5+PLUS stars for these guys!!! I called yesterday to have my kitchen sink drains unclogged. The gal who answered said that someone could be there that same day in the afternoon. I wasn’t able to make the appt but called back to reschedule and they were to do that. Today Tim-the plumber called about 3o minutes before he arrived to confirm. He arrived right on time and efficiently worked and he was out the door in 30 minutes. He was very professional and timely and cleaned up after his work was done!! Hands down this company is dead serious on doing the job right and keeping their customers happy! Where have you been all my life??!!!!! The best company I have hired in years!!!

I am so glad they were recommended. Willie came and made sure everything was working properly, coming back twice afterwards when the initial repair didn't work. I am very impressed by the professionalism and dedication to his work. Also not charged for extra work as he had thought it was fixed. So wonderful to find someone who is accountable and an honest person. Cannot say enough good things regarding this experience. Thank you!

I needed my drain cleaned quick for an upcoming sale. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning, and they called ahead. The tech was quick and answered all my questions, cleaned up, and the office helped me with a payment issue and then called back to confirm my payment went through. I don't often leave reviews because I have high standards and I'm usually disappointed with stuff like this. Not this time!

Mile High Drains delivered service above and beyond expectation. I contacted Mile High Drain with an urgent plumbing request and they were able to schedule a service call later that day. Chad, the service technician, was able to diagnose the issue and quickly address the problem. He was professional and the quality of his work was exemplary. I also appreciated that he explained what he was going to do before proceeding with each step of the process. He also took time to recommend steps we can take to avoid similar problems in the future.

We had a backed up drain that occurred on a Saturday. After calling Mile High Drain they advised that weekend pricing was in effect and that regular rates would be in effect in Monday. The technician arrived for the appointment on Monday and advised that holiday pricing is in effect due to MLK. That is fine if disclosed when booking rather than waiting two days with kids to avoid the higher charge. Will be taking future business elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience with the plumber!! He arrived on time, made a simple adjustment, and their work was top-notch. They were completely fair and provided high-quality service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My issue was with a basement floor drain backing up. Without boring people with all the details, I will just say I called them after business hours on a Thursday night, a live person answered the phone, and two guys were at our house the next morning! They were hard workers, good at communicating and excellent at customer service. It took a few hours but they fixed the problem and left the area cleaner than they found it. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing or drain issues. Thank you guys!

I had Layne and Johnny out to my house for a snake and camera-ing. I’ve had ongoing issues with the drains in my 70yo house and I’ve had multiple companies out to service them. Layne and Johnny provided the best service I’ve had. They were on time, communicated effectively and professionally, provided a service I cannot doubt the value of, and gave me helpful advice based on their expertise.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Joel and his crew. I had some major issues with my water supply line and other plumbing issues. He and his team were very professional, courteous and assured I was happy with the results. And on top of it they were almost half the cost of any other companies bids. Mile High Drain (specifically Chris) literally saved us. It was 11pm and about 8 hours before we were set to leave town for the holidays. Our main line had a blockage and started backing up into the room with our water heater - inches of water and other “matter”. I called literally about 12 other “24/7” plumbing places, none of which were able to help us until morning. When we called Mile High Drain, they sent Chris and he arrived around 1 hour later. He worked diligently to solve the problem and truly went above and beyond. Chris is a hero. We genuinely cannot thank Chris and Mile High Drain enough for helping us out in what felt like a hopeless situation. You all have gained a customer for life and we hope you have the happiest of holidays!!!

Had a weekend drain backup unexpectedly from roots blocking the way. After disappointing interactions with competitors we got a hold of Mile High Drain. They were quick to respond, on time, and a fair price.

We bought our first home last month and just a few weeks in our crawlspace flooded. Layne and Johnny were here right away and helped get everything taken care of. What should’ve been a simple clean out turned into an almost 4-hour long job due to neglect from the previous owners and some tricky pipes. Layne and Johnny were incredibly patient through the entire process and explained everything to that was happening/that needed to be done. As a first time homeowner it was all very overwhelming but they made the situation so much less stressful and brought us some peace of mind.

We had a silly little sink backup and after installing a new garbage disposal, decided to call Mile High Drain since our installation did *not* solve the backup problem. They arrived same day at 4:30PM (window was 4-6 so we were thrilled). Our plumbers were so nice and got the job done quickly! It was such a relief to have experts address the issue at a reasonable price. They saved our holiday weekend for sure. Thank y'all so much!!

Layne and Johnny with Mile High Drain, came to my home after I had already 4 other plumbing companies that came which cost me $100's of dollars. The problem wasn't fixed. Then one of them said it would cost me $8000 to excavate. Well then I got referred to Mile High Drain from a family member. They were so professional, so caring, they explained everything to me and even showed me on the camera step by step. I have lived in this home for 29 years and have had backups but never knew where the clean out was, Layne and Johnny, found it within 10 minutes of their arrival. I will never use any other company but Mile High Drain. Not only were they genuinely kind and caring, they weren't out to take my money. They were here to get my nightmare resolved and they were the only ones that were able to accomplish that. The charge was more than fair plus was way lower than any of the other ones that came out. I recommend this company to everyone I know. This company, the professionals sent out, deserves recognition. Good people, an honest company, Which is very rare in my experience. From their office personnel, Angie plus the others, to their plumbers, what an awesome team that just made me feel very comfortable with them. Choose them 1st, when you have a plumbing issue, to get it done right the 1st time!!!

Outstanding service and efficiency from Mile High Drain! They replaced the wax ring on our toilette. Chris arrived within 30 minutes of me reaching out to the company, and the work was completed 1 hour after. Very fair price for the work that was done. Usually don’t write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great their service, speed, and value was.

Horrible! We had an issue that ruined our Chrismtas plans. They they came out to look at the issue. Charged us $500 then said the issue was fixed a day later when the flooded again. They charged us $175 just to even come out and look at it again. Seems to me you would honor your work but what do I know!
