We had a leaky toilet valve and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone from scheduling to the plumbing technicians are friendly and responsive. Truly exceptional customer service.

Called Don and the team on short notice. They were organized and even called to see if they could come early. They helped talk through some options of how to repair my toilet and gave zero pressure to upsell me anything. I ended up running to Home Depot to buy my own new toilet and ran back for them to install it… they guarantee no issues with the install for a year… so if anything does come up I can just call em back out for free.

Super reasonable fair pricing for dialed professional service (not just someone doing side work). I will use them again!

I've used Pristine Plumbing a number of times - for emergencies we've had to work with insurance on, for complex issues with our tankless water heater, and for odd jobs like garbage disposals and toilet plumbing. Donn, Eric, and the team are always quick to come out, thorough and friendly, with reasonable and transparent pricing.

We had a very satisfying experience with Pristine Plumbing. A small pipe leak over a weekend turned into a big mess, and within a short period of time Donn was able to get us off living from a neighbor's hose. Had him do a number of other maintenance-type repairs as well as long as he was here... Prices were fair, pretty much what you see in the market.

We had some “crappy” luck when our waste line cracked after thanksgiving weekend. First thing Monday morning I called Pristine Plumbing. Dawn had answered the phone and provided all the reassurance I needed and told me they would make sure we were taken care of. Eric and Brandon arrived and were equally as kind and got straight to work. They did an amazing job and I am so thankful for their professionalism and emotional support. I highly recommend and will be using them for all my plumbing services in the future.

Sudden faucet problem,? Call Pristine..they work with you to get you scheduled quickly. Having just moved into a new location our kitchen faucet just quit on us, needed a new faucet install. Along with that a questionable bathtub handle and tap. Both techs that came out took care of it all and reasonably priced! Quick and personable as a plus. It's the second time having Pristine come out. The last service was another location and it was installation of a new garbage disposal. Same great experience.

Gabe came out and fixed multiple issue with our new to us home. Turns out there were more issues than we were aware of and he was really great at explaining our options. He seemed to be mentoring another young man. They were both very professional and kind. I’m recommend them anytime and will definitely use them in the future

Needed waterheater removed from basement and placed back into basement at a later date. They had no problem coming back and was able to work with our schedule. Eric did a great job, was quick, friendly and professional, as well was the office when calling to schedule. Price was best around after calling several other plumbing companies.

We are very happy with Pristine Plumbing and with Donn! They were able to get to our house within a couple hours and replace our water heater quickly after ours stopped working. I called this morning and Gabe was able to come this afternoon. The toilet needed to be reseated, but needed a double wax seal (he knew that right away). The original installer only used one (which is why it leaked). First attempt still had a little leak, but Gabe redid it (second wax had slipped). Works great. Price was a bit higher than I expected, but it's been a long time since I had plumbing work done so maybe OK. Had a sink that also needed some attention. Gabe knows his stuff. I called Pristine due to their reviews on Google and Yelp. I would definitely use Pristine again.

I have had some terrible experiences with plumbers in the past, but my experience with Pristine Plumbing was the exact opposite of what I'm used to. From the beginning, they were professional and reliable. I had to replace my water heater over the holidays, and they were able to get me an estimate over the phone in just a few hours and sent someone over within a day. Their estimate was much lower than the other plumber I contacted, and at every turn they were looking for ways to deliver value and save me money. I will never use another plumbing company. They are fantastic.

I used Pristine Plumbing earlier this year to do a complete pipe system on a new bathroom. The timing, price and service were great. When it came time to remodel/redesign my master bathroom I went for bids, Pristine Plumbing came in with a great bid and timely schedule. The work they did was spot on and complete. Eric, the technician who installed our new water heater, was courteous and professional. He arrived during the projected installation timeframe window. He answered every question I asked while he worked here in our home. When he left, the project was completed and cleaned up. The water heater has been working fine.

Donn, the owner, was helpful and responsive. His bid for the installation was lower than the 2 other companies I contacted. He stopped by our house and introduced himself while Eric was installing the water heater. He followed up with our city's permit application and the permit fee had been included in his original bid.

Donn and Gabe did a stellar job for my mom, fixing a leaking pipe located underneath a post tension concrete slab. They were meticulous, efficient, and creative problem solvers for a very tricky job. Prestine Plumbing always does a great job and they don’t over charge like a lot if the big truck companies. Gabe was very knowledgeable today and fixed our lack of hot water problem in about a minute. We will always call them first.

Don, the owner of Pristine, and his team member were courteous, professional, and arrived within the window of time when confirming the appointment. With a minimum number of access holes cut in the drywall, they were able to locate the source of the plumbing leak in the wall behind the commode in our hall bath. The repair was made and they clean up the debris resulting from locating the source of the leak. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend using Pristine for your residential plumbing needs.

Instead of jumping to conclusions and recommending a full new boiler/tankless system (like multiple others did), Donn took the time to figure out a fix that got us up and running in 1 day. Plumber Gabe arrived and installed a refrigerator water line quickly and reviewed all options with me prior to install. Super happy with the outcome. Pristine Plumbing was flexible with their scheduling too.

Decent service and responsiveness for a very small leak on a valve. They came and fixed it which was simply a loose bolt on the valve. The whole service was 5 minutes and ended up being about $218 with service call and all. I would have liked to know the price before having the service done and would have assumed something simple would just be a service fee charge because I could have simply tightened the bolt. Maybe some more price transparency and communication usually I get a quote before work is started.
