This company is the best! They don't try to upsell, but only tell you what you need and how they can go about it. After repairing a sewer line outside, they were careful to put everything back the way they found it. Friendly, honest, and respectful company!

Tech showed up about four hours later than expected, although they did text within the original two-hour window to say they'd be late. Tech was friendly but resistant to wearing a mask and only covered his mouth but not his nose. I had a camera inspection done and was promised a hard copy of the video on a thumb drive when I scheduled, and then promised an e-mailed version by the end of the day by the tech. I received neither. Almost $200 for that? Not really worth taking a vacation day off work for.

Excellent communication and response, they came out within 24 hours (it wasn't an emergency) and diagnosed and cleared our drain very quickly. Text messages and emails with arrival time estimates, everything went very well, and we'll definitely go with them again in the future!

When all other “24 hour plumbers” didn’t answer at 830 on a Sat night, these guys did! They were able to come out right away the next morning and get our issue resolved. Very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable staff. Technician explained charge before beginning and provided no pressure options for additional work. We hired drain solvers to replace our 100 year old sewer line. Drain solvers was not only the most competitive quote we got, but also the friendliest. Before the work started Bob called me several times and kept me updated about scheduling and changes to the overall plan. The job was larger and more complex than I had anticipated but Bob and his crew got everything finished up in a single day and cleaned up so well it was hard to tell an 50' trench was in my yard the day before! Hopefully I won't be needing to replace a sewer line again in my lifetime, but I would hire Drain Solvers again without hesitation.
