Viktor is amazing! Professional, friendly, timely, responsive and goes out of his way to give great customer service. He has worked with me repeatedly to repair recurring malfunctions in my tankless hot water heater. After working with multiple other plumbers who were unable to fix the ongoing issues, he diagnosed and repaired the problem. Additionally, he is extremely clean and leaves no trace behind. Viktor is amazing and such a hard worker! Our water heater went out last night at 10pm and he got back to me immediately. He showed up 9am the next day with a new heater and got to work and did amazing! I am so happy to support a small business, especially such an amazing business like Viktors. Viktor is great! Answered my call right away, very responsive and good communication. Messaged me before coming, unclogged my kitchen drain, explained everything and gave good recommendations on how to maintain the drain. All at a fair price. No up sale gimmicks! My experience with Victor was nothing less than excellent all the way through. My water heater started leaking and so I found him via Google maps. He was near by and had good ratings so I called. He came out the same day and gave me a free estimate. After agreeing to use his services, he came out the next day and swapped out the water heater. He also followed up by coming back out the following Monday to make sure everything was working well.

We are very happy with the exceptional service we had been given. Great communication and delivered everything as promised.

Viktor was a pleasure to work with. He was able to find a leak and fix it quickly , made some recommendations to address our pipe design for winterizing our house in the future, fixed my back flow preventer, and got my sprinklers started for spring! He kept me informed on when he would arrive and always left the house spotless. His pricing is very reasonable and he was able to text and send me pictures of the work he did.

I will definitely use him again for all my plumbing needs.

Viktor has been amazing, we bought our house a year ago. He’s installed three toilets including a Toto toilet, replaced our garbage disposal and repaired a leak in our pond. I work with Spotless a lot through my office (we are a Design Build company in Denver, and Spotless is our key plumbing trade partner), but I also had an experience of seeing them at work in my own home. They are very professional, quick and hard-working. All my concerns were addressed: we had an old faulty water main that needed to be replaced; we needed to add a couple hose bibs and a water line to the fridge ice maker and to fix some kitchen plumbing done by the previous homeowners. The owner Viktor is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
