Alex did an exemplary job re-routing a water line that had frozen this winter. This was a complex problem that had no obvious solution.Alex was thoughtful, creative, resourceful, attentive to details,and kept us informed throughout the process. Because of his skills, and the support of JD, we had a great outcome. This is the team you should hire when you have a plumbing problem.

Adam just left after repairing a very esoteric issue with my furnace. This is an issue I had before in a different part of the heater, and Adam knew about its possibility and checked for that first and voila! Genius! I can't express enough my respect for him and his experience and care. Very very satisfied, thanks Adam! Thanks JD's, you'll always have my business!

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!

JD's Plumbing blew the air out of our sprinkler system in preparation for winter. We must have called five different companies that were all booked well into November before we called JD's. Thankfully, JD's was willing to squeeze us into their busy schedule! Scott arrived on time, was incredibly nice, and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be using JD's going forward!

My tech. Adam, was professional and wore shoe covers before he took his first step into my home. He was very courteous and knowledgable answering my questions. Price for repairs was very reasonable especially with the current recession. I would highly recommend JD Plumbing for your next plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs.

Used them a few times -- every time great service. Adam installed a whole house humidifier for me. He was terrific to work with -- thorough, friendly and efficient. Also had Tony over for some unrelated plumbing work. He took the time to explain a ton of stuff about how my house works - and he fixed what needed fixing. . . couldn't ask for more.

Adam did wonderful!! Extremely fair with pricing and got my AC repaired in no time. He really helped me out during these incredibly hot summers! I highly recommend JD’s Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Will definitely book them in the future for my other HVAC needs :)

I have used JD Plumbing several times for my emergency and non emergency plumbing needs. Everytime they have exceeded my expectations. Each plumber I worked with is knowledgeable and pays attention to the little details of their work to ensure it is done perfectly. I have had exceptional customer service experiences throughout the company from the associate who schedules the appointment, to the plumbers executing the work and the owner who has taken the time to answer numerous questions when I am evaluating options. Adam at JDs did a great job. Showed me the measurements to diagnose my AC issue and gave me honest info about my options, even got things working faster than expected. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair prices - I'll be using them again.

I have used JD's plumbing for everything related to water in my home. I have only been a homeowner for about a year and keep finding happy little surprises in need of repair. JD's has been fantastic -- I've had 4-5 team members out here (most recently Scott) for various projects from fixing faucet leaks to HVAC repair and sprinkler winterization. Each team member has been polite, professional, and committed to seeing the job through. Their reception/client management is great to work with and their periodic deals only increase their value. I was referred to JD's by my realtor and am happy to forward the recommendation on!

Latest Update: Company did reach out and credited me the $199 service fee, apparently an error on communication from the scheduler along with service person. They apologized for the miscommunication and at least made it right from what I was originally told.

Update: No response from company, immediately replied to my review, "said they were looking into".....no response, awful customer service (BAIT AND SWTICH ONCE AGAIN).

Complete bait and switch on quote of service. $199 service visit was quoted and if any diagnosed issue was proceeded with, was told via the scheduler the service call charge would go against total bill. They unclogged toilet within 1 minute, and charged us an additional $300 for that 1 minute job! Called several times to speak with the owner/manager, no call back. Do not recommend this company at all.

JD’s Plumbing was referred to me by a former employee. As a customer of several years they have provided me with several services. We replaced all my existing plumbing. Installed a new bathtub. Done yearly maintenance on my swamp cooler. Today, I called and Scott arrived within 90 minutes. I really appreciate that Patty always answers my calls. I’m glad the service has been great and constant even during COVID.

Adam is the technician I have consistently requested. He recently completed my spring HVAC and plumbing inspection. Adam always is thorough and answers my questions as well as explaining the systems and has helped me use them more efficiently. Great personality and goes the extra mile. Thanks Adam!

Our pipes froze on our mobile home and we called JDs plumbing and they were here the same day. Tech Brian did an amazing job, got us back up and running. Reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

We had to call JD's out to our home again for the 3rd time in 2years. This time it was a terrible water leak.
Al, our park maintenance guy shut down our water main to prevent further damage. He allowed us to fill up on water first.
after contacting JD's Plumbing, a technician named Dave was out bright and early around 8:am and went right to work. After some trouble shooting Dave found the culprit. It was the hot water valve inside our valve box directly behind the washing machine. It had corroded and broke open causing the leak. Dave worked up the cost and gave us every discount he could knowing we were on a tight budget. After agreeing to the cost and signing the contract Dave went right to work. 2 hrs later he was done. Dave did a great job. He talked to my husband during the repairs explaining everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up after watching our system for about 20 minutes to make sure all issues we resolved, which they were. My husband paid Dave and he left.
I can't say enough good things about JD's and their employees. All of them from September who was office staff to Scott Visser and his partner who replaced our furnace in Jan 2021 to Adam who found a very usual problem in Nov. 2021 causing our new furnace to falter to Dave, today, who replaced the water valves behind our washing machine causing a terrible water leak.
This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had JDs come out last week because my AC stopped working. Adam was very nice and thoroughly explained what the issues were. The price to get my air conditioner back and running was very reasonable, and it’s cooling the house so much better than it has been in the past few years! With a newborn in the home, it was great that they could get me serviced so fast too!

I had a small leak under my sink and Alex easily identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. And I appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell me and repair/replace more than was necessary. JD’s was easy to communicate with and kept me informed on my servicer’s ETA. I would definitely use them again if needed!

I couldn't be happier with JD's Plumbing.Adam was our technician he was extremely professional. My furnace was a bit of a mystery. He worked really hard to get us heat back. The prices are very reasonable. I have nothing but positive thing's to say about this company. I will absolutely be using them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I'm a huge fan of JD's Plumbing and have had nothing but completely positive experiences so far. As a homeowner in Louisville, I've benefited from their reliability - Tony has been fantastic addressing concerns. He's a problem-solver and has repaired a few issues for us. As a Realtor, I've referred them to clients (who have been VERY happy) from Boulder to Denver to Littleton for a number of different services, though I've also relied on them as experts I can call to assess potential concerns after inspections. I know people often base their reviews off cost, but my experience is that JD's Plumbing Service is reasonable and competitive. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I want results, reliability and responsiveness and feel like I get that every single time. I highly recommend them!!

Warning they are currently advertising on their website they are accredited by the better business bureau which they are not. Would definitely be concerned by a company that portrays them as something they are not. They have recently told the BBB they are a new company to get around losing their accreditation even though it is the same ownership that was in place when I worked with them.

Definitely not reliable! Hired them to replace a lift pump in my house and less than a month after install it caught on fire and flooded our basement with sewage because a loose pipe was left in the pit and caused the motor to burn out. Second plumber came out and replaced pump but did not seal it. Now every time water runs through the pump the basement fills with sewage smell. Was told by third plumber nothing they could do. Management told me if the pump is working there is nothing they can do.

Update- two months after the review I got a response that I was offered a free smoke test but that was the first time I had ever heard that. Was told last time I called that they would not help me by a manager yelling across a room into a speaker phone. The flood caused a large amount of damage, but was not contacted by management until two months later. Issue was never resolved and paid a lot of money for a service that was never completed. When you call them with an issue they tell you the employees are new or weren’t good so they are no longer with the company.

Techs, Adam & Daniel came to my house to make an assessment on my furnace to have it cleaned, they walked me through their findings (turned out to be a very dirty furnance ) Impressed they cleaned it for me the very same day removing the blower cleaning it outside. I was impress with these two young men, never once did they pressure me to get any work done that I didn't need done. If JD plumbing service techs are half as good, friendly and knowledgeable as Adam & Daniel, then you need to look no more for your Heating professional. Same day service, sameday repair, what an unexpected surprise! Thanks Adam & Daniel your friendliness, and work ethics. I found me a Company that I can call with confidence. Thank You!
