I had an apartment building with a clogged sewer line, black water backing up into the building. These guys responded very quickly and worked for hours, including halfway through the night, to clear it. It turned out to be an enormous amount of wet wipes.

Charged me $85.00 for 20 mins of work. I called to see if they would be willing to lower that because that price is really high and ridiculous. When I called they were rude, and unprofessional. I would never work with this company again. Poor customer service, and unreasonable pricing.

After another similarly named company never came for 3 days, I called these guys after another company recommended them. They were prompt, AND $90 cheaper than similarly named company. Very polite and got things working.

First rate all the way. Phone answered by friendly, smart person. Immediate appointment setting, and showed up as expected, right on time. Job neatly, done, fair and square. Sure don't want another plumbing problem, but I have one I'll call these guys right away.

I did not get to use the service because they were all booked out, but I had an emergency and they kindly offered several other provider options. One of them was able to help me. I love it when businesses aren’t afraid to suggest competitors because they know it’s the right thing to do.

D.J. was good/quick/ careful on the rooter and Daniel did a great job with the camera scoping, which I requested after the rooting, showing me the camera view and discussing the seeer line condition. Friends recommended we call Royal T Rooter for a drain issue we weren't able to troubleshoot on our own. Jose quickly determined what was happening, he explained everything thoroughly, showed us what was going on, and fixed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, I had 2 different issues within a month. These guys came out within a couple of hours after I called. The problems were fixed in less than 30 minutes, and there was hardly any mess left behind. I honestly don't usually write reviews, but I was just so surprised how smooth and easy working with them was, I felt like I had to share. I'd definitely reccomend this company.

I have used Royal T several times. On this occasion, Johnny was the tech. He showed up and even with an injured hand finished the job. I offered to reschedule and he insisted on staying with it. You don't often find that kind of service.

Ehijah was pleasant and professional, he stayed with the plugged line until he cleared it out. the basement bathroom sink has not drained for the two years we have lived in the house. after multiple companies quoted over $300.00 minimum, Royal T fixed the problem for $85. thanks again!

Johnny from Royal-T was execellent. He got here is a timely manner, very friendly, fast and efficient. He got the job done in a matter of minutes and cleaned up everything very nicely. We had a blockage in the kitchen drain, which we tried to use a snake, but it just wasn't long enough! Very fair pricing for the job. Thank you Royal-T!

Bryson arrived right on time to do a routine main drain line clean-out and did an excellent job. A small mess, created when the rooter cable was removed from the pipe, was promptly and carefully cleaned up. The overall experience was very good and I will continue to use Royal-T Rooter Services for future maintenance.
