After calling 3 other companies in and around Ft Collins and either getting voice mail or being told a 4 day wait for service I called Royal T. They were able to get me on the schedule same day even though they were short staffed. When the technician was here he promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed. While I was expecting to pay in the hundreds for the work he did it for $85. He also left the area where he worked cleaner than when he started to work. I will definitely call them in the future for other drain related problems.

Had them do a sewer line inspection. Office staff was great. They were helpful coordinating our inspection and ensured we got our report and video quickly. The tech who came out (Jose) was amazing. He and his assistant completed the scope quickly and communicated throughout the condition of the line. Would highly recommend

The best plumbing company in Northern Colorado. They did a great job. Garret was a very knowledgeable tech that had the job done fast on Christmas eve.

I have used Royal T Rooter for several years for my business, so when I ran into a clog at home, I knew who to call. The responded promptly to my call, as always, and promised to send a technician out same day. The technician did not arrive until 7:40 at night, but rather than pushing me off until another day, he made the effort so late to make sure he figured out what was going on. My fix turned out to be super easy, five minutes, and the technician refused to charge me. These are GOOD people. They have provided top notch service to me at my restaurant for years, they make sure the job is done right every time, and they are quality human beings. What more can you ask for?

I tried to get my sink uncloged myself with no luck. This is the 1st time I haven't been able to do it myself. I called Royal T. They were recommended by my other plumber I have used. I can say Effain did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks for your help.

Sadly, no longer open to the public. Used to be my go to for hard to find parts and they were always great.

Great people. They have the parts I need to get my customers happy. So a win win.

Don't go here unless you're a licensed plumber. They won't mention that detail to you when you call them on the phone. Also, the cost of the part that I wasn't actually able to get was astronomical compared to what I could get elsewhere, without a plumbing license.

These people don't bother to mention that they aren't open to the public when you call. Didn't find that detail listed anywhere online, either. Complete waste of my gas and time. Boycotting these clowns.

Although I bought two toilets from this company, I called today to buy another toilet, and they wouldn't sell to me because I was not a licensed plumber!!

Ellmann Service Company helped us out when we needed to relocate a plumbing vent and time was of the essence. They worked with our schedule and did a quality job.
