things plumbing related. They cleaned up after themselves and were happy to answer all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone!

Wow! Is where I will start this. I called these guys the other night we got there number from my wife's friend. Our main line had backed up with sewage all over our basement. I called Mile High Drain and spoke to a very courteous gentlemen who had told me that he would have somebody there in 1-2 hours. They were there within the hour and the two men were very clean cut and very professional. I highly recommend using these guys to any one who has any plumbing issues.

Super friendly and helpful and honest!!! My water heater said a sensor wasn't working, but it turned out to just be the pilot light was out. I am not a handy person and wouldn't have known if they'd told me it was something else. Instead they told me not only what the problem was, but how to fix it in the future by myself!!!! I will always be using Mile High Drain!

We tried MHD based on a very positive referral from a neighbor, and they more than lived up to that. We discovered a leaking (pouring, actually) disposal in our kitchen sink. We called them first thing in the morning and were on the schedule for noon that same day. Scott, their technician, called on the way, and when I told him about the disposal he said he didn't have one on the truck, but would grab one and call me back. I had a call and an estimate within 30 minutes. Scott showed up and worked his magic, and we were good to go. Everything about everyone at MHD was top notch - totally professional, punctual, responsive, and courteous. Put em on your list.

We had a blockage in our mainline. I called Mile High Drain at 7am and someone answered right away and booked an appointment for that afternoon. Jesse G arrived on time and was knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly. Problem was resolved in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

First let me apologize Jeff, as this is not the way we normally conduct business. I will discuss our policies again in our company wide meeting this Friday. This is not an acceptable behavior on any level and these actions will not be tolerated to any extent. As of now I cannot find your invoice to reprimand the specific technician for these actions. Are you positive it was Mile High Drain Cleaning Inc.? There are several companies that represent the Mile High Drain name. We also typically stand behind the quote given, as it is reviewed through 3 levels of qualified estimators. Mile High Drain is set up in such a manner as to provide a check and balance system. Our end goal is to provide the best price and services on a per job basis without selling ourselves short. I will say that sometimes there is a major issue that are unforeseen on the initial walk and a quote will change from time to time as we cannot always see what is behind walls or under slabs when walking a job site. We value each and every client and it is our belief that Mile High Drain is not here to nickel and dime our clients, because it is simply unethical and not our intentions if this happens. Our goal here is to provide a quality quote and service in order to maintain a happy client base to further our growth. I will continue to actively search for this invoice in our system. Again I am truly sorry for the services rendered regardless if it was our company or another. This issue will be addressed with all of our technicians. I would like you to know this review is noted and your voice did not go unheard.

I work for an apartment complex, cherry creek north advenir and I just wanted to say mike high drain has been great. They are my 1st call Any time I need a plumber .they make other plumbers look very bad. Definitely recommend them. Ive never had to wait more than an Hour or so. They always show up and do great work.

I recommend using Mile High drain for all of your plumbing issues. There are 2 gentleman in particular I want to recognize: Jim and Bob or aka JimBob. I had Jim and Bob at my house on several occasions to fix my plumbing issues and each time they provided excellent customer service. They was also very knowledgeable and professional every time they came to my house. I give 4 stars to Jim, Bob, and Mile High Drain !

I would like to thank Johnny and "Yao" for a very professional job of clearing and running a camera through my sewer line! They were thorough, quick and courteous. Thanks also for the maintenance tips.

Had them out for routine 2-year clean-out of our sewer line. It's 160 ft so a bit of extra work. Willie did a fantastic and professional job. No issues at all. Cost was FAR less what I paid last time with the national chain vendor. I highly recommend this firm instead!!

Johnny just left after clearing a drain blockage backing up my kitchen. No fuss, he got right to work and quickly resolved the problem. He called prior to arrival, showed up on time, and was super friendly and knowledgable. He also gave me some great information to keep me from having this problem again. I definitely recommend!

So glad I called MHD! We had a plumbing emergency at 3am! They were the only place that could get a tech out to us within an hour! The tech was efficient and was able to clear our drain in an hour. Super reasonably priced as well! So thankful for them!

Johnny came out and cleared out our mainline within an hour of placing the call. Another company quoted us almost $7000 to replace a belly in the line that was not causing us an issue. Highly recommend!

Mile High Drains is spectacular. I called Saturday morning and they were here within a few hours. He unplugged almost every drain in my house. Two bathtubs, the sink, the main line, and the drain in my laundry room. He was very knowledgeable about every large task handed to him. He was so thorough and left no mess. He did a spectacular job and was very informative about nd skilled. He goes above and beyond. A ➕ I can't thank you enough you're incredible.

I called Mike High Drain recently to fix two separate, unrelated plumbing issues. On both occasions the folks who assisted me did phenomenal jobs. Everything from speaking with Angie to set up service calls, to working with Bobby and Jesse was superb. Bobby and Jesse were professional . On one occasion they were able to even fit me in early, but they were always prompt and responsive. They were honest and fair, fixing a problem without going overboard and charging for unnecessary work. They completed the job on a timely fashion too. All the folks at Mike High Drains made these stressful occasions so much better. HIGHLY recommend.

I called Mile High Drain to fix a problem with my toilet. This time they arrived on time but only spent 3 minutes diagnosing & fixing the problem. He said the fill tube had become disconnected & was the cause of the problem. I had expressed my doubts this would fix the problem but he assured me it was fixed. He charged me $135.

I was happy to pay this but it in fact did not fix the problem. I called to complain and the reluctantly scheduled a new appointment. After waiting 3 hours, I called them and was told that he was tied up at another apartment and they would send someone else within 30 minutes. After waiting an additional hour I called again and 2 told they didn't have anyone to send but it should be soon.

I waited a total of 5 hours and they still were not able to send a plumber & didn't know when one would be available. I asked to speak to the manager & was told she was out for the remainder of the day.

I called back days later & talked to the manager. She said I would need to reschedule. I asked for my my $135 back but was refused.

I will never use Mile High Drain again.
