The faucet I bought was complicated, but Tristan studied it, took his time, installed it, and it worked perfectly. I asked Tristan if I might call Big Cat and request that he install my front bathroom faucet as it also needs replacing. Older Review--I needed a quick thermostat and a simple kitchen faucet repair. I called Big Cat, was scheduled quickly, and when Neil and Brian arrived, they made the repairs in minutes. As always, they were on time, courteous, professional, and personable. I use no other than Big Cat.

New Day, New Review--Gage and Chris! What a team--on time, professional, friendly, personable, expert--they installed my furnace and air conditioner; updated my water heater vents; and they installed the gas line for converting my electric to gas range (to get this job done in my time frame, they worked with Peak Performance—both companies put me, the customer first, that is an A+ in my gradebook!), disconnected and winterized my evaporative cooler...shall I go on?!...all in two days with impeccable efficiency. They explained every detail to me and answered my many questions with courtesy and patience. If you need it done, ask for this team. Above and Beyond--I requested service in the morning and the repairs were made by the afternoon; I also scheduled two installations to occur within the week. I am impressed with the personal, prompt, excellent service--from the receptionist who took my call to the servicemen (yes, plural). Ryan replaced my kitchen faucet, redid my evaporative cooling/sprinkler connections, and replaced my gas water heater connections. Simultaneously, Adam installed a garbage disposal, replaced a leaky washing machine connection, and repaired a bathroom sink leak. They both provided exemplary customer service and optimal work. Big Cat provides high quality service. I had a furnace outage and they were able to dispatch someone on the same day. Marcos was polite, professional and prompt. I just wanted to say that I highly recommend big cat Plumbing they were very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Josh came out to look at it the Chase and Joe came to do it. It was a pretty decent sized job that I couldn't do on on my own.They came in and did what they needed to do and cleaned up their entire mess. They were very professional very polite and they even poured concrete back after they had to breakup concrete floor. I have no complaints and if I ever had to use big cats for any project I would request these two to come do it again. Fantastic and speedy service

The entire Big Cat team including the young lady who took my call on a Saturday were by far the best I’ve dealt with in a long long time. They showed up on Monday and did their diagnostics on our furnace and were able to explain to me why and where the issues were. The recommendation was to replace the furnace. I asked can this wait for a couple of weeks because we have plans to be out of town. Their response was why wait we can have this done in the next couple of days. My skepticism kicked and in that’s when my wife said yeah why wait? So we moved forward with the replacement and they showed up on Tuesday and went to work swapping out the old with the new. I’m very impressed with the entire organization. Their communication with me start to finish was awesome. If anyone needs to know how to service their customers they should give Big Cat a call. Had a tech by the name of Q come out the other day. He was so kind and understanding as I didn’t realize we had a wasp issue. He came out got the project done. He let me know of some things that needed attention but didn’t pressure to get it scheduled right away. 10/10 service thanks Mr. Q

We highly recommend Big Cat Plumbing. We needed an outdoor faucet repaired and Logan and Dante were here when they said they'd be, were extremely polite and friendly and did an excellent job repairing it for a good price. OUR "big cat" Floki (wearing his tiger print harness while on yard patrol) lent them a paw or two and had big fun with them. They obviously love animals which makes them even more awesome.

Everything about this company has been nothing less than amazing!! Chris and Wyatt just put in a new central air system in our home and their service was absolutely top notch! We got our bid and they were there the very next day and got the work done. Fast quality work and awesome follow up as well! There aren't enough good things to say about this company as a whole! We actually booked them for electrical work and plumbing work as well since they are so great!! We will most definitely be using this company for future projects! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I was so impressed with Art from Big Cat Plumbing. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. If I ever need any plumbing done, I will call them and request Art.

Cody came out on Sunday to help unclog our pipe. He broke clog loose then was unable to reach clog with tools he brought.
On Monday he returned with 2 other employees & another truck. After approximately 4 hours they were able to clear clog. We were only charged original amount this company was Very Helpful & Professional. We would recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing

The account is under Susie Miller, Quincy was our service person and he was OUTSTANDING.. he came to the house at the time he said he would be here and got right to work. He was very courteous and investigated the non-working furnace with myself and my husband. He was wonderful. He was fast and efficient. He thoroughly explained the issue with the furnace and even did additional work on the ducks to Titus over until we could get a duct cleaning from your company tomorrow. He was an exceptional service man and we absolutely will use your company again just because he was such a pleasure to work with. You're very lucky to have him as an employee because he did a great job representing your company. I would recommend your company to any of my neighbors family and friends just because q did such a good job and was such a pleasure to work with.

Josh has been excellent in providing reassurance with diagnosing the issue of my main drain via camera.

Root and clay line was removed and new pvc was installed as well as underneath my foundation has been replaced by the work of Chase and Dante. They did exceptional work and were fun to work with.

Later, my water heater was acting up and I had no hot water. To much avail, Chase and Dante were on the case and performed spectacular results, as well as giving my dogs all the love they needed as my husband is overseas. Not a hassle and thanks to Dante for fixing my porcelain throne!! You a real one G!

This was a great experience start to finish. Our tech Q was so friendly, thorough, and transparent with what we needed/didn’t need. We needed a full hvac replacement and our installer Wyatt was diligent and went above the standard of the job to make sure things were done properly not just good enough. When a hairline crack in our toilet tank began leaking a small stream of water, I reached out to Greg Copas, owner of Big Cat Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. While the leak was manageable for the moment, I knew it would only get worse.

Within an hour, Carmen from Big Cat followed up. After confirming it wasn’t an emergency, she scheduled an estimate for two days later. To our pleasant surprise, she called the next day and said someone could come out earlier due to a cancellation. Carmen was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Greg arrived as scheduled and immediately put us at ease. Using an iPad, he showed us a range of toilet styles and prices so we could choose what worked best for our budget. We made our selection, and the installation was booked for the next business day.
