Awesome service, attitude, and knowledge. You have always been a great company to do business with and continue to do so. You service technician was positive, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He was working at 5:00pm on a Thursday and a great attitude. A keeper!

We called Our plumber, Josh, back to our duplex 3 times after a freeze break in late January to fix many broken pipes and then help reinstall and hookup appliances after the renovation. Each time he called before arriving, arrived on time and installed, repaired and or otherwise addressed the next item on the list. We are very happy with the job he did and his positive, friendly nature. He is now our plumber until he retires 😃Thank you Josh!

Greg from River Valley Plumber did a great job, professional, reasonably priced get to it no nonsense service which I appreciate.
I've had other companies come out not even investigate what the real problem was, just a calculated guess but insist they have to a full property assessment with huge price tag, waste hours of my time and leave not knowing for sure what and how to fix the problem I had them come out for.
I will definitely use River Valley Plumbing again

We LOVE River Valley. They are one of few companies around here that offer after hours services. Twice in the last year they have happily come out at an odd day and hour to see what has happened to our AC. This time it what Chace that came out. He was friendly, helpful, and understanding that we have two small children and a working AC is a must. Last year, I was pregnant and called cried because of how hot it was and how miserable we were. They pick up quick and are usually there within 20-30 minutes. Thank you River Valley!

I am very appreciative for the service I received. My garbage disposal broke and was leaking. I could not use my kitchen sink. I called on a Monday morning for an appointment as soon as possible. I got a call back later that day that there was a cancelation for the next morning. I was grateful that they called. It was a pleasure to work with the plumber that came. He was very polite and professional . I really appreciated all their help. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and outstanding integrity. They had to come 3 days in a row due to a faulty replacement motor (not their fault), but they only charged for the very first day since if the replacement motor had worked, the problem would have been resolved that first day. Highly recommend.

Shoddy work! My sewer pipe was clogged and had another company out to unclog it and discovered that the tip and part of the snake auger was left in my pipe! You were the last company to unclog my pipe! I will never recommend nor hire you for anything ever again. Not only can I not believe your plumber didn't say anything about this but to just leave it and this has cost me so much money the last few months!! Horrible work.

River Valley Plumbing was at my home last September to repair a ruptured sprinkler system water pipe. They also added a separate PRV on the line. It was thirteen months later I discovered the PRV had failed. It was out of warranty by a mere 3 weeks, yet Corey at River Valley offered a compromise to replace the PRV at a cost of a service call, which was greatly appreciated. Corey and Amy were professional throughout, yet it was the plumber sent out (Greg) that was superior. Thank you.

Thank you for sending your plumber. He was on time, very respectful and polite. He did the job on time and cleaned up after his self. Everything works well and professional. Give this man a raise. He wa great. 7pm

Hey Canon area, I had sump pup failure, water in my root cellar. Josh from River Valley plumbing came out and saved the day. His expertise was great but his coolness under an unforseen "ratty" situation was magic.
To the sweet lady who answers the phone thank you for your kindness and perseverance .
Pricing was fair, customer service, outstanding. Thank you so much!

We hired them to take care of a on demand water heater system while knowledgeable at first they left a family with two kids waiting for two weeks with no hot water and then finally did the service and when the service was completed come home from work and it still was not working. And both adults in home tried to call and due to waiting so long and having to work and needing to shower and the showers not even working there are no return calls even the following day. This is unsatisfactory service for clients and especially after being put off and customers being patient after two weeks of no hot water it shows that they do not value their customers.

Rare for a plumbing company to be like this but here are the pros and cons of hiring River Valley Plumbing & Heating:

PROS:
● On time - technician showed up on time as agreed.
● Friendly - from Amy, who answered the phone, to Dom who came and did the work at my house... it's like they have a "must be friendly" policy at work.
● Professional - they sent Dom. Need say more? OK I will... he's like the Wikipedia of plumbing, able to translate plumbing lingo to regular folk like myself.
● Honest - never tried to hide any problems with the repair, and upfront about the cost.
● Accountable - kept me informed of the repair as he went along, and how much it would cost at the end.
● Family owned - small town and well run company.

CONS
● If you don't like any of the PROS (above) then don't contact this company!

They were a no show, no call. Then I was told the plumber would not be working any more this week. Could they're scheduled u for Monday? No tx

Service and install was second to none. Ridge was our advisor and has been timely, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. We liked that Ridge and his team focused on the unit and components that would be correct for our home. He listened to our needs and discussed several options and the pros and cons of each. He has been readily available for any questions we have had throughout the process, even after the install was completed. Ron and Eddie completed our install and were timely, professional, and transparent as well. Our HVAC needed significant retrofitting and Ron explained what needed to be repaired and the reasons for it. Ron and Eddie ensured everything was functional and explained maintenance and service/parts warranties clearly before they left. Big Cat definitely has our business going forward as we are very happy with our purchase and install.

I just had a furnace and central air installed into my home recently by Big Cat, and I am very impressed with this company from the initial scheduling to the final walk through. Chris and Wyatt are extremely professional, and meticulously performed this service with professionalism & expertise. Thank you to my technicians, and Big Cat for the outstanding service. I've had really great experiences with Big Cat. The staff are polite and helpful. Today Arthur came to help with a sewer line back up. Even though it was Sunday he arrived quickly and was able to fix the problem in no time. I'd definitely recommend Big Cat if you need plumbing help.

Absolutely the best crew around!! Over the last cold snap I had my furnace go out. I Called big cat and they came out in a flash. We all know that its no cheap purchase having to get a new furnace but the crew was vary helpful on finding away to get it replaced.

During all that process of the furnace replacement the water heater decided to go out also adding insult to injury. Big Cat had the furnace and water heater replaced in less then 48hr.

The big cat crew that came out to do the work definitely went above and beyond. They worked swiftly smoothly with professionalism and expertise. Im so thankful for Big cat and their team.

Kobe, Joe and Caleb worked to complete a really tough job on an ancient sewer line. I would highly recommend Big Cat. First rate.

Josh with Big Cat was amazing. He came out to my home and gave me a free estimate on installing a water softener/filter. He was super professional , personable and demonstrated a lot of care for our situation. He even gave a ball park estimate for a couple projects I have in mind for the future as well. I really appreciate him and his time and have a great impression of the company because of him.
