Victor responded quickly. He called early Monday to see if he could come that afternoon. He arrived exactly on time; assessed the problem; went to get the needed part; returned and fixed it perfectly. He then did another project I asked him to do. He was extremely fair in his rate He did not charge to come assess. There was no up selling. He was fast, efficient, professional and neat as a pin. I am so relieved to have found a great plumber with integrity.

My wife and I had a clogged sink drain we had spent hours trying to remedy ourselves. We called Viktor and he came over on the night before Thanksgiving and saved the day. We made it through the holiday flawlessly thanks to Spotless plumbers. I highly recommend Viktor and plan to call him for future projects!

Exceptional work! I was doing some home remodeling and hit a copper pipe with a nail gun. This pinhole leak caused me a big problem I wasn’t prepared for. I called Viktor and he was there within hours. Viktor did an excellent job and was efficient. Viktor was professional, courteous, and confident in his trade. He was prompt, great to deal with and fixed my drain problem. He first gave me an estimate which was lower than the estimate i got from a large company. Viktor did an amazing job. He was highly responsive and had amazing communication. Viktor contacted me within 20 minutes of me asking for a quote. He asked for pictures of my old system and had a full quote shortly there after. We set up an appointment for the install. Viktor gave me a one hour window for arrival, texted me prior to arriving, and showed up right on time. During the entire install, Viktor took extra care to ensure the install was not only thorough, but much cleaner looking than the original system. We are very impressed with his work.

As for the quote, he stuck to exactly what he quoted. There was absolutely no up-charge. His price was highly reasonable. For reference, we had quotes that were 3 times more expensive.

Viktor was responsive, prompt, and detailed in his work. He replaced my water heater same day and handled the moving parts working with the warranty. He worked late to make it happen, and was very kind explaining everything to me.
