The technician was on time, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The reason for a 4 star is that I did not have Affordable Plumbing & Heat perform the repair as the quoted price was more than i was expecting and willing to spend on a non-critical repair for an outdoor hose bib replacement. Otherwise, the customer service was great. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician was very respectful.

I am an electrical contractor. While on the job site one of my electrician was drilling through a stud and did not realize there was a water pipe on the other side. You guessed it, he drilled into it causing an instant shower. We got the water shut off quickly with minimal water damage but now we faced the prospect of getting a plumber out to repair the pipe at 4:30 in the afternoon so as to not leave the customer with no water for the night. I called Affordable Bel-Air Plumbing and Rachael answered and was very pleasant but did not know if they could handle an after hours call. She said she would check and call me back. With in minutes she called me back and said she could have a plumber out right away. She quoted me pricing which seemed very fair, took down the address and said she would dispatch the crew. Shortly there after Cody called to get more details as to the problem and said he would relay the information to the plumber en-route and that they were 6 minuets away from the customers house. The plumber arrived, fixed the pipe promptly and charged a fair price. Start to finish it took about 45 minuets. They were very courteous, professional and fair. I now have a go to plumber for all our future needs.

My repair guy was very professional and personable. He kept us informed the whole time and did a great replacing our hot water heater. Thanks to Billy Hull and Affordable plumbing for the help. Billy was awesome definitely request him if you need repairs.

Unfortunately needed a few different plumbing repairs, and Affordable Plumbing & Heat were recommended by our neighbors. Simple process to set a date and time, with reminders of our appointment. Our technician, Gavin was superb- showed up on time, with a text notification, listened to our issues, identified the problems and explained the repairs (water pressure regulator, a leaking pressure vacuum breaker, failing pressure release valve at water heater). He ran out to get the necessary parts, and when delayed by traffic the office called to let us know he would be a little later than stated. When he returned he quickly fixed all the problems. Gavin and the Affordable Plumbing & Heat team are terrific!

Jordan came out and did a great job! He was knowledgeable and was able to resolve our plumbing issues quickly. Spending money on plumbing is never fun but their prices seemed fair. I will definitely use them again.

We had our whole house done, heater, air conditioner, electric work, a new water heater. The crew that affordable sent out was amazing. They were all super respectful, friendly, and so professional. No one ever left a mess, everyone cleaned up after themselves. They even took time to answer questions from my son about what they were doing and give my husband advice on other projects in the house. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs their house worked on, whether it’s an emergency or routine maintenance.

They were incredibly helpful and patient when replacing my water heater after the bottom rusted out. My parents do not speak English well and the two workers sent out were very helpful explaining things and making sure everything was understood. They wore shoe covers inside and were great with our dogs.

I would definitely use this service again. Brandon was great.

This is the second or third time we've used Affordable Plumbing and we have always been happy with the service. Today we saw Ryan Abeyta. He was right on time and worked with us to get our issue with our front hose bib solved - even having to pick up a part he didn't have. He was very professional, communicative, and friendly. The entire installation team were very professional! Isaac, Eddie, Mike and Justin were amazing! We have never had a more friendly and courteous team! They worked their butts off! They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in 1 day! We have had other contract work done to our house in the past and these guys outshined them all. They far exceeded our expectations and then some! We would highly recommend them for any heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs!

We also want give a shout out for their sales rep Aaron too. He talked to us and answered every question we had. When all was said and done he gave us a great deal!

I called when I woke up yesterday morning and my basement was flooding. The gal on the phone was super helpful, even though the next available appointment was not till 3 in the afternoon. She promised she'd keep me at the top of the list if there was a cancellation or someone finished early.
Thank goodness the technician was running early that day and made it out by 11 am!! He was able to quickly assess what parts of the system were in terrible shape and we chose to go with a new pump. He had the pump in the truck and was able to install the entire thing quickly and professionally.
I will be using Courtesy Plumbing and Heating for some of the other HVAC work I need done because I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work performed.

We had bathroom problems and Alex immediately found where it was leaking. Alex was very friendly & treated us like we had known him for a long time. Great sense of humor. We will highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing & especially recommend Alex.

From the start respectful and understanding not just another customer. We got cut off the same person called me back, as we were setting up the appointment my battery died.. Hour later I called back got someone in the springs he found my info and the previous person had saved my scheduled visit confirmed and waiting to get that last bit of info. Their service tech took the time to be personable.. because let's face it we're all careful when it comes to hiring a company to work on our homes. What I appreciated from start of of the appointment was that they took the time to do it right! Not just quote me and go, if something is important it shouldn't be rushed. Call around make sure you not getting ...., I did and I will call on this honest and respectable company for any future needs!

Had a plumbing issue on the 3rd of July and they sent someone out the next day. Dylan was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. My bathroom has better flow than when we got the place. A must use for anyone with plumbing problems.

I highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Heating. Eddie and Drew helped us get back up and running after our furnace and hot water tank reached the end. They were efficient, timely, and the price was more than competitive. Great work. Really appreciate it.

Had a leaking pipe behind my kitchen sink, and Alec did an amazing job coming to the rescue. Alec had great transparent communication throughout the entire process, and was able to troubleshoot/complete the repairs all in one visit. Would absolutely do business with Alec/Courtesy Plumbing again.

Quick, friendly, honest service. David M was our tech, came to my house when it was just my wife and kids and she said he was very polite and got things in working order quickly. Courtesy is very communicative with their scheduling and I would definitely hire them again!
