I had Harvest Water Heaters change out a water heater that had blown. They came right away, replaced the water heater, and did it at an affordable price. I had had one replaced at daughter’s apartment, same water heater, the year before and it cost more. I was thrilled with the service and couldn’t be happier with results.

Not only does Chad do excellent work, but he's been great with communication and has been very prompt when coming to our house. Plus, he's just a genuinely nice person. In one case, he came up with a creative solution to a problem, and did it at a lower cost than the original idea. We will continue to call him in the future.

Chad did a great job replacing our 25 year old steam shower unit. He was able to find an upgraded model from the original manufacturer so the retrofit was painless (i.e. no tearing out any walls into the shower)! The total cost was extremely reasonable. Be sure to get a bid from Harvest Water Heaters before hiring anyone else!

Aside, Chad has been our go to plumber for years, and I'm excited to see that he has started his own family business. He and his wife are specializing in tankless water heaters and I couldn't recommend them more. We've had our Navian for 10 years and it's paid for itself twice over in gas savings. Plus you never run out of hot water!

He thoroughly explains the problem and offers suggestions and options so you can decide what you want to spend. He doesn't up charge or up sell like several other familiar, well known plumbing companies I have used in Fort Collins. He is always busy but always able find a spot on his schedule, so critical and an emergency. Chad is excellent, responsive and very kind to work with. We have worked on several occasions this past couple of years with Chad on both a tankless water heating system and so grateful for that change as well as new plumbing in kitchen renovation and lastly inspecting to make certain all our plumbing connects are in good shape throughout the casa.

They did fix the problem, but they left the place a mess with splattered feces over the toilet and smeared on the edge of the bath tub.
