I really wanted to love this company, but my experience has been awful. I dont understand how they have such great reviews. I called for a swamp cooler start up, and to repair what needed to be. I put way too much trust into this technician. I had to reschedule my first appointment because they were going to be an hour late after the 2 hour window. The technician came at 530, then worked for 2 hours and charged me $972, I didn't care if my house would be cool! Next day it started leaking. My husband called first thing Monday, someone could not come until Tuesday evening. Then they no showed, while my family of 5 baked in our 80 degree house. I will never use this company again. Looking back I wish I never agreed to pay that amount, could have done it myself. I will update if they actually come back and fix their mistake.
Update:John finally arrived at 9 pm. My husband was satisfied with the completion of fixing our leaking swamp cooler.

We hired JD's Plumbing service to do a whole home repipe. The job was done on time and with great quality, and the pricing was competitive with other bids. We had some issues with our sprinkler system after the job so we had JDs plumbing come back out to check it out. Turns out the sprinkler issue was unrelated to the repipe, but they still took the time to triage the problem and fix it. In addition to quality work, the focus on customer service is unmatched. No doubt we will use them for any future plumbing needs and we would highly recommend their services.

Since moving to Colorado the lack of integrity of vendors I’ve hired has been disheartening. When I needed my furnace repaired I went to the bbb of Denver and found JD Plumbing. Daniel Moore was the technician that came out today to resolve our issues. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and competent…..Daniel is one of the reasons JD’s has an A+ rating with the bbb. We will definitely use them again and would recommend JD’s and Daniel to any potential customer. Dan

Called JD Plumbing , came out same day and I thought my pipes were clogged but it was only the garage disposal. Saved lots of money and JD Plumbing was clean and throw their trash. I would highly recommend JD Plumbing.

Excellent emergency plumbing services. John answered my call on Saturday afternoon and had my problem fixed and updated within the next 3 hours. He was kind enough to help change my kitchen faucet and walk me through my waterlines and sprinkler system. He updated my P Trap and PVC piping running from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher ensuring all the lines wouldn't back flow and were correctly working. I have his card on my fridge and don't plan on using another company now that we've found John and JD's Plumbing. Thank you all for your help, and timely service! Highly recommend these guys.

Scott was out to do some maintenance and servicing on our AC/Furnace (mostly the AC). He's done work for us before, and as always he was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He's quick and thorough and he always gives me the details about what he did since he knows that I'm interested. He also let's me know what's coming up and how well things are working - our furnace and AC are both 15 years old. I feel much more comfortable knowing he's on top of things. He also talked to my wife about the stuff she wanted to know - she wanted to disguise the condenser a bit without causing problems. He went over exactly what would be safe and what to avoid. He excels at working on older homes. Not only is he good with challenging older equipment, you can tell he genuinely enjoys old houses. It makes a huge difference.

Scott's able to gauge the customer's level of knowledge/interest and communicates effectively. He also is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and confident. I've had plumbers that didn't inspire confidence and weren't able to communicate well.
Scott's also really prompt. JD's usually gives you a three hour window for service. He almost always gets here exactly at the beginning of the window.
I've recommended Scott (and JD's in general) to several neighbors as well as my elderly parents.

I have used JD for HVAC and plumbing since I moved into my house a year ago. 100 year old house with handyman plumbing. They’re working through bringing everything up to code as I have the money to pay. Competitive pricing, no shady business moves, great and knowledgeable employees. 10/10 would recommend.

Lindsey was great and Tony is superb, excellent professional. Do not go anywhere else as this company is top notch and so are its employees. Showed up on time, got job done and I'll use them again if needed.

JD's Plumbing was an excellent choice for my furnace, water heater and AC install needs. In addition to being on time and going the extra mile to build a good business relationship their suggestion to add the APCO-X UV light to my furnace for air quality was amazing! I can tell a huge difference and notice the difference when I travel to other buildings without it. Great suggestion by JD's and very worth it!

Fantastic experience with this company and its technician Scott. Our evaporative cooler broke in July, and when our previous service company recommended an expensive replacement, we called JD's for a second opinion. They scheduled us quickly, and Scott efficiently identified the problem. He got the cooler working again for a few hundred dollars in parts instead of upselling us on a replacement. He even worked on his day off to make sure we didn't have to spend another day roasting in July heat. I will definitely be calling JD's again and asking for Scott - it's great to work with real professionals.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a "floppy" sink faucet at no cost. Would absolutely recommend this fantastic company to anyone! Keep up the fabulous work! - Chelsea Kimbrough

JD came out to check our HVAC system before the summer season starts - very pleasant and professional. Went through everything with me and ensured that everything was ready for the summer. Pointed out a major issue with the AC (needs serious cleaning) and did a basic cleanup with no extra charge, gave me some instructions on some DYI cleanup to do, and provided an additional recommendation for a full clean that I could do down the road. Great service, glad we are with them!

Knowledgeable, Thorough, Integrity

I had them come out for an A/C tune-up. Adam visited twice. The first time he was concerned about leaking or overfilled freon (really expensive to drain it, initial estimate was quite high to do this!). Second time, he checked it again and determined the coil was dirty. His diagnostics were quite thorough and no other repairs needed. This is an old unit and he helped me nurse it along. I appreciate his willingness to do this rather than try to upsell me. Final fees were reasonable ($300-$400).

If I could give them more stars, I would. During an inspection for the sale of our house, we found out we had water under the subfloor in the basement. My husband has already moved for work, so I am alone, and I know nothing about home maintenance and repairs. After calling a restoration service, they immediately called JD's Plumbing. This all started around 2:30. Tony was at our house by 3:30, and by 4:30, both of our sump pumps were replaced and the water was almost gone.

During this event, my (brilliant) cat decided to jump down into the crawlspace where all this water was. She ended up not wanting to come out. John came by to deliver the second sump pump for installation, and he ended up putting down a tarp and crawling down to get her. Of course, with all the water that was down there previously, he came out completely filthy, but he "rescued" her!

I cannot thank them enough for not only their speedy service and great work, but for also being compassionate during my time of need and helping me get my terrified cat so I didn't have to crawl down there later. They were amazing, and I would definitely use them again. In fact, we need to get our furnace certified, and they said they can absolutely help with that when we need them.

Technician did a great job of explaining trouble shooting and testing everything. Gave recommendations and fixed issue quickly and efficiently . Office staff was quick to respond and got me a same day appt. And fix any covers I had . Will definitely use them again and again .

I have used JD's many times over the last couple of decades. Everytime it has been a wonderful experience. Adam has been our technician for several of these jobs. He is very pleasant to have in my house and very thorough on whatever job he is working on each time. I highly recommend JD's company to handle all plumbing/HVAC needs.

I absolutely love being able to work with a service that allows me to "set it and forget it." JD's provides me with timely customer service for those gentle reminders that with the turn of a season, my system likely needs a quick servicing. Daniel the professional that came out? Straight up awesome. Professional, friendly, detail orientated, and I never felt like for one second I was being upsold on something I truly didn't need. Friendly, quick, great service! I had an excellent first experience using JD’s and will use them for any future home plumbing needs. I had been using JD Plumbing's services for years. Until last week when a guy came out to do A/C maintenance, and he told me that our water line was dangerously set up due to proximity with my power line and he would be back later to work on it when his boss could see it. JD Plumbing set up that line, so I figured the boss wanted to see his company's "dangerous" work. NOPE! He was there to try to sell me: 1. A membership that costs $360 a year with minimal benefits, 2. He offered to replace my $6 filters for $900 (not a typo), and 3. He offered to clean my system for $700 (also not a typo). Plus $200 for maintenance. Considering JD Plumbing works unsafely and tries to rip you off, I will be using a different plumber going forward.

Tony was very knowledgeable and fixed some weird issues in our older home. Where other plumbers had overlooked things that were set up incorrectly, he spotted them right away and fixed them thoroughly, resulting in our appliances working better. He also took the time to educate me on how it all worked. I will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Robert is fabulous!! He cleaned our drains and helped us with stuck faucets in the laundry room. He even moved our old washer out so we could prepare for the new one coming tomorrow! Awesome job and terrific guy!! Thanks, Robert!!
