Donn has been out to the house twice. The first time was to replace a 30-year old boiler. He and his apprentice arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to replace the boiler. They did a wonderful job with the boiler and all of the ancillary plumbing that needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old boiler. Their price was more than fair, they were friendly, and I think their work was exceptional. The second time Donn was out to the house was to correct a loud water circulating pump. He was here for about an hour, troubleshooting the pump and was able to significantly reduce the pump noise. He did great work, arrived on time and he didn’t even charge me a service call . Donn and Pristine Plumbing have all of my future plumbing business.

All good. By the way, we asked if Pristine does rough-in plumbing. Answer was: yes.

I'm very pleased! Eric was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, he fixed the shut off valves put in an updated pipe, installed my dishwasher, and hauled the old one away! Plus they warranty his work! I would highly recommend him, and will call Pristine again for all my plumbing needs.

We were very impressed with the demeanor and expertise of Donn, who arrived in a very timely way and who then quickly identified the source of a leak under our kitchen sink. He advised that a part needed to be ordered and advised that once the part arrived he would contact us to set up another session to complete the repair. He told us when to expect the followup visit. Overall this was a totally great experience and without hesitation we would go back to Pristine Plumbing as our first choice for any future plumbing issues and repairs we might have.

We have used Pristine Plumbing several times before and keep returning because of the quality of their customer service and skill of their technicians. When we called about having a leaking drain pipe fixed they were able to have Gabe look at it the same day. He provided an estimate for the work, explained everything that would be involved, and said I'd receive an email with the attached estimate and information about scheduling. After reviewing the emailed estimate a quick call to the office locked in a convenient time to have the work done. Gabe showed up when expected, did a great job, and finished faster than he originally said despite it ending up being on the more work end of his estimate. I received a detailed invoice in my email and liked the easy on-line payment system. We'll definitely continue to rely on Pristine for our plumbing needs.

I've worked with Pristine Plumbing twice at my older Park Hill residence. Donn had been recommended by my previous plumber and I couldn't be happier. Since all 4 bathroom sinks were having issues, it took several hours to address everything. Donn was pleasant and professional throughout, taking care of every item while ensuring that I was satisfied with the work at the end of the job. Will definitely call Pristine Plumbing again the next time I need help!

Edit: After seeing the response below I requested photos of the work. I promptly received three pictures of my upstairs bathroom toilet. At this point I have to agree with the other 1-star review. I am thinking the receptionist, Juanita, completely ruined this job for everyone. She failed to cancel my appointment as requested. I don't see any evidence the plumber entered my basement where the described problem was most observable so I doubt the issue was taken down correctly. She recorded my email address completely incorrect so I received no correspondence for three weeks until I was called about non-payment to an invoice I never received. All-in-all I would just avoid this company. I had no idea any work was done or my house was entered for three weeks until I was called for non-payment of services.

This was the single worst home repair situation I have ever dealt with. In short:

    1. I verbally cancelled the plumbing appointment at the end of my first phone call when I learned my house was further than they are accustomed to. I said I would call them back with more information at a later date.
    2. I received no confirmation through email, phone, or text about the appointment but day of I was called and told their plumber was standing outside waiting.
    3. I asked them to let me know about circling back later when the house was accessible. I received no information after this and learned today (three weeks later) a plumber entered my premises that day later on with no heads up.
    4. The plumber "reseated my toilet" and the major basement leaks were assessed as fixed. I found later from a different company all cast iron pipes were rusted through and cracked. Water was leaking everywhere but pristine plumbing apparently did no checks anywhere. I am not a plumber but water was splashing everywhere when the toilet upstairs was flushed.
    5. Weeks later I was asked why my invoice was not paid. They had recorded my email incorrectly while making the appointment. I had no idea my house was even entered without first informing me and assumed no work had been done.

I find it highly unlikely their plumber did anything to address the issue. The basement ceilings and open studs showed good amounts of moisture and water damage at a glance. Flushing the toilet upstairs sent a large amount of water all over the basement floor. Attached is a photo of my basement pipe completely rusted through. It had been leaking in the walls and ceiling continuously. The plumbers I called after I believed this appointment was cancelled found it immediately and showed me how a hand fit inside the pipe from the outside. To replace all cast iron rusted through pipes was a $10,000 job. I am baffled to pay $400 to pristine plumbing for potentially leaving my house leaking until the problem got even more out of control.

Donn was amazing. Professional and explained everything he was doing (I was confused, concerned and a bit nervous and nosy!). Very personable and did great work and clean up work.

Donn, the owner, is very proficient, knowledgeable, and always educates me on the repairs he does with my home. This time my water heater decided to go on the blink! Trying to be positive! It’s been a great way to clean out a portion of my basement! I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Eric from Pristine Plumbing was great. He was able to come within 24 hours when our hot water wasn't working. We suspected the shower cartridge, so we sent him a picture to help him identify what replacement we'd need. He arrived, showed us that a gasket was indeed blocking the inlet, and replaced the cartridge within 30 minutes -- giving us lots of helpful tips along the way. Thanks Eric!

Lance is one of the best workers they have it's upper management that sucks. Upper management will not answer phones. They want Lance and two or three of the ladies to answer the phones. When there is like five lazy guys sitting around. Lance was the best plumber until personal stuff. Then he became office help he is the best at customer service he really is. It's upper management and owner that's running customer service and family friendly business into the ground. So when you call a business and you feel like it's that person dont . Just remember greed takes over alot of people .I wish the company would go back to the way they was everyone was family. The plumbers and office personal stuck together like family. So they treated customers like family.

Called them to get an estimate on leak in my crawlspace. They told me over the phone it would be 60 dollars to come out. They spent 15 minutes in my crawlspace and then gave me an estimate for the repair. I then get a bill a month later for 90 dollars. 60 for the call and 30 for "labor". According to the not so friendly customer service guy I talked to over the phone, the "labor" that it takes to get into a crawlspace and look at a leaking pipe is not covered in their 60 dollar house call charge.

I originally called because the dishwasher was leaking into the basement. I didn’t know if it was the plumbing or the dishwasher. I had to wait over a week for the appliance repair people and the plumber. The appliance person arrived first and the dishwasher was leaking. However, my main drain started running slow a couple of days ago. I was glad I had the plumber scheduled. HOWEVER, he told me that they don’t do drains. The side of the van and the side of the van says that they do drains. I am very disappointed and do not intend to use them again.

They were called to see why the AC kept tripping the breaker. I think safety is one of the most important considerations when hiring a tradesman. How can I not share my experience when Bill Smith's tech and staff recommend swapping out a 15 amp breaker to a 25 amp so it would stop tripping. As a note before I proceed a licensed electrician has said a 15 amp breaker is the max that could be safely installed. They essentially wanted to bypass a safety measure because they couldn't figure out anything else. I equate it to covering a smoke alarm because it keeps going off or swapping out a GFCI outlet to a normal outlet so you can shower and dry your hair at the same time. Point being this was a dangerous suggestion.

    A few notes:
-Bill Smith staff admitted they are not qualified to handle electrical issues
-According to them the minimum amperage should be 13.6 amps
    - they didn't know the wire gauge and if it could handle the larger breaker
    - if they would have done their job and done what they are qualified to do there might not have been a problem. Just because you cannot figure out what's wrong doesn't mean you should put people's lives in danger.

    Left me Hangin'!
Our heater was not working, so Bill Smith sent a man out. He checked the switches and they weren't dead. He replaced the filter. He said the AC tower was all clogged with dust. He called his boss and they referred me to a duct cleaning company that wants 700. for a cleaning! Now I'm out the money for Bill Smith and I still have a broken heater! Couldn't he have cleaned the AC tower so it would work now? Grrrr....Feel ripped off. And cold. Won't call these guys again.

Terrible customer service, not customer friendly. $60 trip charge & $120 an hour, or $30 for every 15 mins. Repair guy who was here made sure to stretch a 15 minute job into a 33 minute job by taking his time, sitting out in his truck for 14 minutes just to write a receipt (yes they count that as time too) to turn the job into a 45 min fee. Most repair people would have not counted 3 minutes as an additional $30. Feel very much taken advantage of. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you Bill Smith Plumbing! As a regular customer, I am always appreciative of the good job they do. But, today, I am even more grateful! Thank you Brian for efficiency and sense of urgency with my broken pipe! Dan (as always) did a fantastic job. He is quick and always professional! Thanks.

Pilot light on our furnace would not stay lit.... right before the big weekend storm. They moved the schedule around to fit the repair in. Repairman very polite and efficient. Furnace now working great.

Stopped in to ask a few questions about an unusual water heater in my commercial building. Fully expected them to send a service rep, which was fine, but instead Roy and his staff researched wiring diagrams, pulled parts to compare and finally drew me a diagram to help me fix my situation, all without charging me a penny!
While I hesitate to tell everyone to seek free help from them, they showed that old fashioned customer service
    still exists! Well done guys!
