I am updating my previous review from 1 to 5 stars. I was not happy with the price ($654) to replace a fill valve and flapper seemed high. I worked with JDs and they worked with me to bring the total down to $325. I'm happy my toilet is working properly and was happy with how they were able to work with me on the price.

Had three faucets replaced with upgraded fixtures, two shower fixtures replaced and upgraded with additional hand held features, and toilet replacement. Brian came a few weeks earlier to walk through options and discuss fixtures. Day of installation he and his assistant were on time. Work done efficiently. They took all the old stuff including the old toilet. They did have to leave to get some longer supply hookups for the bathroom fixtures, but were not long, and no additional charge for that time. Cost was what was estimated, and they were done in a few hours. Would hire this company again.

I had a really bad experience with a new install on my furnace and needed a different company to resolve the issue. I received a referral for JD's Plumbing Service. Resolving the furnace issue required considerable work and multiple visits. It is apparent they are trained, well schooled and skilled. They are fully professional and committed to resolving the problem for their customer. Thank You JD's for solving my furnace issue! I am so glad to have found you guys. You have a loyal new customer!

Great service! The technician Adam did a furnace tune up for us. He also gave detailed notes on the furnace and specific pieces, and gave us notice on the pieces that will eventually need to get replaced (he also gave us a deal if we wanted to just replace a couple of pieces at the time of service, but since we declined he put it in our customer's notes so that they can check on the pieces when they come back in the spring).

He was super friendly, professional, and time efficient. He also politely asked for a Google review because of a friendly competition in the office, and while I hate making reviews, it was an easy request because he was super likeable and did a great job. Add a tally for Adam!

For a better part of a week I was out water
Because my water heater went out
I called around to get estimates and found that JD's Plumbing was the only one one that was able to work out a pricing with me.
I was at work when they installed the new water heater in and came home and now
I have water again
I can now wash dishes, wash clothes,
It was dark out side when I came home
But took a flash light to look at the job they did on my new water heater
Because it's was on the outside of my mobile home and the job look absolutely great.

Fantastic company for all your plumbing needs who are reasonably priced. I needed some new toilets installed after my older toilets had constant problems in my home. Tony came out and inspected my toilets and arranged a date to install replacement toilets. Tony is one of the best professional plumbers I had who came out and was super quick and did a perfect job installing the new toilets. I am thrilled with how the replacement toilets are. I would highly recommend this company going forward! ⭐️🧑‍🔧🪠

Wanted to add that Alex has serviced my AC and Furnace the pass couple of times, and he is a rock star. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Still highly recommend this company for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

We discovered our ejector pump in the basement was not working and JD's (Mountain Valley) came out within hours of our discovery. Anthony was very professional, efficient, and explained our options clearly. Of all days, we needed the pump replaced by the end of the day. JD's and Anthony came through for us and by 2:30 we had a new pump and were back up and running. The pricing was quite reasonable as well. Definitely recommend them!

Sly and Tony were GREAT! A one day job turned into 5!!!! I had to have ALL the pipes replaced in my house in Northglenn, like insanely rotted out!! Oh did I mention they were all UNDER the concrete in the basement?!? These pipes could not even be considered pipes anymore , see photos. Sly Jackhammered all the concrete out and then Tony came along and laid all the pipe(fair to Sly ??? haha). A great couple guys to work with, on time, worked hard every day, and great advice. Great Price too. FIVE STARZ DOES NOT DO THEM JUSTICE!!! 1,000,000 STARZZZ!!!

Our heater stopped working, and Shaun Evanish of Affordable did a terrific job getting it up and running again. Skilled, knowledgeable and professional, he knew exactly what was needed. We could not have had a better technician or person to help us out.

Thank you for your professional and courteous service, Tom came out today and was a huge help after we had a major gas leak. He inspected our system and made sure that we were good to go. They gave us great customer service which in something that is getting more and more rare these days.

We had a boiler problem and needed service. We called Affordable and they sent out Shawn. I can't say enough how satisfied we are with Shawn's work. He was a real professional and kept us informed every step of the way.

We would call them again in a minute.

Called to get my main sewer line cleaned out. I do this every year at this time and have done it every year for the last 5 years, no problem.

1. They called me 15 minutes after their window to tell me it would be another 45 minutes until they arrived

2. When they got here he told me it was going to be $345 to clean out and scope the pipe. I told them I didn't need it scoped as I did that last year just a clear.

3. They refused to just clear the pipe without the additional scope inspection as they told me other companies would try to markup and tack on additional fees for things that wouldn't need to be done. This is ironic as I only called for a main line cleaning that generally costs $100.

We had a problem with our furnace right after a spring snowstorm (and on a Saturday of course). David was able to come out first thing Monday and take care of everything. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, gave a quick diagnosis and the furnace is back up and running in time for the next spring snowstorm. Great professionalism and service! Thank you!

Non-emergency call to repair sprinkler system valve. Appointment made for two days after initial call. Technician arrived within 25 minutes of start of two-hour window. Sized up leaking valve, showed me cost difference between fixing one old valve and replacing entire valve assembly (including backflow). Went with replacing all. Took him about 30 minutes. Job looks very professionally done and no longer leaks. I've used Affordable previously and they've never disappointed.

I love that they are not a big corporate plumbing company. Affordable plumbing helped me twice this month! 1. did a great job on my water heater- and talked about details on the phone beforehand with a quote! Will had the Job done within 24 hours! Second job- John went way out of his way to explain in DETAIL the workings of my old AC and furnace. Since I am on a tight budget, he coached me on a minor repair I could do myself to save a few hundred dollars and buy some more time with the unit. I will be calling Affordable Plumbing when it’s time to ultimately replace the furnace and AC. Great communication. Great work.

I have been using courtesy, plumbing and heating for the last three years. I’m very satisfied with their service. I find all of their technicians and plumbers to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The technician that came out was really friendly and did a good job on replacing/repairing the two hose bibs that were old and leaky. No issue there.

I have to complain about how the payment was taken, however. Before starting the service, we walked around and looked at everything that needed to be done. After reviewing, he stated the job would cost around $350. I acknowledged and said that was a reasonable price. He even said he might have to create a whole in the ceiling if needed but wouldn’t charge for that. He didn’t end up having to do that, so all good there. He started the work and completed in about an hour. I appreciated the promptness and he did a good job making sure everything worked, but at the end he said everything costed just over 500!! I asked him what changed, and he said it was 250 to replace one hose bib outlet and 250 to repair the second one and put in new parts. This was not stated at all during the initial walkthrough so I absolutely felt blindsided by the total cost. Luckily I had enough in savings to cover it, but it was unexpected.

For future service I would expect the total cost to be written out and signed BEFORE starting the work and then any unforeseen issues be discussed if there will be additional charges. I didn’t do it this time based on our initial verbal agreement and the fact that he didn’t offer to have a statement of work/cost signed beforehand. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on this one, but that was my mistake. Overall he was a friendly and good guy to have the work done, but I don’t agree with the company’s payment collection policies. This needs to be reviewed.

Drew did an amazing job installing the two AO Smith water heaters! He was thorough and very detailed.

Eric was absolutely fantastic. We couldnt of asked for more. Eric was punctual, professional , polite , and made my wife and i very comfortable with the process. Great quality of work in an efficient amount of time. Eric was also very careful while using a mask and gloves at all times. We will definitely ask for Eric when we need something else completed.

OMG! Place must be under new management. Millenial management. They used to be perfect. I’d call, set up an appointment and they would be on time as always. Now, I’ve been cancelled to due “scheduling conflicts”. Right! If you don’t have enough people to do the job, then perhaps hire someone and put Down the social media and tik tok videos and do some work. It’s like that everywhere. Young people who just don’t care about anything but their entitlement. I have pets in this awful heat and they just can’t seem to get out here. I’ll be posting a better, more reliable company when I find one

From the time I called to make the appointment through the end result of a working toilet, I am thoroughly impressed with Affordable Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Gavin came this morning, on time, professional, efficient, pleasant, courteous, everything you could hope for in a service technician.
