My parents have used Colorado Sewer Service several times and they are always in and out pretty quickly.
Norman was super nice and patient, especially since my Dad likes to stand outside and talk to them while they're working! ;-)

Colorado Sewer is my go to for all things drain! Norman is the best- great at what he does, works quickly and efficiently, and is friendly but not at the expense of the work. Fees are very fair, work and cleanup done expertly. Won’t go anywhere else!

The first plumber we called doesn't do drain cleaning but recommended Colorado Sewer Service. Norman arrived a few hours later that same day and got right to it.

We couldn't find the drain access point though removing the toilet was modestly priced considering the work involved. I'm glad we did because Norman found a deteriorating seal that needed replacement and had been causing a regular odor even prior to the issue we called about.

The toilet removal cost turned out to be a great deal considering the amount of work I saw him put in, replacing the toilet better than where it started. A few extra bucks for nuts and bolts and now the toilets and showers linked to that pipe are draining smoothly.

My only complaint is that I wish I called sooner!

We've used Colorado Sewer Service for years for our annual cleanout. It's easy to schedule and they do good work -- friendly and professional. We've been lucky to have Norman come out to our house most years. He's great!

Absolute rip off and didnt complete the work I paid for. They came out to assess backed up sewer line and only cleaned and scoped half the line from the yard to the alley and skipped the inside of the house to the yard - where of course this is where the problem was. They charged me over $600 for this and of course the sewer continued to back up and they wanted to charge me another $300 to come back out to clean and scope this part of the line even though it was all meant to be under warranty. No video scope provided even though I asked several times which I needed for repair quote. Totally rude customer service, this is a scam company running around town taking peoples money and not correcting the issues. Of course I had to hire another company to clean, scope and find the issue which has now been repaired. Also of note was the staff showed up absolutely filthy and tracked sewage and dirt all through my house. No drop cloths no respect for someones home, especially the fact the sewer access was right in the kitchen. Totally unacceptable

Matt M. from Colorado Sewer Service did a great job cleaning and clearing the drain line from our kitchen and washing machine that has been a problem on and off for years. We've had other companies come out and clean it but after seeing how thorough and dedicated Matt was in doing it right and also doing a video inspection to verify everything looked good now I know why the issue kept coming back based on the experience I had with other companies in the past. The price was very fair as well so I highly recommend Colorado Sewer Service and appreciate the great work Matt did!

I've used Colorado Sewer Service a number of times and generally have been happy with the service, however, on a recent trip the tech stated that he would give 10% off the service. He offered the discount because they had been out for service just three months before on the same line. It was outside the warranty period, but still he offered the discount which seemed fair and reasonable. When the bill came through it reflected a 5% discount, which still seemed ok, although not what was discussed. But when we went to pay the bill, it was back at full price through the online portal. My wife called and explained and the person she spoke with was not particularly nice.

First, she stated that there was no earlier invoice reflecting a discount. Then my wife sent her the invoice, but she still refused to honor it, and was again not very nice. I don't get a company that's rude to their customers over something that's less than $10.

Called them to auger a toilet - Jose was on site within a few hours and had the thing running after maybe ten minutes of fighting with a stubborn clog. Hundred fifty bucks was more than fair, a lot of places will charge two hundred plus for the same thing. Wish I'd called them earlier.

This is the 3rd time we've used Colorado Sewer Service and all 3 times have been exceptional. Norman came out today and was very professional and personable. He explained everything, cleaned the line and fixed the problem. Highly recommend Colorado Sewer and Norman!

I had used Colorado Sewer in the past, which is why I called them last week when my sewer backed up into my bathroom while my washing machine was going thru its rinse cycle. Hence the 2 stars, as I was happy with them then. They did come out that same morning, so were prompt in response. Their tech gave up with the roto rooter after three hours of not getting through the sludge build up in the pipe. He called the office, and was told that they could come out with the jetting hose that afternoon. Tech 1 said that should do the trick for me so I agreed. I paid him for his services. A team of 3 came out with the Jetting hose. I do not have a drain in my basement as I have an older home (1895) so they had to go through the stack. The water pressure put into the pipe came pouring back out at them. The basement area near the stack, flooded. They took my 5 gallon buckets and hauled the muck out disposing of it on my garden and path alongside the sidewalk where upon it started to pour onto the public right of way. I called them on it when I saw what was going on but they continued with this solution. I was and still am, appalled. Tech 2, blamed it on tech 1 saying that he believed that Tech 1 had gotten through the sludge or else he should not have even been called to clear out the rest of it. The hose also got stuck in the pipe after it veered out of the pipe into the dirt and they left with me having 50 ft of their hose stuck in my pipe and the pipe now full of mud. See photo of the hose still lying on my patio that company 2 pulled out. I was then sent a bill, higher than what I was told and agreed to when Tech 2 said he didn't believe I would be billed but it depended on the office staff. The lack of communication was stunning to me. The office person I was dealing with got very hostile when I told her I didn't believe I should have to pay this second bill, all things considered and the 'fault' if any, on them, but I would consider it if they finished the job. Instead I was left with their hose and my pipes now full of mud on top of the original still unresolved problem. Tech 1 used my garden hose that had been coiled up on the wall mount, and he left it thrown across my patio. A small, but significant detail of cleaning up after oneself. To his credit, Tech 2 said they would come back and get the hose once the excavation crew got it out, but it was removed on Friday last and it is now Thursday. The hose will not fit in my trash bin so now it is my problem? I am still considering calling the city on the disposal onto the right of way as it is still very much in evidence.

We had an emergency plumbing situation that required urgent sewer line cleaning. Colorado Sewer Services was available same day and Norman was our assigned technician. He did a great job and he was transparent and a great communicator. We would hire this company again!

We had a sink that was not draining. After trying a few things ourselves to unclog the sink we decided to called our regular plumber that told us they could only snake it 20 feet so they referred us to Colorado Sewer Services . They reassured us that they use this company often and they do great work . Norman from Colorado Sewer Services came to our home just a few hours later and knew that exactly what to do and got the job done ! I would highly recommend this company !

Colorado Sewer did a great job snaking our kitchen drain and scoping our main line. Our technician was professional and friendly and gave our under sink cabinet a thorough cleaning at the end of the job.

Honest and professional. Called about a sewer line backup for my elderly neighbor and they were able to send someone out same day to unclog it. Initial technician recommended a sewer scope to get to the bottom of the issue so David came out the following day to scope the line. He was honest about what needed to be done (typical maintenance of roots) instead of trying to sell her a new sewer line or extra unneeded services (like many similar companies would do and have done to her in the past). He gave suggestions for how to keep it from backing up again and did not charge her for any unneeded work. We were very impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and quality of work and will use David and Colorado Sewer Service for any future drain issues.

Matt P. was sent out to do a drain cleaning. I had roots in the line and a blockage way out towards the street. Super nice guy and great to talk to. Its fun to talk to someone with so much experience in their craft (and life). He found a second drain access I didn't even realize was there. This is my second time using Colorado Sewer and I will continue to do so (and ask for Matt P. until he retires).

I need them to go out and rescope a line to get to the main and he did not speak on the video sent a very vague report it was completely not helpful. The first front desk person I called was rude the second one said they don't talk on their videos. I've done this business for over 23 years and every sewer scope person I use talks on the video to say where they are at, what they see at how many feet etc. I highly recommend not using them. Completely unprofessional!!!

I had a great experience with the technician George. He was calm, professional, and clearly well-informed about the issue. He arrived on time and took the extra step to explain what was happening throughout the process, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. His expertise and clear communication made the whole situation much less stressful (in such a stressful time). Highly recommend! Thank you so much, George!

Alex did a great job, he was fast and efficient and getting our kitchen sink unclogged. He also gave us some helpful advice to avoid clogs into the future as well.
