I called CO Sewer Service at 10am and at noon Norman and Ethan were here. My washer drain was clogged and they had it unclogged and gone by 1pm. They were very professional and the price charged was very reasonable. I was sure pipes would have to be replaced and would be very expensive, but neither happened. I would highly recommend this company and Norman and Ethan!

Colorado Sewer Service was able to come right away when other plumbers couldn't. Norman was on time, fast, polite, and efficient. Their price for cleaning our drain was fair. Very please.

We called Colorado Sewer about drainage issues and to have them bring a camera to inspect our main pipe. They were able to schedule appointment for us the next day and the technician, Raymond, was great. He explained everything in detail to us with regards to any questions, was very professional and friendly. He also never tried to upsell us but was honest about what may or may not have needed to be done. I highly recommend using this company and we will be sure to always use them moving forward.

Colorado Sewer Service was recommended by my plumber. Cole came out the same day I called and was friendly, efficient and knows his stuff. He had my drain clear within minutes and really helped me understand the problem and how to avoid it in the future. Cole was fantastic, give him a raise!

I am not happy with the service from Colorado Sewer Service. I called because I was getting ready to sell my house and I know there are roots in the sewer line. Although the sewer never clogged or backed up, I had it cleaned preemptively every three years and videoed it a couple of times. When I called Colorado Sewer I explained that the line is not backed up, I just need the roots cleaned out because I know potential buyers will want to see the condition of the line.
Their employee ran the cable one time. I asked if he would please do it a couple more times to try to get as much as possible. He said he would have to charge me $219 each time he runs the machine down the line and was a bit hostile about it. He was at my house for 20 minutes tops but my invoice says I paid for "Main line sewer cleaning up to 2 hours and 100 feet". So he left and, of course, I had to pay another company to clean it because during the inspection they could not see the condition of the pipe.
Maybe it was just that one guy and the company is actually great but I won't ever use nor recommend Colorado Sewer Service.

We've had great experiences with Colorado Sewer Services for sewer backups over the past 8 years. They're responsive and their technicians are knowledgeable. Our plumbing/sewer system is a tricky one, and they've always been able to get things working and to give us good advice on how to minimize the problems.

I have Colorado Sewer Service, Inc. come out to my house once a year to clean out my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. The employees Norman and Cole were very professional. Told me how far they cleaned out and showed me the roots they cleared out. They cleaned the room where the cleanout drain was when they finished.

I love Colorado Sewer Service Norman and David were Great. I have used Colorado Sewer Service for both my home and business. The first time I used them at my business Norman saved me A LOT of money another company wanted to dig up my sewer line line.$$$.

Norman arrived on time, and cleared my clogged kitchen drain. I had previously called a plumber, but he couldn’t clear it, so he recommended CO Sewer Service. I appreciated how he first checked my pipes/drains to get the lay of the water flow, and after he was done he checked that there were no leaks. He has been clearing drains for 20 yrs, so he knew what he was doing. If you want quick, professional service contact CO Sewer Service. I highly recommend them. Had our washing machine drain back up today. Was recommended this company by a plumber. When I called they said they could have someone out in an hour or two! This was not an emergency and I was not charged an emergency fee! Cole M. had excellent communication before arriving, and explained everything he was doing as well as provide excellent insight on how to prevent backups in the house in the future. The price was more than fair, especially considering they stand behind their work with a warranty. Will be calling Cole M. to scope the next house we purchase during the inspection.

Norman came out and cleared the clog from our dishwasher drain. He was on time, thorough and very courteous. We will definitely use this company again!

After getting the runaround from a few different drain companies, including but not limited to someone straight-up lying to us about having cast iron pipes and/or our sink drain being completely inaccessible, we were referred to Colorado Sewer Service by Sewer Lines Only via Pristine Plumbing. And THANK GOODNESS!

We called just before 9am and techs were at our house by 11. David and his associate were friendly, professional, and explained to us what they were doing as they went. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes and our kitchen sink is no longer backing up every time we try to do dishes. At no point did we feel like we were at risk of an upsell or fearmongering, the price was reasonable, and we have a 90-day warranty. I would absolutely recommend Colorado Sewer Service!

Living in an older home, we typically have drain issues about once a year, and have to have the line cleaned out. It has always been really stressful when it happens - not just because of the drain issue itself, but because the appointments themselves were always awful. In the past, we've used a number of other companies, and every time we have had to mentally prepare for the appointments because they have always involved rude, high pressure upselling. In fact, the only reason we've used multiple companies is because with each one, the appointments were so unbearable.

This time, when our basement floor drain overflowed right before the holiday, I searched Nextdoor and Google reviews to find a new company to use. I selected Colorado Sewer Service solely based on the number of great reviews they had. When I called, they were able to schedule us for the next day (they could have done same day, but I declined due to work commitments), and they gave me very clear and reasonable price quotes for potential services depending on what type of cleaning was needed, so I could plan ahead. The technician, Matt, called ahead of time and arrived right on time (!!), despite my having chosen the last time window of the day. From the moment he came in the house, he was patient, helpful, and he actively listened to our explanation of the issue we were having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and set to work clearing the basement drain. He had it cleaned out in no time! And there was no looking around to find other things to charge us for, no life or death emergencies lurking around the corner, no ominous concerns about having to dig up the whole front yard... Matt did exactly what was needed, nothing more, and he did with expertise and a warm and friendly demeanor. It was hands down the most refreshing, relaxing experience I have EVER had with a drain cleaning company! I was able to chat with him a bit as he worked, and when I mentioned the good reviews I had read about Colorado Sewer, he was full of praise for the company, the owners, and spoke of how well they treat both employees and customers - this really stood out to me because he didn't have to say any of those things - it was clearly very genuine. Hearing such praise from an employee really speaks volumes!

So, if anyone is like us - dealing with a drain issue in an older house and hoping to find a trustworthy company that won't start the high pressure sales pitch as soon as they arrive or charge astronomical prices... THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO CALL! I am so glad that positive reviews led me to call them, and all of the great things people said were all true.

We are in the process of selling our home and during the inspection it was noted that there were roots in the Main line. Called and asked for cleaning which they came and did. Had the line rescoped by a separate company 3d after their cleaning and there are still visible roots and debris in the line.
Spoke to company after this rescope and they gave the excuse that there are multiple different types of cleaning and you have to specify which you need.
Very disappointed, as a home owner who has no knowledge of sewers I would expect that the team understanding that this was for a sale of the house would have offered the correct services. Now we have paid $240 to them and still have to have the line cleaned properly.
Would not recommend this company after mutliple calls they did no offer any resolution or apology for their miscommunication.

Norman came out promptly and did an excellent job. Very personable as well. Took carw of my clog and also did main sewer clean out all for very good price. Happy with my experience and will use this company again if ever needed. Recommended

I had 2 other plumbers out to unclog a basement bathroom sink with no success. After calling around, I had a high recommendation for Colorado Sewer. After speaking with them, they sent out an expert who did the job efficiently and effectively. We are Very happy and satisfied !!!

The technician, Norman, was outstanding. He understood the issue we were having and remediated it very quickly. Also, I appreciated how he provided some guidance on how we can avoid future clogs.

Colorado Sewer was referred to me by my normal plumbing company Discount Rooter, and I couldn't have been happier!

Specifically, Norman came out to clear out the shower drain that was backing up into the pan (fun stuff) and while he was out he took a look at the drain the clothes washer empties into (drain in the floor gurgled when emptying) all the while he was working he had no problem with me checking in and chatting with him even got to talking about nerdy stuff.

One of those things I hope I don't need to have them out again soon, but wouldn't hesitate to call if that situation arises. Thanks!

Norman and Rhonda came to unclog our kitchen sink drain. They were great, were able come within hours of our call. Were friendly, knowledgeable and got our drain flowing in less than an hour. Norman helped us 3 years ago, and we were happy to see him still working for the company. Definitely recommend!

Colorado Sewer service has been a big help numerous times for me and my wife at our salon. They are always able to come out day of and get a problem fixed right away. Antonio is the man!

These guys are the best and a lot less expensive than other companies with fair and honest technicians. I've used them for over 25 years on different properties and they have always been great. Recently Sean helped refer me to a company to help me descale one of my lines and saved me a fortune. I can't recommend it enough.
