This company is doing work at the condos I live and their employee is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhinged. I needed to leave my parking spot and asked how I can get out. He mocked what I asked and yelled at me. After moving the hose he screamed at me. Not sure what he was yelling about I stopped and got out to access what was happening. He yelled at me and I yelled back because at that point I'm sick of being treated so rudely and nasty for no reason! I called the company and left a voice mail. Not a good look for your company and I'll be contacting my HOA to report this as well. I'm uncomfortable going home and parking my vehicle with this psycho knowing where I live and park!

CO Boring was hired by the city to install the fiber optic internet. Their workers were professional and friendly and took time to show the neighborhood kids what they were doing. I had to follow-up about landscaping that was damaged and their manager called back right away and was very responsive. I am very pleased with the work and customer service of this company.

Colorado Boring is installing the pipe for the City of Loveland's fiber optic backbone. While installing the pipe at my house they broke a section of my sprinkler system. When I realized what happened I called Colorado Boring to get it fixed. I expected some kind of push back, like "how do we know you didn't break it yourself?" There was no push back, just a friendly voice on the line saying she was very sorry and they'd have someone out to take a look. The repair person did come, earlier than stated, and fixed the issue quickly and expertly. I haven't had such a positive customer service experience in a very long time.

Colorado Boring came through my subdivision installing fiber-optic for the New Pulse internet. Which I do not plan on using. While in the process they destroyed my sprinkler system and tore up my grass and I didn't notice for two days when my grass started turning brown while it was a 100 degrees outside for a week. Had to jump through a hundred Hoops in order to get in contact with the person to get it repaired. Finally got in contact with the superintendent and he tells me someone supposed to be there first thing in the morning to fix it. I take the time off of work to wait around and make sure it's repaired right and that way I can turn on my sprinkler system they didn't show up till the end of the day after I had to repeatedly call and text so cost me money that day. And when they show up they don't bring any sod to repair my grass not to mention their bad attitudes. So I called the superintendent again and he promised that the following Wednesday they would have it repaired . well here we are almost a week later and it's still not repaired and guess what I just had to contact them again in order for them to remember that they need to fix my yard. According to the city of Loveland they are supposed to leave without a trace. That is definitely not the case if I didn't contact them from the get-go they probably would have never came and repaired my yard. This company are hacks they don't respect homeowners properties. Not to mention everyone I talk to you through the company was rude. We as homeowners work our butts off to have what we have and I spent a lot of time to make sure my front yard was flawless these hack rolled right through tore it up and rolled out with no intentions of fixing it

I’d like to thank your crew who installed new boxes for Pulse at my house today. You destroyed an 11 year old flowering plant to put your box in my yard. Had I known ahead of time you were installing this, I could’ve moved that plant from harms way so you could do your job. Instead, I now have a pot to piss in and no flowers to enjoy. Your crew was less than friendly to my wife when she went out to mention it. Use a little customer service and tact when intruding on someone’s home and maybe give some advanced notice, door to door, and give people a chance to accommodate your work around our homes. We knew you were in the area, we just didn’t know that you would use the utility easement in a way that’s destructive to property. I’ll consider it a grave marker from your company. Thanks!

Colorado Boring performed the installation of fiber optic cables in my subdivision to support our city’s infrastructure. The crews I interacted with were professional and efficient. They left a minimal footprint during their operations and ensured I and my neighbors had continuous access to our homes and community amenities. It was a job well done!

This company deserves 10 stars. After multiple water line breaks on our rural property we decided it was time to replace the line. It was a huge job, our home sits on a hill that is mostly rock and shale. This team, led by Lonny and Tim, were the most determined, considerate, professional and knowledgeable contractors we have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Colorado Boring put in a water line for us and it was not an easy task because it had to go twelve feet under a ditch that is on the way to our property . They did an amazing job and made it look easy. They were very professional and competent. I would use them again! Thank you Colorado Boring!

Colorado Boring are the consummate professional contractors. We used them to bore a water line to our house 1100 feet. They had to bore under a major road, along a busy street and under the Larimer / Weld Irrigation Ditch. They pulled a 3” water line the entire length without any issues. Amazing, competent, and friendly folks that work for the company. If you need any work done, this is the company to use. Thanks for all your hard work and for keeping the price reasonable and fair.

Lonnie and Colorado Boring Company were such a big help to my husband and me. We had our polybutylene water supply line burst and it was leaking under our house. Luckily, we had insurance to help cover the cost. However, the company the insurance company sent out said that they would have to tear out our front porch and driveway to make the repair (which wouldn't be covered). That company also gave us a 2-week time frame to make the repair, leaving us without water for that duration. Luckily, our neighbor also had to have their water supply line replaced in the past and they recommended Colorado Boring Company. I called and they sent someone out the same day. They were able to make the repair without tearing out our driveway or porch. They also completed the repair in less than 48 hours. I'm very happy we got their second opinion and had them complete the work instead of the other company.

We had a really poorly installed main water line to our home that was done before we owned the property. We contacted Colorado Boring to solve this. They arranged a time that worked with our schedule and got it all done within one day! I was concerned about some trees in my yard because of where they had to drill. No problems at all, job done, trees and landscaping unharmed, water line fixed and done right!! Such a huge weight off of our shoulders! The guys on the crew were all great to work with. This company knows their business, does excellent work, and has integrity. Nice to know you can still find that! They will always be the company I use and recommend.

I wanted to share my review with Colorado Boring Co because my experience with them was beyond what I expected. We talked through the details of what was needed, they came to assess the specific locations of everything including the layout of the yard and plants, made a date for the water line replacement, and completed it on that day. It was seamless because they really know the ins and outs of drilling. They also worked me in quickly despite having a very busy schedule, both commercially and residentially. I am beyond satisfied with the work performed by the competent, caring, and knowledgeable owners and crew. I am one very happy customer who confidently recommends Colorado Boring for your drilling needs!

How to obstruct both the bike lane and the sidewalk on Harmony Road. Apart from a "shoulder work" sign, no attempt made to provide a safe passage for bikes.

Found out Hilltop Broadband was getting ready to install fiber optic cable in our neighborhood. My daughter lives in Milliken and they have cable boxes, most houses have 2, in every front yard that stands 2-3 foot high and they look horrible. I did not want one of those in my front yard. Colorado Boring showed up to start the digging on behalf of Hilltop Broadband. I went out to speak to one of them (Jacob) to ask what kind of boxes they were going to be installing. It was going to be a box above ground, yuck!!!! I called Colorado Boring and spoke to Kendra. Kendra said she would check on things and give me a call back. Within the hour Ian was at my front door.... WOW that was fast! He explained that they re-drew the layout and now I am getting a ground flush box. No ugly green box in my front yard! All in all I thought I would have a fight on my hands, but it was quite the opposite. Everyone on the work crew, Kendra and Ian were very pleasant, respectful, and just plain nice! If I ever need to pipe something underground, I will be calling Colorado Boring Co.
