Dillon came out to shut off our gas line before we had an induction range installed the next day. He was quick to complete the job and took a lot of time to explain to us what needed to happen next. Very satisified.s

We called at 7:30 am and they were here by 10:30 am, very important for us!!! The two technicians we're thorough and tackled a sewer lift problem. They could have billed us for a new one, but instead figured out the fixable problem, and thus saved us about $3000. They were ultra kind, extremely clean, and determined to find the correct problem - great technicians and a blessing to us! I will continue to call them for all plumbing services.

I am a property manager for a Denver-based real estate investment company and "Affordable" Heat and Plumbing was assigned as a sub from another company that I tried to have service one of our properties in Castle Rock. The job was to simply replace a faucet. They charged us $636 for this simple job! We went over their invoice and laid out line-by-line where we disagreed with their pricing. They charged $236 (1 hr max) to insert the P-trap, where other company will charge $99 max. Then $471.14 for the faucet and connecting parts. We looked up the exact faucet model they installed - $75 from a home improvement store and the kit was $10. After asking them to revise their invoice, we got a reply from their collections department threatening to place a lien on us if we didn't pay the $636. We will never use them again and recommend that no one else do so. This is not the type of service that we provide to our owners; we had to pay this one out of pocket because there is no way we could justify this cost. Non-Affordable Heating and Plumbing: price gouging and lack of cooperation.

I get that this was a large job, but the way this work was carried out was extraordinarily unprofessional and beyond frustrating. The work was shoddy and took months longer than expected, leaving our roommates with no bathroom for months.

We started out with a fair quote and with Samuel B as our main POC responsible for this project. The job was supposed to take 4 visits and be completed in just a few weeks. The first visit went well, pipes were installed under concrete and things seemed to be going well. However, we then could not get in contact with Samuel and had an extremely difficult time getting the company to continue with the project. Sometimes someone would be scheduled to show up and we'd get a no show, sometimes people we hadn't seen before on the project would come and be completely confused on what work they were doing. We were confused as to why this was happening- after numerous calls, we found that Samuel was MIA in Texas and no longer working on this project. Work after this first visit was horrible- messy concrete pour, trash everywhere, wrong valve installed, and a shower pan installed so poorly that the pipe ended above the pan and water pooled in the pan. The man who installed the pan seemed extraordinarily confused on the process of how to install a pan and yelled at me about the pan, so I attempted to calm him down by offering to leave work to pick up some new parts at a home depot for him, to which he declined. He also charged the wrong amount for the finished job. The company found this out months later, long after our GC finished the shower and fixed the numerous errors with the shower pan.

I'd recommend staying away from this company or adding into the contract/work order that work must be completed within a certain amount of time to avoid issues with missing project leads. Yikes!

I had to have my AC replaced and the price I got was unbeatable. The guys they sent out for the replacement were top notch, Mike and Hans were very friendly and knowledgeable, they both worked late for us and they didn't seem to mind one bit. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Tony, Austin, and Dave took great care of us when we had an unexpected flood that damaged out furnace and water heater. Very understanding, personable and handled the situation as if it were their own home! They arrived the same day and even came out to explain the process on their own time and the priced compared well to other companies

David M. came and installed our new air conditioner and did a great job. We’ve used Affordable Plumbing and Heating for the past nine years. They’ve installed our heater too and have kept up on the maintenance. Great company and awesome staff.

From quote to installation, less than a week.
The installers laid down carpet and floor protection, wore booties and showed that they cared about our home.
The installers worked efficiently and had a terrific attitude. We were entertained by their singing all afternoon.
We have hired Affordable Plumbing and Heat for other jobs in the past and would highly recommend them!

I have made two emergency calls to this company, one in June and one yesterday. The June call was to have an estimate on AC installation after a storm took out a 75ft Blue Spruce that landed on top of a shed crushing my Evap cooler and the second was for a Furnace that stopped working. I was taken care immediately on both calls.
Jeff provided the estimate for the AC installation in June and couldn't have been more caring about my situation from the storm. He went above and beyond trying to get me help to repair the damage to the side of my home and removal of the evap. cooler.
I got lucky, because this company also employs Ryan, a general contractor who truly knew his stuff. He repaired the siding, removed the cooler and reinforced the inside of the shed the cooler had been sitting on. He was very professional and got it all done in less than a day.
After calling yesterday for what I thought was an AC malfunction, Marvin, HVAC tech was sent and found my problem to be a worn out furnace fan and motor. He replaced the furnace yesterday working diligently to get it done so I could have my AC back working. He was professional, pleasant and timely.
Kristopher, the GM of Affordable Plumbing and Heating, delivered my new furnace. While he was here he found some minor issues with the AC installation done in June and immediately addressed them with me and scheduled a day Marvin could come back.
Did I check around for pricing with other companies. No. Did I get second estimates. No. I was so happy with the great customer service I received for beginning to end, that I didn't need to. Then amount of work that was done was time consuming and the pricing was very fair.
Kudos to Affordable Plumbing and Heating. I highly recommend.

Once again, Kurt Selaney proved his 5-Star value. Arrived early, knew what he needed to do to find our leak, explained the cost of the job, and got to work within minutes. His knowledge and understanding about homes of any age, his skill level in completing the repair, his professional demeanor, and his friendliness are the reason he’s the one we want when we call Affordable. He could teach the class on how to do his job!
AND—Whitney and Devon couldn’t have been nicer in doing whatever they could to accommodate me when I called to make an appointment. Whitney knew I was worried about the intermittent leak as we headed into the weekend, and she and Devon both knew I wanted someone with experience who could diagnose fast!
No matter who answers the phone at Affordable, you know that help is available, and they’re always patient, friendly and respectful. Now, after experience with other businesses AND Affordable, I can’t imagine calling anyplace else.

I have never given any business a 1 star review until now. They went to do work at a rental of ours. I couldn't be there and felt uneasy after talking to the technician on the phone. He seemed inexperienced and felt like he was trying to sell me on things I didn't need done. I just wanted it fixed so I told him to just do the work. He charged us $600 (after telling me it wouldn't be over $500 before he did the work). Next day the kitchen sink is backing up again. Called another plumber and they undid his work which was done incorrectly and charged us less and did it in less time. Kitchen sink works great now. I called the manager to relay the story. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. Horrible customer service and non trustworthy technicians. I would never recommend this company. Very professional and personable service. Tech Lee and Roy were both great to work with on my AC issues. They took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problems. New AC installers Tyler and Travis were knowledgeable and very professional. Their pricing was fair. I would highly recommend this company.

Affordable plumbing was very professional both on the initial call & the service. I received a 2 hour window time for the Day of service. Got a call From Jeff for approximately the time he would be arriving. Jeff was on time, was friendly & once he looked at our drain, told me what the problem was & the exact cost. I definitely Would use them again!!

After going through a few different companies and having bad experience with business’s elsewhere, they were able to help me with my needs and provide great service and quality. After explaining my problems and concerns to the staff members and after the repairs were made the manager Frankie reached out and made sure everything was up to par and working as it should be. Great people and great service. Will be using them for any future needs.

Eric was so helpful and knowledgeable! He found our issue pretty quick and repaired it even faster. And as a bonus he installed a new garbage disposal for me! This is our second experience with Eric and Affordable Plumbing and I can guarantee they will be the only ones we will use for any plumbing!

Affordable plumbing professionals are transparent with their charges, reliable, responsible and skilled. We have used them since 2018 with great outcome. We had some not so great to horrible plumbing experiences over the years from several others to say the Affirdable Plumbing technicians provide excellent service. Their company name sounds does not do justice. It should be Excellent Plumbing company.😊

The tech Billy was extremely professional, friendly and very informative. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He pointed out some glaring mistakes that I had missed with the last plumber. I know they would not have happened with affordable. He also gave me some great advice on a tree at the house as well. Will always be going with Affordable from here on out. Way to go Billy and Affordable.

I bet you’ve never seen a 5-star review when a job has gone wrong…so buckle up! We had Courtesy out to fix a leak in our bathroom this past summer. Well, they missed a spot- and the leak caused some mold damage this autumn behind the wall- which was shared with our only other . Not only did they IMMEDIATELY admit fault (despite the fact that we would not have known it otherwise), but called in all the necessary contractors to remediate the problem and replace both tiled walls. Every professional that was brought in was friendly, polite and hard-working.They even put us up in a hotel
for the night we would have been without a shower. The work was finished today and our bathrooms honestly look better than before. Not only that- we never had anything but friendly, warm communication from the business owner. Courtesy is the perfect name for this class act of a business. 6/5 stars!

Kurt was incredibly helpful and fast in completing this job. He even said he was hired for an hour to work and even though he finished early he asked if I needed help with anything else. He gave me some great advice on my kitchen sink and it was just really nice of him to help like that. Would recommend him for any job with his experience!

Such a great experience with this company! We are a first time home buyer and had issues with sewer backing up. The office was very friendly to call and quick to setup an appointment. They gave us a call to confirm the window that day. Honestly, they were a bit late compared to their window but did call to let us know beforehand and were sincerely apologetic. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and saved us $8,400 in the end (Previously company gave us a ridiculous quote, wanting to rip out all of our sewer lines for what ended up being a very simple and small issue) So thankful I called them!
