I had a very positive experience with Colorado Sewer. They came out to scope and clean my sewer lines and quickly resolved “an issue” that another company had quoted me thousands of dollars to fix. Their honesty and professionalism truly stood out.
John, the technician, was a gem. He took the time to explain everything to me and educated me about the condition of the lines. He was not only extremely professional but also courteous, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable.

CO Sewer did an awesome job for us on a clogged shower drain. They got us scheduled right away and worked with our availability. Norman was timely, kind, and explained everything to us so that we understand the issue and how it was fixed. The price was fair and affordable, and Norman completed the repair quickly. We will be using them again in the future and definitely recommend!

David with Colorado Sewer Service came to help us same day as our call to the dispatcher. He was friendly, kind and helpful! He listened to our problems and after doing some quick testing identified where he thought the issue was and then quickly fixed it. I would highly recommend calling this company and specifically this technician if you need help in your home.

John and Ryan were able to diagnose a complex drain blockage that another plumber could not and yet another said would cost up to $6,000. But after only an hour, they fixed 3 different drain problems for a small fraction of the cost. FANTASTIC service!!

My sewer line backed up in the basement and Alex came out about 90 minutes after I called his office. He was thorough, professional, and got the line cleaned out quickly with minimal mess (which he cleaned up). I was so relieved and grateful because I was worried it would cost an arm and a leg but it was totally reasonable, especially for short notice on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommended!!

Booking with CO Sewer was very easy and communication from everyone was proactive/easy/complete. Norman and Jose were great! They did a fast and thorough job on our main. Also noticed another pipe (utility sink) had a clog. Did an excellent job on explaining doing that one also. No hard sell, no pushing-just complete explanation. We haven't been able to use it in years because I tried DIY so unsuccessfully that it also leaked. They cleared the drain and fixed the leak. Very happy and will use again.

Absolute unethical company with garbage service & attitude from dispatch team to the technicians. Called today to schedule service for two drain backups in an apartment complex. One being a resident condo and another in a mechanical room. Was told that the technician would be there within 4 hrs. I get a call in about an hour from them telling me that the technician went to the resident occupied unit and no one answered so they would bill a $110 service fee. We then get in touch with the landlord who tells us he can be there in 40 minutes which I relay to the dispatch team and ask them if they could attend the mechanical room floor drain backup and then circle back to the resident occupied unit while the homeowner arrives which they told me would be ok. Dispatch calls within 15 minutes telling me that the mechanical room backup is complete ($179.50) & that the technician went back to the resident unit & no one answered so he left. Now frustrated I go over what we just discussed about the scenario & the homeowner making the drive only for them to tell me that they thought that they were snaking a main line which takes longer & not a secondary line (floor drain) & that the technician couldn't wait any longer & that they could send another tech out in about 40 min. Homeowner arrives within 5 minutes of them leaving & calls to notify me & I tell him that they would be there within 40 min. Well 2 hours pass & the technician still hasn't arrived upon which I call them. The next dispatcher I get is noticably frustrated & has an attitude with me as they've obviously mocked the situation within their team & tells me that she doesn't know and can't give me an update. I simply ask her if she can call him to see where he's at in which she says he's on I-25 & Thornton Parkway (15 min out). Technician then arrives & can't access the door code due to being at the wrong entrance. The third bill we get is for another $179.50 plus $115 as he had stayed 15 minutes over the included 1 hr service in the $179.50 cost. This company is a prime example of people who hate their jobs and have no empathy & regards towards their customers. If you're in need of 1 star service, this is the place to go!

The reviews I read online were SPOT ON. Sewer Lines only is a class act, they treated me better than any of the other 3 companies I talked to. I was not looking for the lowest price, I wanted the job done correctly. Their price was great and the fix went perfect.

After receiving an outrageous proposal from a well-known plumbing company to replace a collapsed main sewer line, I contacted SLO. Cameron responded in a very timely manner and provided a full proposal that same day. This proposal was literally half that of the other company. SLO's scope of work included more than that of the other company, and it also offered a better warranty. I'm very pleased with Sewer Lines Only and will definitely recommend them to others!

Needed a sewer clean out quickly as part of a house inspection. They were able to schedule within 36 hours, arrived within the scheduled window, and was professional and helpful throughout the entire sequence.
