Our plumber, Travis Burson was fast and efficient in installing our water heater. Very friendly and explained everything.

Carmen with Big Cat plumbing, came out and resolved a long standing issue. It did not take him long to identify the problem with my instant hot water heater. There was another company that came out a couple times and they were not able to resolve it, but Carmen was able to resolve it. I highly recommend this company.

Jahvon was very courteous and good at what he was able to do, however he was not able to scope the pipe we needed done as I neglected to share that the pipe was a 14" diameter pipe and he did not have the correct equipment for that size pipe.

Frederick was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Big Cat always provides good service at fair prices.

Big Cat came in to save the day for us during this crazy snow storm. Our furnace left us with no heat and with a simple fix it was up and running. We appreciate their hard work and coming to save us during this weather! Highly recommend.

I will start by saying I paid $99 for a sewage line cleaning and Big Cat did a great job and now my toilet works well. However, I was also told my sewage line needed replaced OR a fiberglass insert placed to the tune of $23,000. So I got estimates from two other plumbers who told me the line was fine; if anything, they recommended only two small sections be replaced, but it wasn’t necessary. I was seriously stressed for a week until I got these two other estimates. Times are already tough enough in this economy without also being taken advantage of. I’m glad I got a second and third opinion.

I'm giving two stars cause they were the only plumbers that were able to come out the week of New years but only two. If you have a septic tank I would look elsewhere for plumbing help. They replaced the wax ring on the toilet and didn't install it back properly. It was leaking, I called them back to check it out only for them to tell me it's not the toilet and that it's coming from the wall. Of course offering to cut a hole in our wall to investigate. However if the plumber would of felt the back of the toilet he would of noticed it was coming from the toilet. I gladly declined and got another plumber out. Very expensive for bare minimum service.

I recently had a heat pump installed since my swamp cooler just was not keeping up with the demands. Thank you Ridge and Rob for working with me to get a new estimate and install date. Brandon and Alex for installing and setting up the heat pump. The heat pump has been working great with keeping the temps down in the house (which would spike to around 84F) to now were its sometimes too cold. The furnace unit is very quiet indoors and outdoor the heat pump is quiet since it sits right outside the bedroom. Also thank you to Marco who came out to service the swamp cooler last year and did an amazing job at getting the wiring all hooked up so I could go from a 6 pole switch to a Dial Digital Thermostat.

Darrien did a routine inspection on the HVAC system today and he was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. The more I use Big Cat, the more I like them. Can’t recommend them enough!

We have used them several times, and they are always amazing!! We discovered a leak, yesterday, on Christmas. Today, I spoke with Ms. Julie, in tears, I was so overwhelmed. However, she was so kind and understanding!! She sent someone out right away!

When the gentleman, Art, arrived, he too was very kind, and walked ne through whole process. He was able to find and fix the leake right away, and give me information on how to get the damage fixed.

Love this company, and all the people that work for them!!

I appreciate their high level of professionalism. We had roots get in our sewer line. They gave us multiple options to address the issue with pros and cons of each. After diagnosing the issue, they came out the next day to fix it. Coby and Sam did a great job with re-lining the pipe. We would use them again.

We had a technician come to our home same day, on a Sunday. He was very professional as he diagnosed the problem with our sump pump. We decided to have the repairs made by Big Cat. The technician who came out to make the repairs did it in a timely manner. The person or persons we spoke to on the phone were very helpful and professional when helping with our issue. Would recommend using Big Cat for plumbing repairs or needs!

10/10 would recommend. Can’t remember his name but super friendly warm vibes, took no more than 2 mins for him to figure out what was going on straight to the point fair prices for work and service great communication will definitely be going back if I ever need in the future top 1 for Pueblo you won’t be disappointed go with them ❤️

Dealt with Art today. What an amazing experience. Fast service, honest service, all about the customer. This will be our first and only call in the future for plumbing needs. Thank you big cat team. Further, they quoted $800 for advanced drain cleaning and inspection. After seeing the line was damaged and shifted causing a sink hole in the yard they completely nullified the original charge since they were unable to repair the original concern. They have scheduled their excavation team for tomorrow, the very next day to make the repair at a reasonable price. Looking forward to meeting more of the team. They are not the cheapest company. However, paying for rapid and honest high quality service never is.

My furnace went out late one night, I called the next morning and they sent Ron out that afternoon to repair, he ordered the parts and was out the next morning to fix. The hole time they left me in the loop to tell me when he was coming and what to expect! Ron also explained everything to me and even took extra time on a noise that the furnace has had since new and fixed it at no extra charge! I do a lot of remodels in the Pueblo area and have never had a contractor this punctual or caring!!! best company by far!!! thx

I recently had an unexpected issue with my tub/shower faucet - it completely failed and wouldn’t turn the water on or off, leaving it running nonstop. My landlord contacted this company right away, and I was so impressed by how quickly they responded. Even with another call ahead of mine, a technician arrived within about 1–2 hours.

Art was the technician who came to the rescue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty faucet, and had everything working perfectly again within a couple of hours. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit.

The total cost for the repair was around $1,400, give or take. Considering the urgency of the issue and the quality of the work, I felt the pricing was fair for the level of service provided.

It’s rare to come across service that feels genuinely dependable and customer-focused, but Art absolutely delivered. I’m extremely grateful for the prompt help and the excellent quality of work. Highly recommend this company - and especially Art - for any plumbing needs!

Edit: Side note. I just realized there was no caulking around the new faucet and shower top to prevent any water from leaking back into the wall. That is definitely something that should have been done. Not a big issue on my end because I caught it and caulked it myself. However, definitely something that should have been done when the original faucet and shower head was replaced. This would of caused HUGE amounts of damages in the future had it not been caught.

My husband and I purchased an old farmhouse last March and unfortunately got the short end of the stick with bad contractors from the seller doing work on the house. Well present day, we had a toilet back up that leaked down into our boiler room. I called big cat and same day they sent a tech out Javohn. He was upfront and honest about there being a major block in the line and he had suggested a liner and clean out. Next day Sam and Coby showed up. Coby worked for a while and finally cleared the clog and a day later did line one section of piping. Sam after looking at things in our crawl space suggested a better solution long term to repipe everything with no change in cost from our initial quote. The job was no easy task as everything in our home was piped backwards or incorrectly. Sam and Nate finished the remainder of the job working for about 3 days, long hours ensuring things were done right and working properly. They were so polite and hardworking. They even swept up after each day and mopped the final day. We could not have asked for a better company to assist us. We also encountered Sean with regards to our boiler. Again it was pipped backwards but he talked to us about options to remedy the issues with it and was honest about the health and safety hazards that the system currently posed. We were initially going to proceed with our boiler however we wanted to install an AC this year too. So Sam outreached Ron their HVAC guy and he came out today and we'll we are now entrusting Ron and BigCat with installing a new furnace and AC. Wyatt and Alex were out the very next day and did a great job and we officially have heat and ac. They too were so polite and hardworking staying long hours to ensure the job was finished. Oh and cant forget Julie who assisted in the financing department. If any future plumbing or hvac issues arise for us personally or professionally (my husband is a Tile Contractor) we will only be outreaching BigCat for assistance.

Highly recommended for boiler repair! Our boiler went out and we were quoted several thousand dollars in repairs by another company and not guaranteed success. We felt we needed a second opinion. Sean quickly diagnosed the issue as something much simpler and resolved it in a matter of days. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We were scheduled for Monday but the part arrived on Thursday so they came out to complete the job way earlier than expected. He got us up and running and gave us a list of repairs that we can begin working on to keep the system running well. The office has fantastic customer service and communication. Great prices and quality service! We will definitely continue to work with this company and recommend them to others.

Coby and Caleb were very professional. They explained the process to us so that we understood every step. They cleaned up the work area better than when they arrived. Thank you guys we will call you if we have any other hvac or plumbing needs.
Addendum: The original work did not stop the leak. The company sent out Jayvon to inspect it. He reported more work had to be done with an additional cost for materials. He arrived the next day and worked most of the day on it. The repair seems to be working as of 2 days post work. The area was definitely not left clean as before. We had to clean and disinfect the whole area and through the house where sewage had been dripped. We appreciate the work done, just wish it had been cleaner. Still would recommend them.
